Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about this place! Above-and-beyond friendly and professional, offered me coffee while I waited (not for long though!), very clean and well-designed office, and did a fantastic and timely job. They took care of all my insurance details and kept me updated with the status of our vehicle s repair. They have all our future business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience at Car Center! The repairs were done more quickly than I expected, and communication was done very professionally. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect (which means a lot from a woman at a car repair place!!).

My wife brought our Lincoln in to have it looked at. The guys took care of the issue asap. There was some loose trim on the body and they fixed it as it needed clips. They are amazing and fast!!! Highly recommend.

Banged up my Cadillac pretty bad and had to have the fender, bumper, headlight and skid plate all replaced and repainted. Dan and the guys did a wonderful job, I almost didn't recognize my own car when I pulled in to get it. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I hope I won't need any more work done, but if I do I'm probably going back to them!

Great guys, everyone is friendly and helpful in all aspects. Car looks brand new. Communication is great with a call twice a week updating you where your car is along the repair process.

They kept me updated on my cars progress throughout. That was wonderful to know what was going on. And when my car was ready, they made sure to call me so I didn t have to go another day with a rental. Great company.

I decided to go with this shop because I wanted to support a small business. But my overall experience wasn't the best for few reasons. First my car returned much later than promised, I understand they had to order additional part but even with that being considered it took much longer and every time I called they would come up with new excuses, DISHONEST STAFF. Upon receiving my car I found new scratches on fender that were never there and rear bumper had some scratches which they promised to fix but still waiting for repairs after Three months. DON'T RECOMMEND this business to anyone.Update: I agree your shop provided me vehicle and I had it just for one day only because after you failed to deliver on your words. Regarding scratches I have been expecting your call for over 3 months now I even reached out myself about the issue but I am done with your lies and excuses. If you are still interested to fix those scratches feel free to contact me.

This is the best experience that I have had with a car repair. The staff is extremely friendly and Knowle gable. They communicated the work being done to my car in a way that I could easily understand and the process was very transparent. My repair had a delay, but they were upfront about the fact that it was taking longer than they expected because they wanted to ensure the overall quality and longevity of my car.I've had many bad experiences with mechanics speaking to me in a demeaning or deceitful manner. It's remarkable how much easier a car repair can be when you're not worried that the wool is being pulled over your eyes.

I've used Care Care for my body work three times through my insurance. They're work is excellent and they even repaired an area on my car as an extra service without charging my insurance. They finished on time and kept me informed through text messages. I know how hard it is to trust mechanics so I would not lead you wrong. They are professional. All facts!!!Service: Painting

They did an amazing job wirh my 2004 Buick Rainier front bumper, they even power washed the inside of the vehicle, when I was given the truck back it looked it like I had just bought it from the dealer!!!! Will definitely recommend.

I was referred to Car Center by mu insurance company when the shops I typically used were months out. Car Center got my car in and out in a very timely manner and I was thrilled with my bi-weekly text updates. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the work was great. Car/deer accident .boo! They restored my car to dealership new! Took for ever for Honda to deliver an electronic part but once it came in installed within a few hours. My car is good-to-go!!

I was so impressed with everything at Car Center. I had an accident in early December and was being told by other local body shops that they wouldn t be able to even get my car in until (at least) January. I called Car Center and they were able to get my car in AND totally repaired in less than 3 weeks! Brandon and the rest of the staff were communicative, honest, and incredibly professional throughout the process. I couldn t be happier or more satisfied with the service I received here; I d give more than 5 stars if possible!Service: Body & Trim
