The charge me 545 to fix my brakes light problems but idk what they did and as soon as I left the place my brakes lights won't turn on aging and I'll go back a lot of times and now they say that that's not they problem

Benavides Auto is the best auto shop ever. I had a gas leak in my line. Took my surburban to them and it was diagnosed, parts ordered and the repair was completed within an hour of me arriving. The service was friendly, fast, and very professional service. The pricing was excellent . I will berecommending Benavides Auto Shop to everyone I know. Thank you so much... I have been doing here for years and its hit and miss. Sometimes they are good, other times they do poor work. I took my Malibu there for a number of issues, after charging me a few different time to fix the issue, it was not fixed. My car was still stopping. I have not returned since and I will not! Going to Muffler Man!

They Put a rebuilt motor in my Chevy traverse, the engine failed less than 4000 miles after being installed. It s outside their very short warranty and say I am at fault for not doing proper maintenance. I followed instructions that were given, had the oil changed after 500 miles and drove the car slower than usual. Had the cruise on and there was a quiet pop from the front, the engine stopped running and now will not turn over. It appears that coolant was somehow getting into the oil and caused the engine to fail. Of course this is outside their very short warranty period. I do not feel a rebuilt engine should have this big of a problem this soon, unless it was rebuilt poorly or installed poorly. I am again out a car and now out all my savings. Proceed at your own risk.

Don t go here cuz even if you schedule an appointment they won t be ready to help you for a while they seem like ok people so I can t give them 1 star tho

They just get you to trust them than they charge you even for standing on their ground. The lady there abuse on the prices trying to get extra for something inexpensive. Sad thing some people are afraid to say it to her face.

I love this shop. The workers are great. A really long time ago when I would come in they would let me watch them while they work and show me how to do things

Mi wife went there having car trouble wouldnt start so they told her she needed new starter for about 300 with labor took the car and wouldn't start the next day so she took it back and that it was a break switch and wanted another 200 sell you stuff you dont need
