This place is trash, sold me a headlight that failed intermittently after 2 weeks then didn't want to let me return it without a box. I put a different brand light and had no problems. Now apparently because I made them return a junk part they locked my account. There's other places to buy from with better quality. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...

Poor customer service don't honor their parts impossible to get your money back so don't buy parts from them no one in the place can hardly speak English and they never let you speak to a manager or a supervisor

IF YOU WANT YOUR IDENTITY STOLEN THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! they take your debit and driver license upstairs and make copies.. They sold me a fender they never had in the warehouse but later tried selling me a more expensive one. This place has TERRIBLE service. Try junkyard or Amazon instead of this garbage place.

I have an account and they constantly send me the wrong parts and there supervisors are extremely rude and keep attitudes . I feel like if you can't deal with the public then find another job. The company sends me the wrong parts then when I come to return them after paying for them the supervisor on the floor starts throwing perfectly good parts as he checks them back in because he has a attitude. A trip to the junk yard is worth not having to deal with attitude and language barriers.

Waited 2 hours for them to pull parts they said they had. They never pulled them and refunded me a week later after waiting hours in the office for parts and not getting any. The junk yard is cleaner and faster then this dump. I would not come back again.

Be careful of this place "DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD HERE" They took my debit card and my driver's license and went upstairs and made a copy and second day they started using my debit card to get fuel and and other purchases in flint Michigan. They shared with third party. I made a police report. Be careful.

Had to give 1 star so I could leave comment. Hood(fiberglass) arrived in tattered packaging(I was not here to accept/inspect)and upon unwrapping, one end already opened when it arived, according to another employee, I took "bumpers/protectors" off front edge and waited until I set on car to remove the other two. Found damage to both corners with the passenger side having been chipped off. A piece about 1/2-3/4" was missing and was lodged inside of "protective" bumper. The hood is about 1/2-3/4"(It's not straight)too narrow to fill opening. Also, the edge is not consistent and is mostly rounded too much with about a 45 degree bevel at one spot from too much sanding. The money saved in buying f r om here will be way outspent if we had to have it corrected. The list price is around $320 with our cost being around $200. For $350 I will be buying a metal one, pr I med and ready to paint, that is guaranteed to fit. Also, not sure what type of bolts the manufacturer thought we would be using but there isn't enough material to safely fasten to for the hinges or the latch. There are no "blocks" of any tyoe...just less than 1/4" of incomplete fiberglass (They're just a fuzzy holes with no definition or strength.).

This place is run by somebody who is unable to hold himself accountable for his actions. When dealing with Kyle at this store I was constantly given the run around and he was unwilling to help me solve problems that his business had caused me previously. I will never deal with this business again. Stay away from this place

Called and knew what I was looking for, pretty simple, a hood for a used car, the person helping me was clueless. She said they had one, but when I went to pick it up, they said they never did have it, but could order it in and can pick up tomorrow. Wasted time, but it is pretty cheap, $78.

This place is awesome, without an account, i can still find most parts i need for far cheaper than online. The wait can sometimes be long, but it's worth it

Going down the highway through grand Rapids this morning doing 85 and one of your drivers decided hed ride a couple feet off my bumper.. get over he flys by me just to ride a couple feet off the next persons bumper.. i got pics if youre interested.. very unsafe driver!!!

Took forever. They got me the wrong part the first time, then informed me that they didn't have the correct one though their inventory said otherwise. There's no reason for 3 people to execute a simple return or exchange. It's get in, get out, not make me wait around over an hour.
