Great experience! I had a quote for some work to do on my muffler. Cisneros was $1000 less, got it done in 45 minutes the day I had the quote. Super fast, great work, and friendly honest communication.

My 2005 Camry was extremely loud upon ignition for a couple weeks. Cisneros quickly found the problem and fixed the issue within an hour at a fair price. Very happy with their service!

My mechanic was a fast worker and replaced all 4 of my tires in less than an hour. An hour before closing! I m so thankful he took my car even though it was close to closing. I feel much safer driving :D

Great family run business, took my buddy over today to get a nail fixed in his tire, they did it in no time and at a reasonable price. Me and my friend were extremely satisfied. Great job

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car here for an oil change and to replace spark plugs. The "mechanic" who changed my oil LEFT THE DRAIN PLUG OUT. Ruined my motor. I got 39 miles before it fried. The shop towed my car in and said they would call me back. Three days later I finally got ahold of them, and the owner called me a liar and said that what happened wasn't his fault. Then said they were charging me for keeping it there for three days. When I went to pick up my car, the owner refused to give me my key and had me call the police. When the police showed up the owner demanded I pay $105, $75 for the tow and $30 for the three days it was there before giving me back my key and letting me take my car. Most rude, unprofessional place I've ever been. Not worth your business.

Terrible techs. The lady that owns this place is awesome but the guys working there are very inexperienced. One man ripped all of my tire bolts off and I had to go to Rio city to have them fix a whole tire chamber. He was jumping on the drill and also broke a drill. If I was the owner I would only hire certified techs. He needs to be fired.

I do not recomend this place to anyone. I took my sister's car and the guy said that my sis had to replaced the entire muffler line. I drove to Boy's auto across the street from the salvation army on division and the guy did it for $65.00 And if you need another great mechanic go to stocking st nw shop is called los pepe auto. Forget about this shop it's not worth it

My daughter went here yesterday with good summer tires on an they wanted her new set when she went to work this am woke up to a flat tire after they checked her tire gancky place an will be taking them to small claims court for putting my daughters life at risk ......

Came here yesterday to get a tire since mine went flat. Went home and when I went to leave my house again it was flat, I aired it up and could hear the air coming out. So this morning g I decide to put air in and come up to my the shop at 9am since it says thats what time it opens. I ve been calling and sitting here for 25 mins and still no sign of an employee. So unprofessional and the only reason I came here is because something in the middle of Franklin and division popped my tire and they right here smh.Update: been almost two hours, stranded at the shop with the flat tire they sold me. My sister is going to get a air pump so I can drive to another tire shop and pay for another tire!! Crazy...

They are always friendly and fast. They are honest and only sell you what you actually need. I have only had tire work done here, but I recommend them 100%.

If you value your car and your time do not go to this place I spoke to a gentleman on the phone that told me to come on in when I got there some old woman would it here in H started yelling and cussing at me telling me 1st come 1st serve and I just left it wasn't worth my time are my energy Left it wasn't worth my time or energy very unprofessional I would not recommend this place apon further looking they are not propley licensed for the work they do nor recommend or recognized by the bbb

Got a tire hole patched for $15. Took about 2 minutes.I think the shop a few blocks South charged me $5 a coupla' years ago.

They put a gas tank in my truck. It was the wrong size. They bent the fuel line and had to have it all replaced
