I came here because of a recommendation and, wow, I'm so glad I did! Mark not only helped me find a good fit for my needs but he made the whole process enjoyable. He was receptive and open to my many questions. Was never pushy and I liked his sense of humor. No schmoozing, just talked with me like a human and not $ signs.I also appreciated his honesty. That checked out great when I took the car I wanted to my mechanic during a test drive. No surprises! I've had the car a week now and absolutely love it!Assuming Mark will see this, thank you so incredibly much, not only for helping me but how you helped me. I've never run into a car dealer like you. I can confidently recommend people to you. Thank Jeff [for readers, mechanic for the lot] for telling me pros/cons on different vehicles too, will you? Thanks again, you are an absolute gem! <3

Great experience with Mark, Josh, and their mechanic buying a vehicle and trading in my old one. Very friendly, honest, patient, fair pricing, kept the lights on for me when I stopped in near closing time, and even took care of a couple issues with the car that I hadn t noticed prior to purchasing that popped up soon after. Great service, great people, can t recommend them more. And if you happen to catch Mark and they re not too busy, ask him about the Dutch meat clerk joke.

I had an amazing experience buying my first car off a lot here. Josh was very knowledgeable and patient in walking me through process. He let me take my time and never made me feel pressured into a sale. After a run of bad luck through private sellers, it was amazing to meet such trustworthy and honest people. They gave me a great price on my trade in. My new car needed some minor repairs and they really went above and beyond to ensure it was in excellent condition. New car runs like a dream! I'm so thankful to have had their help in every step of the process and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

Walked onto this lot an hour before close, and was able to leave with a car in excellent condition! Mark was super friendly, and paitent. Even stayed open after hours to ensure we could leave that day with a new car. He offered to trade in our old one, and hauled it away for us. Mark's kindness made our car search stress free. We were very lucky to find such an honest car lot in a pinch. I highly recommend cascade cars sales and service to my family and friends. Thank you so much for your above standard service!

I came to cascade cars hoping I would get the opportunity for a shot at a new vehicle. My old car was barely hanging on and thank goodness for cascade cars and Mark for helping me and giving me that chance! He was wonderful and super funny the whole time. Definitely recommend coming to cascade cars!

I love both Josh and Mark! Amazing people who truly care about putting you in a safe and reliable vehicle. He gave me a really great price on my Nissan Rogue. Even my bank that financed me was impressed on the price! Also, when I had an issue that wasn't foreseen about two weeks after I bought it, they fixed it... no hassles! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to check them out!

This, by far, was one of the most friendly, helpful, and honest places I have every gone to for used cars. I have done quite a bit of shopping over the years for vehicles (personal, kids, friends) and this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. In fact, I had been to 7 in the last two weeks! Mark (the salesman I worked with and owner) was open and honest about the condition of the truck we bought (which was in excellent condition with a few small flaws which was not much for a 2005), worked with me since I had to travel from an hour away to look at this for a relative of mine, and was a blessing to talk to and work with. No high pressure, no dishonesty, no trying to "hide" things about the vehicle, just great communication and integrity.

I bought my current vehicle from here back in November. It was my first time buying a car at a dealer and Josh and his father made it as painless a process as possible. Josh was a great person with whom to work. We had a very specific vehicle we needed for our situation. He went out of his way looking, and found us a wonderful vehicle. He and Mark are honest, kind, and willing to help in any way they can. They also have an in-house mechanic who is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Mark made our experience fantastic. We purchased a 2015 Altima from him on 5-11-20. A couple of days later we noticed a couple of issues with the car. I called Mark and they went out of their way to fix the car. If you are looking for a car stop by you won't be disappointed. These are GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

I have bought my last 3 cars from Mark. One of the most honest guys you will ever meet. I would recommend Mark or his son any day of the week. Takes time to explain things. Has given me estimates and when it came in at a lower price let me know, this Company is above board and true to there word.

In the days of the ongoing Covid crisis my wife and I found we we had more cars than we needed. We ultimately sold our car to Mark and couldn't be happier. This Father and son operation impressed me, it was like going back in time to the day when long term businesses were pillars of the community. I'm originally from Kalamazoo, it brings back memories of buying cars at Bud and Doug Walters. Good folks running a good business. I'll be a return customer.

I went to this Car Lot with my Sister 3 year's ago. I didn't get out her car. Due to Not looking to purchase a vehicle. The Owner came out to meet me. He said "I have a Car just for You!". He took my arm and brought me to a 2002 Camry!. It was Sleek Looking. Tented Window's, All White 4-Door. I was Bought, Line, Hook, And Sinker. It has a Great Motor. Never Breaks Down. And whenever I needed Service's Mark would Fix my Car. Or refer me to the Proper People to get my car fixed. They at Cascade Motors are like Family to Me. Yes I Refer Only Good, Sound, Friend's & Family to Mark. And the Referral Incentive is Out of This World!. Very friendly group. As a private company, they don't push for the big sales and are willing to work with you as a customer. Ery patient with me and my wife (first time buyers), and strightforward about prices- no surprise fees- and vehicle conditions.

I had a great experience with them! I had someone run into the side of my drivers door so I couldn t open it and they fixed it and it looks and works good as new and were fast with it! I would definitely recommend them!

These people are trash I regret buying a car from them had nothing but problems since I bought it payed 9000 for something that s parked in my yard they lie to your face and oviiously ado not care of your a single mother with kids because I asked the owner several times before I payed cash if the car was good and they said yes they took advantage of me with my child worse experience I ve ever had I will never go back to this place

Thought they was good honest ppl Mark Sold me they junk I ve been have this 2013 avenger for 2weeks I have to get a jump everyday control arm rotted out the heat went out 3 days after then To found out there is a transmission leak Jeff claimed he fixed and didn t and a number of other problems Thanks !
