We needed a new car, haven't bought a car in years. We looked at a few different dealerships. B&D was different. David didn't pressure us at all when we showed interest. He was extremely informative, helpful, and patient. We felt very comfortable buying from B&D. It was a great experience. Would definitely recommend coming here for you next vehicle purchase.

I would recommend B&D to all my friends and family members (at least the ones I like). Quality vehicles...I think I purchased just my most favorite everyday driver from them! Honda Pilot. Reasonable prices, no pressure, great cars, amazing follow up, and friendly service. Hard to find good service like this nowadays. Thanks Dave!

Excellent experience! The vehicle was in mint condition. David was exceptional with patience and knowledge to make the purchase with ease. Excellent dealership for vehicle purchases. Drove vehicle 600 miles to get back home, was an excellent performing vehicle. My daughter has it now, and I can rest easy she's safe in it. I also purchased the 3 month service plan, very reasonable. I would buy from again. Thank you!

Dave at B&D was great to work with. Zero pressure, didn't make you feel like he was rushing through paperwork to get to the next person, and he and the team were more than willing to address the couple of small things we had concerns about on the vehicle we purchased. B&D has a really nice selection of clean and affordable rides and my wife and I are glad we went there.

I recently purchased a used 2014 Honda CRV EX-L from Dave at B&D Auto. It's a great vehicle. After driving it a few days, I later noticed a slight shimmer and mentioned it to Dave. He had me bring the vehicle back to assess the issue. He found a couple of leaks around the fill valves on two of the new tires which were a manufacturer defect. He fixed them and made sure they were all balanced and also rotated them. He also ended up replacing the both front CV Axels at no extra charge. He also put $20 of gas in the tank. He was not obligated to do any of that since I did not purchase a warranty. He wanted to make it right and absorbed the extra cost. He cares and wants to sell the best used vehicles possible to make his customers happy. This is the 3rd used Honda CR-V EX-L I've purchased from Dave. I plan to buy another from him when the time comes. I highly recommend buying from B&D Auto Sales and Service. Thank You Dave and Mark!

Awesome company with great people here, bought a car from them a few weeks ago. They let me test drive it, and even allowed me to bring it to my mechanic to inspect. I definitely recommend as they have a family friendly atmosphere here.

Great interaction overall. They re a smaller dealer but they offer quality vehicles at a fair price. I never felt like I was being sold during the conversations. They also didn t try to upsell me on unnecessary and additional warranties or coverages that large dealers do during the signing. All document and license fees were in line or less then the other 9+ dealers I met with. I didn t always hear what I wanted but they were honest and fair.

Got out 2021 Subaru Ascent here for a great price! They are super friendly and professional and it was great to help out a small GR business. Would definitely go to them again! They even gave us a discount on installing a hitch on the new cars bumper.

Recently we bought a 2016 Infiniti QX50 from B&D. After visiting several used car dealerships, B&D stands out. Mark is very knowledgeable and both he and Dave are genuine and best of all, not pushy. They don t hover over you like other sales people, which I can t stand. The cars are well maintained and the establishment is nice. It has a friendly vibe. Don t waste your time anywhere else, these are the people you want to deal with! Thanks Mark & Dave!

B & D is great place to buy a new to you vehicle or to get service work done. I've been taking my vehicles here for several years and have never had a problem. Dave and his team have always given me honest advice, great service and fair prices. They even have loaners or are willing to offer you a ride if a loaner isn't available.

Very well kept establishment. Owner (David) seemed very genuine. I had a bad experience with another used car dealer and I had expressed my concern. David is a good business man. I had a new air filter and cabin filter installed before I even looked at car!! Its the little things that make a difference. A decent warranty and I drove away a happy new used car owner. Thanks David, I'll be seeing you again!!

I did not end up buying a car from B&D (they didn't end up having exactly what I was looking for) but I wanted to share what a great experience it was working with them. They are super kind, no pressure at all, and clearly very honest and straightforward. David explained details about the current market, and clearly understands the mechanics of cars inside and out. I would not hesitate to return to B&D and hope to do business with them in the future, and will certainly recommend them to anyone that I know looking for a car.

I bought a car from B&D not too long ago it was a great price and the car was in good condition I ve had no major problems with the car. As soon as the engine light came on I called them and they took care of me very well. I will definitely be looking to doing business with them again and taking my car to them for any future repairs they work very well with people and it was amazing to see how well they helped out when a problem came up!

Completely incompetent, guy with the skinny head at the front desk told me to come back the next day to talk to Dave about fixing and possible purchase of my vehicle, came back he wasnt there, came back again for them to tell me they dont have the tools to work on my car, and they dont work on vw cars. Like why do i have to drive to you 3 times for you to tell me "we're not interested in working on your car" . Bunch of racist jokes

I can t speak for their service department but sales was a delight to work with. I just bought a Subaru Legacy here and Dave was extremely knowledgeable, answered every little question and concern I had, I never felt pressured and he was up front about all costs, and even stayed 2 hours after closing to get loan approval and finish paperwork. I am very happy and will definitely go back to them for service but I feel confident my new vehicle won t need anything done for a while. Dave was professional, courteous, and respectful every step of the way and I would absolutely come back here again.

Can't recommend enough. I bought warranty coverage with my CR-V and had some issues come up with it recently. Mark and the rest of the B&D team has gone above and beyond for me in working with the warranty company and Honda to get this fix covered and resolved. They have also continually kept me informed throughout the process. Thank you!

Very integral, family owned and operated outfit. Truly represent what a used vehicle and service shop should be.We were hesitant to purchase a company work vehicle from another town (came up from Kalamazoo) but the price was perfect. Staff was honest and transparent with everything. Brought the vehicle to our local mechanic after purchase to verify everything was in good working condition as well as the repairs that B&D performed. He reported it was in great operating order and everything the service shop stated was serviced/replaced had indeed been done and done well with quality parts. Strongly recommend if you need either service work done or looking for a new to you vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from B and D auto sales. The car has been amazing! I also purchased a warranty through them when buying my vehicle. I had a great experience with B&D Auto Sales. Dave Sr. and Dave Jr. were both very friendly and helpful, and they made things so easy. I got an awesome car for a great price. Their entire inventory is top quality for a very fair price, and they do a great job offering the best deals out there! Take the time to check them out, you'll definitely be glad you did. I'd recommend them to anyone!

David sold me a car and the next week the check engine light came on and was having some issues, after reaching out they fixed the car for me in less than 24hrs with no warranty. Definitely would recommend going to David for your next vehicle purchase
