Just got my car back after a hit and run in a parking lot with front end damage. Caliber kept me informed the whole time, and the repair was so much quicker than I thought. They worked with my insurance and made it super easy! Matt was great to work with and even stayed late so I could pick my car up after work. I would definitely recommend !

The people at Caliber Collision are amazing. I got into a car accident a month ago with some pretty deep rear-end cuts and scrapes to my rig. I selected Caliber from a list of recommended auto body shops provided by my insurance company and after reading Google reviews - let me just say - those positive Google reviews were spot on. Adding another one for the next person who needs it! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with kindness and understanding - thanks, Britney! I brought my car in for an inspection and met with Brad - he walked around my car with me and we reviewed the damage together. They got my car in less than a week later. They even coordinated with Enterprise Rent-a-Car down the street - they know each other on a first name basis and really took all of the stress out of my hands. I pulled out of the Caliber lot in my rental. While my car was in the shop - Brad called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me an update on the repairs. He was so transparent and open, it was refreshing! When I ve had body work done in years past, I ve always felt like I m the one calling in to check on my car, but Brad took that responsibility off of my shoulders and did a really good job of explaining the whole process. My car repairs wrapped up two days shy of the two-week estimate they gave me when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up, because they coordinate so well with Enterprise - I was able to leave my rental car keys right with them! Also - and probably most importantly - they did a fantastic job on the repairs. My car is right back to her normal glorious self! Getting into a car accident is awful, but when you ve got an excellent auto body shop, it can really ease the majority of that stress. If you re looking for a place that will take excellent care of you and your car - look no further - Caliber Collision on Plainfield is top notch.

The whole group at Caliber were very professional and friendly. They even helped me get a better rental car rate through Enterprise. The van was returned very clean, and their communication throughout the process was professional and upfront. I would recommend their services.

Bill worked on my 2015 Nissan Sentra after hitting a deer. He did a wonderful job and I would go to him for future repairs as well. Caliber Collision got my car in and repaired it extremely fast and kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend this company to do car repairs and if you need to speak to someone for a quote, ask for Bill.

After being hit on my drivers side we used Caliber Collision for the repairs. We live less than 5 minutes away so we chose based on proximity and based on our insurance coverage. We are so glad we chose Caliber! They made the repairs in less than a month and my Audi is looking good as new. They also did a wonderful job detailing it inside and out which we really appreciated. The staff at Caliber was very informative, friendly and professional. Hoping that we won't have another accident but if we do, we will definitely be back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend this place! This was my first time being in a large accident. I needed a cosmetic repair for my entire front bumper. This was absolutely no problem for Caliber! They got my car in right away, worked with my insurance company (even advocated for better parts from the insurance company on my behalf), contacted me with an additional AC compressor repair that was needed (also repaired without any issues), removed the entire damaged bumper from my backseat, kept my car clean (possibly cleaner than it was before), and got everything fixed in a timely manner. Outstanding! From the service to the finished product, Brad and the team delivered! I am a stickler on customer service, and when Brad communicated twice a week and found out that is their policy, (communication is a big thing for me) I was EXTREMELY PLEASED! Also, they under promised and over delivered. Brad had called me and left a message that it would be done Tuesday or Wednesday the next week, and I got it 6 days ahead of time. He told me also, that my color was hard to match, so they tried a few times and finally got it. GREAT JOB! I can t recommend this company enough. If you are thinking about what Body Shop to go to, think no further and go to Caliber. YOU WON T BE DISSAPOINTED!

Dont bring your vehicle here, waited about 5 months to even get my car in, took them 3 weeks to replace door shells and paint, they didnt replace my scratch gaurds or replace the door handle that was qouted, they also didnt tighten down my battery terminals so i lost power steering along with all my electrical on the s curves of all places, then today i discovered they didnt put all the bolts back in on the plastic wheel well so now because of the snow its rubbing on my tire.. absolutely horrible experience here, stay away if you can. Also gerber is affiliated with caliber as well, I gave them time to try an rectify the issues and to no surprise they haven't even reached back out, save yourself the hassle

Caliber Collision on Plainfield in Grand Rapids Mi, worked directly with my insurance company, making it easy to address and fix my smashed door. The staff provided excellent communication twice weekly. Everyone, from beginning, middle and end, was friendly, honest, and professional. My car was ready a week earlier than planned. They did a great job with the repair and then the exterior was thoroughly detailed. What was totally unexpected was the interior was detailed. They were able to move up our repair in the queue so we quickly dropped the car off without cleaning it ourselves after a beach trip with our dog. When we got the car back, they had cleaned and vacuumed the entire car, even the dog nose prints on the windows were gone.Service: Body & Trim

When my car got hit they took it in right away. The process went faster than expected. They ordered all the parts and fixed it in about a week to week and a half. They also clean the inside of your car which is nice. I talked to Britney a lot on the phone when calling and she was helpful. Overall I am very happy with the process and results.

I needed trim replacement. The parts were in faster than I expected. Caliber called to let me know the parts were in and I got in the same day. They replaced the part at no cost to me. Had my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired here this past month. Brad J, and Tim were upfront with me on the time frame of when I could expect parts to be in and get my Jeep on the schedule for the repairs since it was driveable. Very seamless process, Tim, Bill and Brad stayed in communication of what the stage of my vehicle was in and when it would be ready so I could arrange the time to come get it. Once it was ready they did a great job detailing it! I highly recommend this place not just for service, but the customer service these men provide is top knotch. Keep it up!
