I showed up around 12:30p.m. on a Thursday. Surprisingly they were reasonably busy getting people in and out. The team was attentive and timely with each customer. These guys know what hard work really is. It's kind of refreshing in this day and age where working hard as a generality isn't a thing. Respectful of my individual needs and monetary situation with concern to repairs. Was able to modify my quote multiple times to fit my needs which goes above and beyond. John you are the man! Hats off to you and your team! Keep up the stellar work! P. S. The gentleman who Helped that older lady to the seating area was icing on the cake.

Super happy to find this little gem; FREE AIR! And you can even set the air pressure on the unit. It'll even turn off once the unit reaches the set limit. No more trying to dig that little pressure gauge out of that cluttered glove compartment. It's great!

I was helped by Mr. Steve Hollman this morning and can't say enough positive things. After an unexpected snow, my morning was thrown off. I had already scheduled new tires, but I wasn't sure how badly I needed them until I started driving that morning. I called because I was running late/sliding all over the roads, and he was very gracious. Upon arrival, I asked him to provide advice on the tires I selected online which he had already reviewed that morning after my call. He was very honest with me that my choice was worse than the tires I had on my vehicle, which I knew would not be okay as I am carting around 2 littles most of my day and need to be able to safely commute. He spent the time with me to review the options and explain in detail what the ratings and benefits were for each, discussing costs, etc. and I am VERY happy with the selection. I could tell a difference instantly upon driving off the lot. The best news? They were cheaper than the ones I had on the car to begin with! But much higher quality and right for the type of driving we do here in Michigan. I also waited in the lobby to work and they did it in less than an hour. He also made sure to talk me through the warranty, rebates, and other benefits that come with my purchase (basically, free roadside service and repairs!). All in all, they took such great care of me and my family and I am so grateful! And Steve, you were right about the tires - they drive GREAT in our unplowed street and up hills (whereas I was sliding backwards down the same roads just an hour before). It feels like I have AWD! THANK YOU!

Purchased new tires at a fair price. Arrived as promised and installed in the time frame given. They initially offered a protection plan which I declined. I expected to get additional sales pitches on the protection plan but was pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up and paid for everything no problems. I will use them again when I need new tires or an alignment.

This place takes advantage of women to try and scam them with bogus "repairs".My girlfriend took her vehicle in to have two new tires mounted and get an alignment. They put the new tires on but then said they can't do an alignment because of a bad wheel bearing and sway bar and offered to fix it for $1600. None of those parts have anything to do with the alignment and the wheel bearing they said was bad was the one I replaced myself two weeks prior, for less than $140, in less than an hour. A new sway bar is $28 at Autozone and takes all of 30 minutes to replace, for referenceSo now she's driving on two new tires with a bad alignment and I got to schedule another appointment elsewhere to have it done. Avoid Alpine Belle Tire. Liars and scumbags who act sleezy with women who come in and try to take advantage of them.

My fiance brought her car here to get a tire patched and they told her her struts and shocks were bad and quoted her 2200 we brought it somewhere else and theirs nothing wrong with the struts or shocks . Place is a scam go somewhere else

Have had great service for 9+ years! Went in on Wednesday night 45 minutes before they closed with a battery issue. They smiled and the gentleman said yes we can get you in before we close. They were able to get me the battery and out the door right as they closed. Thank you!

I called this location to make an appointment for an alignment on my BMW 3 series, I double checked that they were sure they could since it s a European car and they said yes no problem so I drove a half hour to the shop and when I got there they said that they saw me drive in and the car is too low (it s a stock BMW) to do an alignment on. I asked why they told me to come in then and if they would go out and look at it or try and they just said sorry it can t be done and that was it. I called the 28th st Belle Tire and they said yeah they can do it, I double checked since they said they use the same machines and they assured me they could, so I drove a half hour there, they pulled it in immediately and did the alignment and had me out in a half hour.

I have had some bad luck when it comes to mechanics and car repairs lately, but not at Belle Tire. The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. They sit with you and explain in detail what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. I can't praise them enough and highly recommend them.

Swapped my wife's regular tires for winter tires which we keep stored in the warmer seasons. Technician started on it immediately and car was done in about an hour. Great service and friendly staff as always!

Went in for an oil change and to get my tires topped off. They forgot to top off the tires. I had to go back in for that to be done correctly. I was given a full page worth off issues for my vehicle which I declined to have done. It was over $3k worth of work. I had a mechanic check my car after leaving. He stated they lied about all the work that needed to be done. They are snakes looking for fools to give them money for nothing.Do not trust these people. They will rob you blind.

Took my car here to get looked at, the mechanic literally broke part of my car and then tried to blame me and say it was broken when I brought it in, even thought it would have been impossible to drive it there if it was broken. I would avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are a woman. They ll try to treat you like you re dumb. But hey, free air!!

Wow. Came in with a flat in the back I had already changed. They fixed it quickly and sent me out the door, no charge. Unexpected service. This is my tire store!

Steve H at the Alpine Ave Belle Tire is fantastic and made my service experience a seemless easy comfortable one from the welcoming smile as I entered the store to timely updates on my service and collaborative scheduling and easy checkout! I have been a Belle Tire customer for over 20yrs and I am never disappointed at the excellence of the team members quality products and customer service!!! Awesome job, Steve and team!!!

Update 8-10: On the way to my doctor my car started having a thump thump noise on the freeway. At first I was afraid it was something stuck in my tire. But when I arrived I didn't see anything. So after my appointment I decided to try and diagnose it. Drive a little in the lot then check. Finally I noticed my rear driver side tire was slightly tilted. Upon checking further they HADN'T tightened the lug nuts properly. So I definitely recommend checking on that before you leave here.First I really appreciate them getting my vehicle back on the road as I use it for work.That being said their prices are just astronomical. 140$ /H for labor. When did a mechanic start making more than a doctor????Also 85$ to bleed my brakes and then on top of that charging 27$ for a 32oz bottle of brake fluid which is 2-2.5 x retail. And why is the fluid not included in the 85$ fee for brake bleed???All in all I'll definitely shop elsewhere for repairs going forward.

I broke down in Grand Rapids add my car towed there the people they were amazing with a fixed everything at a reasonable price and got me on my way I highly recommend them

Yeah well. Giving this place 2 stars is being generous. I specifically told the service guy on the phone, that my Mercedes was 38 yrs. old. Asked him to be good to see them using a Bead Sealer on the wheels lest they leak air. Did they? NO. I spent time and money on air machinesthing filling my leaking wheels until I had someone else remount every wheel..! Cost: $100.00plus. Thanks for nothing. Belle-Boys

Made an appointment for an alignment. Showed up gave them my keys and waited a bit. Realized they never asked what color my car was. Saw the tech try my key in multiple other Impalas. After an hour of waiting I was told they could not do the alignment due to a laundry list of issues. Apparently my cars just a death trap . I just took my keys and left. The waiting room is clean so if you want to go to a place and watch TV this is the place. Overall it seemed like they wanted to push services down your throat.

I went to this location earlier this month to get my tires aligned. About 30 mins later a guy comes out and tells me he had some bad news and said my shocks have a severe leak. He even went to lengths of taking me under my car and showing me what was happening. In my eyes nothing seemed wrong. It was a new used car and the shocks were just replaced last month which I told them. I flat out asked if they were trying to just find problems and they said no. I am not super knowledgeable with cars so I just listened but it didn t seem right. I said I am not getting them replaced and going to have my dad look at them who is mechanic. Now just recently I had my dad look at my car and there is no severe leak as I figured, my shocks are fine. Keep in mind that I am a young female college student. Do not be fooled by these men here as they take advantage of customers being a young woman and not knowing much about cars. Always get a second opinion, do not go here if you are a woman.

I bought my tires over a year ago at Belle Tire. You are supposed to get free tire rotations. I take it in today and the guy said it would be about an hour. After sitting there waiting for an hour, he comes out and tells me they did NOT rotate them, and the tread isn't good enough. In other words, he wanted me to buy new tires. I was upset to say the least. I am 63 years old and I know when there is still fairly good tread on a tire. The last time I went here they wanted to sell me some repair too. They were a bit slow and wanted to make some money off me. I will not be back to see them again.

Stay Away. Staff is extremely dishonest, overcharges/up sells everything. Charged me $200 for oil change (usually $95 everywhere else), didn't put spare tire back after purchasing/replacing new. During initial purchase of tires salesman lied about warranty of tires. Overall, experience has been terrible - STAY AWAY!

I went in for a tire patch and the broke my exhaust pipe. They tried charging me $400 to fix there mistake. I don't think it was intentional, likely just an employee breaking it and not wanting to get wrote up. Stay far away. I'm already struggling to pay rent and now need to pay for another costly auto repair. Avoid at any and all costs.

We can't do an alignment without... but then after asking what the bare minimum that can be done turns out they can do the alignment without. Quoted a list of things when taking to another mechanic didn't come up. Didn't have any budget tires when I went. Pretty disappointed that they live up to their reputation of trying to rip people off. They have free air so they get a star for that

Is the place I can count on when in need. I had to replace a tire, it's late in the day and I had to have my car towed. Because no other tire place stays open as late as or because it was the staff's decision to finish my car. So Belle Tire fixed me up with a brand new tire and they got my car done and I got back home in my car. Thank you Belle Tire because your shop stays open later than others and for fitting me in. I fully recommend to family and friends when in need and it's late call Belle Tire.
