I have a 2004 Truck. They do have my parts when I need them. Just think if your car is newer. Enjoy!

AutoZone on Plainfield sucks!! A man named Kevin was very unhelpful. I needed a new headlight bulb and he seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. I ask him to help me pick out windshield wipers because I wasn t sure what I needed and he tells me two different sizes and just points over at the aisle they are in. I said I need your help picking them out. and he just stared at me. Another employee was tied up at the other register for close to 20 minutes and he asked Kevin for help figuring something out and again, Kevin just stood and stared at him and said I don t know what to tell you. Meanwhile there were several people in line waiting. I ve gone to this store for years but never again. Kevin seemed like he could care less. Ridiculous!!

Kevin N was a life saver! Our battery died on us and we pulled in with 15 minutes to close. Kevin was super helpful and pleasant and saved us from a long walk home.

My husband and I came into the Plainfield location to get a new wiper blade and Roger knew the exact one we needed. My husband then asked him about how to fix it and he came out and put it on and realized the whole thing was lose and went in the store and got a tool to tighten it up. He was awesome!

Part I needed wasn't available in store. The young female worker at front counter could use some extra training on customer service. She was rude in her conversation with myself and the customer that was ahead of me. Decided to shop elsewhere instead of ordering the part in.

My check engine light was on. I took it to one place and they wanted $140 to check my engine light I want to AutoZone and they checked it for free.

I had a part I needed to test that required a little bit more knowledge than the average parts store, and they actually rigged up a battery to be able to check to see if my relay was working properly! Saved me from having to buy extra things that I would probably never use again. Thanks 4 the help!

I needed to have my car towed and they let me keep my car in their parking lot while I waited. This was a big help. The employees were kind and helpful. I didn t need to buy anything in the store but they let me stay in the shop to keep warm and I saw that it was well stocked.

Michael did such a great help with finding the right screw for my car plate. He also helped me to put my plate on and had all screws on. It sounds like a small problem, but for me, it was big. It took me three days to do it. I really appreciate his help and feel it is a great place shop. Thank you!!

The store manager, I believe her name was Sara, was super helpful in replacing my battery. She went above and beyond replacing the cable from the alternator. Then noticed a leak in a vacuum hose and fixed that for me. Will definitely be back for all my car needs!

Stopped in to get a reading on my car... The employees quickly showed me how to hook up the device, get the reading, and diagnosed the problem! We're so happy for the fast, accurate assistance we received!

I went into Plainfield store, needed help installing windshield wipers. The lady employee came out and in less than 20 seconds, got them on. Wouldn t take any money and she was super friendly. I ended up dropping off a treat. Thank you

Good customer service, rarely have I had to find something on my own. I am only knocking this down a point because of the system they use to look up parts. I love that they need to know if my truck has 4 wheel drive to figure out what wiper blades I need.
