Gonna start by saying DO NOT come here with a trailer if you don't know what you're doing, especially in the winter. Truck got broken into and i drove over 700 miles without a window and came here straight after my delivery. Great, helpful and professional guys. Thank you!

Top tier service. This place has great customer service. Best price and comes to you at no additional charge. I called this morning and they came to me within 2 hours. Ryan was our serviceman, he did an excellent job and was very kind. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company for all your glass repair needs.

Good, professional service! Great customer service and arrived at least 10 minutes early. My service tech that came out explained exactly what the process was, and had my windshield installed within an hour. Their prices are very reasonable! The service van he drove was also clean, and was not an eye sore parked in my driveway. I recommend using this company if you need any window or mirror repair! I would tell anyone to use Orion over any Glass repair shop! They were great at communicating, easy to schedule with and the guy who put in my windshield let me watch and he explained the process they have to put in new windshields. Dale was a huge help today replacing my windshield. He was very personable, on time and completed the replacement quickly - I had multiple issues with the previous window replacement I got through a different company so he made sure to fix everything he could and provided all the necessary information to take note of the issues caused by the previous company. The cost was the best from 4 quotes I received from other local shops, they were able to schedule me the soonest, and the windshield replacement was done in the parking lot of my workplace! I could not recommend this company enough!

I recently had my windshield replaced. Everything was smooth sailing, from the customer service to the technician who did the installation. Sarah in the office was amazing by helping me make the insurance claim & updating me when my windshield was complete. I always use Orion & advise all my family and friends to use their services.

Had used Orion Glass Repair for the first time last year for a full windshield replacement. Had exceptional service and the technician went above and beyond. Fast, friendly service! I had a stone chip in my windshield and after the repair it was barely visible. They took care of the insurance details; I just had to verify a couple of things. Will definitely use their services again if necessary.

I bought a new car that had two small chips in the windshield, which the sellers said had been filled. I didn't want to just take their word for it, so I stopped by Orion Auto Glass. They were kind enough to take a look, free of charge. The chips were indeed filled, but if I ever need auto glass work in the future, I'll be coming here!

They came to my work to repair a stone chip in the windshield, didn't want to go through my insurance, was 99 dollars and you can't see where it was unless you look really close. Great job!

They did a great job on the windshield and didn't leave a mess. They also put the service sticker that was on the bad windshield to the new windshield. First time I seen that.

Glad we found this company! We have used a company from our town in the past and they couldn't work with our schedule for a windshield replacement so I found Orion Auto Glass online. They were able to get two of our vehicles done two days after calling. Everything went very smooth from me calling and them getting our insurance on the line so that was all taken care of to them being prompt and friendly. Orion Glass did a great job. Their customer service team was outstanding and did a great job communicating when I could expect the technician. There was an issue on the day that I was scheduled which meant that the technician couldn t come that day. But the team let me know about it and could slot me in for the next day. I made two trips there. The first time they had the wrong windshield. The second time they couldn't finish the job by calibrating because they didn't have the right software. Both things could have been determined in advance, saving me hours. That said, they are very nice.
