I rarely do these things, but wanted to share my experience with a recent repair at Bob's Collision.I hit a deer, so my front end fascia had to be replaced, one headlight, and some mounting hardware.They're all set up with my insurance, so absolutely smooth and seamless with estimates and repair approvals. Zero time lost here.The work is absolutely flawless--and I'm a car guy, so I pay attention to the details. The body gaps between my hood, fender and front fascia is even all the way around. Not every shop gets this right.The other stuff: Communication and time-frame. They told me when they could get it in, they did that. They told me when they would get it done, and they beat that by a day. I'm very impressed.They said what they were going to do, then they did what the said, and kept me in the loop the whole time. If you want your vehicle repaired properly, go see the folks at Bob's Collision.

I don't have any previous experience with body shops, but Bob's Collision Service did a great job repairing some hood and fender damage on my WRX. The paint matching and panel gaps look great! I got my car back cleaner than how I gave it to them, both inside and out. The staff was professional and polite. Bonus if you have State Farm, since they work directly with them, so they handled all the paperwork as well! I definitely recommend them if your car is in need of repairs!Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer and called around to find a place to service my car. I had actually called a couple of places before I called Bob s and those places could get me in the first week of January but they weren t very friendly. When I spoke to the woman at Bob s, she told me it would be around the third week of January. But she was so much kinder than the other places I spoke to and when I told her I was going to call around she said, Ok no problem, I hope we hear back from you! I hung up the phone and sat there for a minute and called back. I thanked her for being so kind and friendly and told her I wanted to go with them. They ended up getting my car in yesterday (12/14) and it was done by 2pm when I dropped it off at 10:30am. She even let me run and get my checkbook so I wouldn t have to pay the 3% processing fee! I can t say enough great things about my experience. Oh, and they even offered to drive me home after I dropped my car off! Thank you so much for everything, Bob s Collision!

Entire staff was AMAZING!! I had a bunch of cosmetic improvements and new parts installed, a true pleasure to work with. I was referred initially for their paint work, and they delivered on all aspects! HIGHLY recommend, they re just all around great people. They did an excellent job on my vehicle's repairs. Process with insurance was smooth and Bob's handled all the insurance stuff. Got my vehicle back a whole day earlier than anticipated too! The only con I would say I had was that they had to schedule my estimate date out a few weeks so it did take time to get the vehicle in there. But I dont fault them for that because that just shows how busy they are and how many people trust them with their repairs. If your insurance will let you, do yourself a favor and get these guys for your vehicle repairs!

I gave 2 stars because the actual work they could do was good enough. Had the wrong parts delivered and an order that wasn't even put through. They had an insurance issue refusing a repair they stated didn't happen when I was hit. All in all a looong drawn out incomplete process, took my Jeep to an actual certified Jeep dealership/repair shop.

Not only is my car beautiful on the outside, they detailed the inside! Even my mirrors we cleaned. This is the second time I have used Bob's for my auto repairs, and the second time they have exceeded my expectations.

I took my car here for an auto inspection with a man who had struck my vehicle while it was parked on the side of the road. They seemed nice at first but were not professional when it came to following up with me on the damages the man had caused to my car. They were very one sided and I m not sure how you think someone didn t cause the damage to my car when it s exactly where the man hit it. I have never needed body work done on a vehicle before, so I'm not sure what is "normal" service.... That being said I was extremely happy with the job that was done on my Ford Mustang. You would never know anything happened to it. They were very great with their communication and updated me with the progress. I absolutely will recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. Our jeep was involved in an accident. They where listed as a top rated repair shop from our insurance agency and were in their network of approved shops. We wanted the process to be smooth and quick so we elected our vehicle to be taken there. Everything was straight forward, detailed (everything itemized), very well communicated via call and online status link. Very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Bob s Collision is amazing, they go above and beyond! Staff are wonderful and professional. My vehicle not only was ready the day estimated, the repair work looks great and my vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed inside and out. Felt like I picked up a newer fresher version. I have always been really skeptical of mechanics because I have always felt taken advantage since I don't know much about cars. This shop changed my impression about mechanics, I got in a car accident and this shop fixed my car entirely, looks like nothing ever happened to it and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. The staff is really nice and the entire place is so clean and professional. They send you a bill breaking down absolutely everything they will be doing and where the charges are. If I ever need another repair I will be coming here. Thank you for your honesty and trustworthiness

They scheduled my repairs and kept the original date. I was updated on the progress via text messages. My car was done on time as promised. It looks great and no one can tell the front passenger side was damaged. And they even washed and detailed my car which I never expected but really appreciated!! They did a GREAT job and I would highly recommend them. The staff was friendly and the entire experience was a good one.Service: Body & Trim

Hit something on the freeway and my insurance company recommended these guys. They got my car right in; came and picked it up since he didn't want me driving it just in case something went wrong with the tire; and I would have had my son with me. They got it in, got the parts ordered and are working on it. They are very busy and there's quite a wait so I'm lucky I got in when I did. Nothing but friendly service and they've kept me up to date with texts and or calls on the process.

Took forever to get an estimate and then they kept pushing me to use insurance for the claim and estimated the damage very high to try to get me to claim on insurance Will never go back

Never have I written a review so quickly after service. I wait at least a few days to see if things are not what it seems. Well as I saw my damage was fixed beyond recognition I also saw how they vacuumed my vehicle and also washed it.I was so impressed.I called my husband and said let's use them for all of our vehicles needs. While I haven't officially gotten my Prius repaired here yet, I will be in the coming days. I can detail my experience up to that point. Side note, my wife's car was repaired here after a hit and run. The quality of the repairs is what made me come back.I called and asked if there was a time I needed to schedule an estimate. I was told simply to just stop in and it would be no problem. Pulled in and let them know I was there and Randy came out to go over the issues I wanted fixed. He walked around my entire car inspecting all the spots I had pointed out and we went back in to finish up. While I waited for the estimate I was given my choice of drink while I waited. Randy came back a few moments later with the estimate, completely itemized for my convenience. I was amazed! Every other body shop I went to just gave me a giant list of everything and threw out a price. My experience was thorough and to the point.I absolutely will be coming back within the week to finish my repairs.

I'll add to the excellent reviews. I piicked up my Tundra this week and I have to say that it is as good as new. I cannot tell that my fender bender (more like a bumper bender) ever happened. Once I drove in for the quote they completely handled dealing with my insurance company except for calling into my agent to make the claim. I just had to drop off and pick up the truck. Great job, and great service.

I rarely leave reviews, but these folks deserve the BEST review possible.This was my first experience with them, having hit a deer a couple weeks ago. The repairs were completed within the quoted timeframe, but here is where they set themselves apart...Matt called me the day I was supposed to pick up the car and explained that there was a minor paint match issue...not very noticeable, but he didn't want to deliver the car in this condition. He offered to pay the extra couple days of my rental car to ensure they got the paint to match perfectly. The car is indeed perfect now, and everything was handled smoothly. They even washed and polished the car and thoroughly vacuumed the interior. The car is now as-new, and Matt went above and beyond in every way!

I am BEYOND SATISFIED with the work and customer service from Bob s Collision. My car looked just like it did when I pulled it off the lot, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. And when I picked my car up it was sparkling inside and out. I highly recommend Bob s Collision to everyone. Thanks Randy for keeping me updated from begin to end. I ll never use another body shop again. Thank you to everyone who took care of my baby

Great as ever. I have been using bobs since my last name was Vanderwerp and Bob ran it Can totally count on a good job. No blame intended, as I asked to pick it up after hours, but I think my gas might have been taken while sitting outside. Just an FYI Possibly wrong but I don't think so. Tks again for bringing my phone to me at airport Randy.

Bob's collision is a wonderful shop, I really don't think I could do them justice with a simple review, but I'll try anyways.I had my car towed in after it was hit while parked; the damage was extensive to say the least. The car was new, though, so instead of writing it off as a total loss my insurance opted to pay for repairs. It was a BIG job.The staff at Bob's collision was absolutely wonderful to interact with! They were friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever I called with questions they were patient and always got me an answer soon.I seriously recommend you give Bob's Collision a chance if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing car repairs, they will take great care of you.

Great service and fair prices here. This is my 2nd time working with them for a repair. First was front end collision damage on our car and the 2nd was a cracked passenger side window. Estimates are usually cheaper than 'bigger' body shops but the work seems just as good as anywhere else I've seen.
