Staff has no personality with customers. A smile and a hello can go along way. I used to be a Part Sales Manager at this particular AZ and I always spoke with the customers and at least acknowledged them with a smile no matter how my life was going. Customer Service training needs to be had.

The old white guy was an A hole and had no knowledge on cars or VIN numbers. Why even work at auto zone??? Don t even waste your time here.

I really appreciate the two employees working today, : 8/27/23 !!!!! Dead battery and no tools , they helped me pick the right battery and installed it for me . Yep I am REALLY thankful !!!!

The Assistant Manager- Prince - went above and beyond to help replace an old battery. It wasn t easy, yet he spent the time to make sure it was done correctly, and with a great attitude and smile. Genuine help is hard to come by these days, and it s obvious he like and cares about what he does and I really appreciated that.

This store is horrible. I had to go to the Rogers plaza auto zone to do my return. That man completed my online return in 5 min. That same return i tried to do here the employees here wasted 30 minutes of my time. This is because the lacked the basic knowledge how to complete an online return. I ended up calling corporate while waiting in the store. The customer service lady on the phone was even annoyed by their inability to do this simple return.

Lee was super helpful and gave me really good advice when I went to purchase oil after I had just gotten my oil changed 4 days ago. I really appreciate Lee service. He also made sure I got the right oil.

I went to get a battery for my car and there was old lady who was working there, Boy let me tell you, She had really bad altitude and bad service. Just because you having a bad day doesn t mean you can take it out customers. It s the same lady that s on the review photos BTW.

Just stopped in to get stuff for an oil change so I wasn't in there very long. They had what I needed, the store was nicely stocked despite all of the product shortages going on these days. Staff was very friendly, often joking around with customers, myself included. Had a bit of a line but didn't end up waiting too long. Very positive experience

The old white woman at the desk told me she couldn't check my car for defects unless my engine light was on. This is not true she used this excuse to refuse me service and before coming In I could see her mouth to the black guy "this is her"

Very rude. I called and ask specifically if they could change my blinker if I bought one from there, because I couldn't find my tools. They said yes, it only took me 5 mins to get there. I Drove there and was very rudely told to go to another location because he couldn't do it. I was the only customer in the store. The short round old guy in there is very rude ..I should have read the reviews first, because I wouldn't have come here had I read them.

Fast, friendly service, parts are always right and even during a pandemic these guys and gals run an efficient store. Went in and seen a line longer than I like but the well trained store associates helped everyone in a timely manner and I was out of the store with my part in 5 min flat! Excellent!

Typically this store has super helpful and friendly staff. My last visit was with a gentleman who was clearly bothered by my presence. I'm not sure I'll go back anytime soon.

I got what I needed, but the guy behind the counter kind of gave me a hard time about my questions. The reason I go to a place like that is so I can ask questions. What is great is that he said I could have just Googled the answers, which I did, and then he did to show me, but Google did not provide answers. O'reilly on 28th is always much kinder and I stopped here just because it was on my route.

The sales man was not friendly at all he acted like it was a bother to help me I literally said I can ask someone else to help me if I'm a bother. He was very rude won't be back

They took a phone call from me without putting me on hold and very quickly found the part needed in stock, gave me exact price and how late they were open !!Mission accomplished quick easy n at a reasonable price for a premium part. Thanks.

I had two batteries go bad less then one year ,they would not stand behind your replacement under a year warranty. I had to buy two new once and them on top of that they charge me different price on each of the battery even though they where the same ones. I didn't notice until I got home two away.i buy my parts from autozone but I'm thinking no more.

The auto zones are always the same but what makes the difference on a place is the people and customer services, well this is one of does places where I don't want to return ever again. The customer service is really bad, lazy attitude, arrogant attention, and the worst customer service coming from all of them. Today is February 6 and my last day coming here.Wow what a bad experience

Knowledgeable staff eager to assist.. Possibly because I'm a female. Pulled up everything needed to replace my thermostat in a fast and friendly manner. In and out in no time at all.

If your hours say you close at 10, you probably shouldn't lock up at 9:20. We came here after calling to see that our parts needed were avaliable and drove 30 minutes to get them only to find out they closed early. Super unhappy with this store.

Typically have great service here but my daughter went in to have her check engine light checked out and it was an awful experience. She was given the reader to do it herself, she is 17 and it's her first car. She had no idea where to plug it in at. She went back in the store to ask for help and was told a general idea of where to find the plug- STILL couldn't find it, sat outside and tried to watch youtube videos, called me crying and finally left try check another store. Don't advertise that you check engine lights if actually, you give a tool to a kid and tell them good luck. Would it have been an inconvenience to come outside and at least show her where to check?

I wouldnt even give one start if i could no body there knew what the hell was going on they gave me the wrong part i had to drive all the way back there only to find out i that they didnt even have it and i would have to drive all the way to another store to go pick up that one with my thermostat not working in the freezing cold no heat and the cars engine overheating the whole way there having to stop start amd then when i got to tge other store it took tge guy there three calls just to get then to transfer the part back over so he could swap it for me so pretty much of u can avoid it go to any other autozone besides the one on division and hall

I drove my friend there to pick up an alternator for his Jetta.In the end he didn't need the alternator ( never took it out of the box) but when he returned it (the same day) they charged him some outrageous, ( I presumed it was a "put back on the self" charge), BUT when it NEVER came out of the box (also had the original receipt) I chould not understand why they charged what they did to return it. ?????? So....BEWARE when you buy anything from them, ask about their return policies.I have to question their intent as a business owner!

I have gone there because it is close to my house when I am in a pinch and need something quick, however I asked one-day if a service member could test a lighting problem to help figure out why my tail lights and turn signals weren't working after changing the bulbs, he told me there was no way to test for that, so I went to the 28th St S.W. location and the manager did and after realizing the connection for the bulbs was loose, the manager informed me and a friend that alot of the costumers end up at that location because alot of the Eastern location employees are lazy.

60th street AutoZone is my number 1 go to place for parts for all my cars suv,s truck and Audi a6. They always have what I need or can get it for me within 24 hours. I highly recommend this store .

Always something with cars...and when you got two, you definitely need to double down sometimes. I'd choose this place over anywhere truly.
