One of the employees saw that I looked lost and I needed a stop leak product, but I wasn't sure which. He came over to help me and showed me the options, explained them a little bit. Then he asked another employee for her opinion as well. I did not feel judged or rushed. My car is still driving 6 months later because of their recommendations! Thank you!

They advertise free battery testing and charging online, but told me they didn t have a tester when I walked into their store.When I asked where I might find somebody who offers this service, they said they didn t know.I asked if Advanced Auto Parts (across the street) offered this service. Their answer was I don t know, I ve never been there. I received no help whatsoever for my problem: a dead/dying car battery.Tough marketing. Tough service.

Zane was the sweetest man ever! He just helped my daughter and I change out her wipers. They are not easy anymore. He did it all with a smile. So friendly!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they now have a self checkout which is helpful when staff is busy being friendly and knowledgeable with other shoppers but you are in a time crunch :)

Best place in town. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are also knowledgeable and trustworthy. Brad took great care of me and made sure I bought the right part I needed and was safe to drive home. Awesome job guys!

Customer service was beyond amazing. I m 18 and don t really know much about cars but I m trying to learn about them and the guy showed me step by step how to fix the problem. Staff are knowledgeable, nice, helpful and overall great people!

Asked several times for help to hook there diagnostic machine to my car. They refused to help and just said maybe it s your car the reason it won t work. I asked them can you please come help. They refused I ll never be back I advice others if customer service is what you are looking for you want find it here

Friendly staff. Most of the time. A lot of knowledgeable people, and low prices. Always around to compare. But be careful with online orders and return. Jswk. Just so we know... But, so far, so good. Remember we all have a voice, small or large. Its the principle and the point you are spending extra time to review everything and everyone. Promise reviews. So go a long way.... And this is all based on experience. My other post with issues, need reform. Not even that we need new leaders, business owners, and more. And to hold everyone accountable. ....

They helped me out twice today. First, the helpful manager lent me cables to jump my car and then they tested my battery to figure out it was def time for a new one. They weren't able to install it bc of car's design, but helped point me in direction of easier fix at another place. Great customer service and helped me find solution even if not with them (how customer service should be...about the customer being helped!) Found my new auto part place

Service person was not knowledgeable in any way and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. The computer system kept saying they had what I was looking for in stock and then inevitability didn t have it. Normally I like Autozone, but this was a considerably frustrating experience overall

They put my battery in about two months ago. Recently the battery light came on, so the had a machine to check if it was the battery or alternator, no charge. Had to turn the car off for part of the test, offered to give the battery a jump if needed. We got the alternator replaced two days later. No problems.

Employees do a very good job - they would do even better IF they had the tools to actually test the battery and alternator. Who is in charge of getting these store the proper equipment?? I 've been to several stores and they are all unable to test my battery and confirm what I need. I had to to go across the street to Advance Auto Parts because they have the proper equipment. Next time I'll be buying from them. The picture is a sad face. William C Rhodes III are you out there? Buy your people the equipment they need to make you more $$!

The worst experience I ve ever had at an auto store. They told me my part would be in the next day 3 days in the row and then each time it wasn t. When I complained the manager interrupted me and just told me to get a refund. I asked for one over the phone (I paid over the phone) and they said they wouldn t give it to me unless I was there in person. My car has been on jacks for 3 days because of this store. Trust me: go somewhere else.

This is the best autozone in town, the people who work here truly care and try to help as much as they can! Enrique is an amazing manager and keeps this place running smooth, making the customer experience excellent, he goes above and beyond for his customers. Thanks for always being so kind and helpful

Went here to get help installing windshield wipers... even though I did not purchase there and told them that. They were extremely helpful; they gave me two small clips that I needed and helped me install them. Did not charge me anything. I will be coming back here for any car parts I need.

Second time in a row experiencing terrible and impatient customer service. Do yourselves a favor and go across the street to Advance Auto Parts. Autozone employees need to learn how to be less miserable. Find new jobs if you hate yours so much. I ended up dropping my transaction and left the store and headed across the street. Nobody deserves such nasty attitudes from employees.

Tried to pick up a curbside order an hour after they were supposed to be open (after 9 am on a Sunday), and the lights were out and no one was there. Others were also waiting in their cars for the workers to open up. I ll go to a different location from here on out.

I needed to have my battery tested and the employee was very helpful he even told me that my battery was in the back of my car underneath my spare tire compartment. Which was odd.

If you are a veteran, a service member or a family member of any. DO NOT go to this autozone store. They have a mexican manager there called enrique who hates veterans and services members. I was at the store not long ago and saw enrique shouting at a service member who had a complaint, even though the service member kept politely saying, is this how you treat a service member?, showing his ID. Enrique repeatedly told the service member, if he continued with his complaint. HE Enrique will not sell the service member the item he wanted because he Enrique deemed the item to be non essential. He repeatedly told the service member to get the h*ll out, good bye, go away. After observing this, I walked across the street to Advanced Auto and will never go this Autozone store ever. No service member should be treated this way.

Usually have what I need for cheaper than anyone else. On a side note they have all sorts of things you can buy to make you feel like more owesome. Who wouldn't feel like the biggest badass walking out of the store with a torque wrench, seriously!
