It's always an amazing experience when I come here. The customer service is wonderful. Everything is communicated,and they let you know what stage your vehicle is in from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Alpine Collision workedwell with my insurance and kept me updated on repairs and parts availability. They were also considerate with regard to the limit of my rental vehicle and were happy to make alternate arrangements to allow me to return the rental on time. If I was able to give more than five stars I would, this place is filled with amazing, kind, and hard-working people. Joshua, I'm grateful for what you did for me today, and I also appreciate how you took the time to explain everything to me, you are one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life, you won t understand how grateful I am today. I would also like to appreciate the lady at the front desk for how understanding and kind she is. Take you car here and you won t be disappointed at all. They will take care of you car like nothing else matter.

I started dealing with Alpine Collision close to 30 years ago when I was in high school delivering auto parts. To this day Alpine is the only body shop that I would even consider taking my vehicles to. They fix my personal cars as well as our fleet of company vehicles. You will not find a shop with better quality or more professional people.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car in for a self-pay dent and bumper repair. Josh brought me in to the garage for a quote and talked me through the options, costs, reasoning in a helpful and clear manner. The work was well priced, well done, and the staff was helpful and honest throughout.

Best body shop around! They always go above and beyond. Josh is amazing and so easy to work with. Thanks for doing a great job installing my new steel bumper and repairing my rear quarter panel. I recently need my car repaired due to an accident and decided to take it to alpine collision. Im glad i did, The staff at alpine collision were incredible. They kept in contact with me and up to date about all repairs. They were extremely kind and understanding and very professional. They worked diligently to repair my car even when issues arose (no fault of their own). When i picked my car up i realized they detailed it. And WOW they did an amazing job, it was as clean as the day i bought it. I highly recommend using Alpine Collision Center, from beginning to end they exceeded my expectations.

They did a great job for me! My vehicle was a little different than most as it is a classic car and did not have a paint color code for them to refer to. The people at ACC did a great job of finding the color, fixing the dents/cracks, and making everything look great. The car looks better than it did before the accident! I would definitely take any of my cars back to them and would recommend them to a friend. The only thing they could improve upon would be updates on progress since the job did go a little longer than planed. That said, the quality of the work, attention to detail, and time the staff took to talk with me about the process definitely earns them 5 stars!

After been involved in a hit and run with minor damage to the left side of our Truck we decided to take it to Alpine Collision Center, best decision we could've made . Josh is just a nice ,professional ,kind person that does everything to make sure you get what you need . And in only 2 days we had our truck fixed and loved the email updates .Thank you for the service definitely will do business with you guys again and DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!P.s. thanks for cleaning our vehicle!!!! :)Service: Body & Trim

I will start this review with the good part:After hitting a deer in 2017 I took my car to Alpine Collision - they were quick to get an estimate to my insurance company and to get my car in to repair. Overall the repair quality seems good and is still holding up today. There was a few minor issues with my headlight alignment and I have had to return once because a corner of my front bumper popped out.And now for the unfortunate part:During my repair I needed to use their loaner vehicle. When the morning came to drop my car off and pick up their vehicle I was told I needed to inspect the loaner to verify its condition. It felt odd to have to inspect a loaner as every other one I had ever used was basically a throwaway vehicle. Being very early in the AM it was still dark out but I did a walk around the car and everything seemed in order so I signed off on it and went to work.The next day when I returned the loaner to pickup my car a technician went out to inspect the loaner and lo and behold - they said it was damaged! They claimed the back bumper was damaged while I had it, looking at the car there was NO WAY I could have seen that damage in the morning when I picked it up and it did NOT happen while I had the car. I drove it to work and home with a single quick stop in between, I would have known if something had hit it.A day later they sent me an invoice for the damage that totaled over $1000. I called and eventually got them to lower it to $500 but regardless I will NOT be bringing any more vehicles there and I would caution anyone who uses their services to NEVER take their loaner vehicles. It felt like a scam in the beginning and it saddens me that businesses can treat paying customers like this. I have attached a photo of their claimed "damage" for reference.

I had a minor crash and they were exactly on with how many days it would take to fix. They very extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My insurance company referred me to them. I was hesitant because I was thinking about going to a dealership, but the work was with all OEM parts and they did a full interior and exterior detail on my car. Hopefully I never get in a crash again, but if I do I am going back to them.

I went to Alpine Collision because I scraped my back door and the area around part of the wheel well on my garage door. Josh Tomaszewki looked at it and found what I thought was scraped up paint on the car was actually paint from the garage door frame. He didn t charge me a dime. He was very honest as he could have said the car needed repainting but he didn t. I m very grateful and very pleased in hope they do business.Service: Painting

Went there to get my door fixed and I was amazed with their work. They cleaned the inside of my car, including the mats, brightened my cloudy headlights, and buffed out a small scratch for no extra cost. They kept me well informed since it didn't go through my insurance and even finished faster than estimated. Nice people, great results

They did an amazing job! After my accident, they took my car in and fixed it within 2 days. They did an expert job, along with the repair, they washed my car and even cleaned out the inside of my car! Extremely happy with my decision to go with Alpine.

Almost perfect. First, my car looks like the day I bought it! I found a couple of small imperfections in the paint on the door. That said they went above and beyond. They cleaned all the glass, wiped down the dash, vacuumed the car, and gave it back to me in a much better condition than I dropped in of in. They will be my first call if I need body work done again! Lastly, it did take a couple of days longer than quoted, but they kept me updated the entire time. Thank you all for restoring my car!

This place is great not only did they do a great job on the work on my car. They went above and beyond and wash and cleaned the inside and out of my car I would absolutely recommend them. I will definitely be going back for any work i need done to my car.

WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I have been a customer of Alpine Collision for many years. Alpine Collision is not only friendly, but transparent. My insurance company had ZERO issues communicating with Steve and Jeanine.I had two accidents in a 3 year span that left my vehicles immobile. Since then, I have had minor body work completed and the same sort of service ensued. The skill level at which repairs are completed is unparalleled. I recently took my vehicle in because I assumed my mirror cap issue was due to a previous repair... it was completely separate, but Andy still fixed it and explained what likely happened (another vehicle hitting my mirror).Excellent customer service, transparency, fair pricing and honesty will keep me a loyal customer for life. Steve and Jeanine have created a business that treat you like family, from the front desk to the repair technicians. THANK YOU!

Got an estimate for installation of a part online and they stuck to that original price. Friendly staff that communicate clearly, and a quality job in the end. They had a very reasonable price and accommodated for me when other shops refused to or were requesting almost twice as much for the same job. Very pleased with my service.

They have great service, I hit a deer right before Christmas and my car was still done in 5 days. Great quality work and great customer service from start to finish. If I ever need collision I will always go to alpine collision thanks from 2016 dodge journey

Amazing service, would recommend to anyone in need of repair on their vehicle. Job was completed on time and my vehicle was returned to me cleaner then when I left it! They also worked with me to get my vehicle back after hours. Will definitely return if I m in need of any repairs in the future.

Got in a small accident in July, had a frustrating runaround with the other driver's insurance, but the end result I got from Alpine Collision honestly made the headache go away. They went above and beyond with the work that I was there for, took care of some other issues my vehicle was having and worked closely with my insurance so I didn't have to cover the excess repairs. Vehicle interior was, to my surprise and delight, also sparkling clean when I picked it up. Steve did my initial estimate; he and the whole crew there were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place.

The team quoted that they would need four businesses days to do the work. However, on the end of the third business day I received a phone call that they did not even start working on my vehicle yet. This was very disappointing as this is my only vehicle to drive and I had to make special arrangements to get to and from work. Additionally, my vehicle has aftermarket lightbars and other aftermarket parts added to it and when I got my vehicle back I noticed that the wires which connect to a light bar were pulled out and that the lights were not working. When I confronted the team leader, Josh, on this issue he said that this is how the vehicle came to us which is not true as I checked before dropping it off that everything was in working order. I am very disappointed with the lack of honesty and professionalism that this company has. Their body work was good though.

Very good experience. Slid on some ice and had some bumper damage. ACC was able to get me in the same day when all other body shops in the area were estimating 3 weeks out. This was a preferred body shop through my insurance company and everything was essentially handled between ACC and State Farm. They had my truck 100% completed in 6 days, less than what they originally quoted (8 days) when they gave me an estimate. It was also convenient that they're very close to home. Would recommend to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.
