Been doing business with these guys for 25 years. Honest people, reasonable prices. Send my wife and kids for work there whenever needed. Never had any problems.

If you are a single young woman...do not take your car here! My daughter took her car here to see if they would do warranty work. They told her there was more wrong with her car than there really was. Told her that the warranty would not cover anything but the struts. Quoted her almost $4500 to fix when they really didnt even look at the car. Long story short....we took the car to a dealer and everything was covered under warranty! Way to be dishonest Auto Masters!

We had a car breakdown on US 131. They fixed up the car below estimate after talking through all possibilities. Prompt, great attention to detail, honest.

I ll start from The beginning I have a 2019 grand Cherokee SRT the vehicle means a lot to me this place is top notch outstanding workmanship customer service I will take all my vehicles here my wife also has a 2020 grand Cherokee SRT I had a high performance exhaust and cold air intake put on my 2019 what a difference auto masters number one in my book I will also be bringing mine back for the next step and high performance thank you for caring for my vehicle like it was your own .

It's been VERY difficult for me to find a shop that treats female customers the way they do their male customers, but AutoMasters *is* that place. They don't mince words, explain issues if asked (instead of assuming I don't understand and immediately going into answers), and make sure to ask before starting each service. I love the no-nonsense way they approach everything, and their prices are competitive without being too costly. Take your car here - you'll be taken care of!

The gentleman that worked on my van did a great job. They even got the big dents out of the front of my van where my grandson stoled our van and hit a couple things. Thank you auto master for all you have done for me. I will go back there again

Great selection performance parts, assuming you're working on a Chevy. I was here for 10-15 minutes browsing but was never acknowledged by any of the staff members, one of whom was quite obviously sick. While it's an interesting place to check out if you're a car guy or gal, I don't think I'll be back.

I'll prob never go back to this place. They are ignorantly priced. I quoted my own parts for Brakes, Rotors, calipers, wheel bearings for just the two rear wheels. They told me it would be free labor for the brakes and rotors since they would have them off for the wheel bearings. Charged me 70 bucks to bleed calipers......thats nuts. The parts I quoted were somewhere between 850 to 1000. Anyway, This placed charged me 1760 bucks to do basic wheel work on two tires. When I asked why their parts list was so expensive they told me they use premium parts. No way for me to confirm, and I did note quote low end parts when I quoted. Sounds a bit like price gouging to me. People are nice thats why I gave them 2 stars, but they rob you for basic mechanic work.

Make sure you record the call when they quote you for a repair! When it came time to pick up our car, they charged us $200 more than what they originally told us before they fixed anything & when I kindly asked about it, they were very defensive & rude. Plus, they added only oil to our car instead of doing an actual oil change like I had asked for. Scam artists.

Do not do business here, took my car here because it was the closest mechanic on my list under my car city warranty and because i could not afford to have my car repaired the same day( obviously i didn't know ahead of time what the cost would be) they denied the repairs they quoted me the day before, the last couple times i have taken my car here after i bring it home something new is "all of a sudden" wrong with my car. Dangerous business that does not care about you as a person whatsoever. I would not trust them with your vehicle.

Store is awesome and parts are usually cheaper there then they are on an online store. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for parts for there build

I'm usually too lazy to go out of my way to leave reviews however in this particular case it it was a must.These guys are amazing and the most important thing needed in a mechanic is trustworthy .I've use them for a long time as well as my family however in this particular case I needed work done on my vehicle and because I used them they gave me a free oil change and if that wasn't enough when the time came they were done with my vehicle my ride wasn't available and so they drove to my house picked me up and brought me back to the shop so that I could have my vehicle that night.outstanding service I couldn't believe it and they wouldn't take any money for tip for such gracious service, wow is all else I can say about that

Staff member very helpful. Went in looking for a certain part for my 89 Camaro. Hewett right over to a wall and grabbed it. I went to AutoZone I went to Advanced Auto Parts I went to Napa and none of them had it. They all said they had a special order it. And yet automasters had it if you can't find anything go to Auto Masters and if they don't have it then you can special order it don't waste your time with the other guys

I have been shopping here for years and have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts from them. Anyone who shops here knows there is always a snotty rude sales rep that works there with bad customer service. I usually try to stay clear of that person and deal with the other reps. Story made short, I got yelled by the rude sales rep. Im not one to stay quite, especially if they are in the wrong. So I ended up calling him out and putting him in his place, which was well over due. Its sad to see how one person can give a place a bad reputation. I also noticed favoritism towards certain people and how they act towards others. And yes im speaking regarding skin color. I wasn't going to write a review but people need to know who they are spending their money with. I wont spend a penny more with a place that has business ethics like the ones they have displayed over the years.

Ralph and the guys and gals are completely amazing. Honest mechanics, great work, nice people. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

I heard of this place through a friend and I'm so glad I did. I've had 2 different cars in for repair and diagnostics. Fair prices and quick, fantastic service. Ralph and his mechanics will take good care of you.

I have been shopping here for a few years. These guys are super helpful, tons of knowledge and drop everything they are doing to ensure good customer service. They also saved me tons of money, and time verses shopping online. 5 stars well deserved!

Bought some headers for my big block 454 they fit perfectly good pricing, then brought my 1970 Cadillac they're to be repaired next door they did an awesome job for me and they are very nice and knowledgeable

Brought my Focus ST in for a quick brake change before a road trip an an autocross. It was very last minute but they got it done very quickly and for much less than I thought. I brought in my own parts for the job which normally scares off most shops but these guys just verified the parts would fit and went ahead and did it. Car stopped smoothly and quietly afterwards and was competitive in its class at an autocross event I went to afterwards. Will be taking my car here for service in the future.

Little bit of everything. A place to shop "at" for novice to expert modification or repairs to your automobile. Actual experienced guys working the store and always chatting and willing to help find something specific so not tied up when on the go. Otherwise walk around and browse in a welcomed environment with others like you. We all have different taste but we all can still shop at the best place, Auto Masters. Thanks

Great local business with honest repairs and fair prices. I have used them for the last 15+ years, having had 4 different vehicles in that time.I have used their service department for several repairs, from engine components to exhaust and everything in between. If it can be repaired with a salvage part they will let you know, saving you money if you can't afford the brand new version. Service time has always been very quick for me, often completed the by the end of the next day.Additionally, I have purchased brand new items from them when performing my own repair. On one occasion the part failed within the manufacturers warranty time and the item was exchanged with absolutely no hassle at no cost to me.With an auto parts store on every corner it's nice to have a business that is locally owned, has familiar faces, and has stood the test of time.
