3/4/24 at 4:10 pm. a driver almost crashed into me out of spite because my blinker was still on. he proceed to get out of his car in the middle of traffic and told me he cut me off because my blinker was still on. here s the license plate. man has issues.

Didnt buy anything except a can of fix a flat, which didn't work. But these guys seen me working on my truck in the parking lot and came out with a bigger jack and some other tools to help. Hands down the best damn guys in Grand Rapids. If I had more money they would have a damn good lunch!!! Thanks again guys!!!

This store has the best prices in Grand Rapids on almost any vehicle parts tou might need. It's very rare I find something cheaper somewhere else. The guys at the counter and that answer the phone are always very helpful and polite too!

Terrible drivers. Recklessly going +30 over the speed limit and weaving between cars without using turn signals. Cut me off with no signal so they could speed past everyone at 85 in a 55. Seen similar things several times in the same area, always with their logo boldly displayed on the car.

This is by far the best place in town to pick up auto parts! They know what's in their inventory and right where it's located. My parts are always right up front waiting for me when I go to pick them up. Their customer service is top notch! Nicole is always extremely helpful and is able to answer all of the questions that I bring to the table. Don't waste your time driving around town looking for a particular part, just call here and you'll find what you need.

I have been doing business with A C I parts warehouse for over 15 years. Most of the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Prices are extremely fair and I ve never had a problem with returns. To be honest with you this parts store cannot compare to most parts stores. And considering that I went to buy a headlight there one time and it cost me four dollars and over at AutoZone it was $18 for the same exact headlight I don t know if I need to say more but I have spent probably over $100,000 at this place and I m always very happy With the prices and service

Had my minivan break down in front the store. The parts clerk came out and diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution for $25. He even helped me with the repairs. Thank you for the help and great customer service!

Their drivers are dangerous, and almost caused an accident going straight in a turn lane. Then had the audacity to flip me off. There's plenty of car part companies nearby, who actually know how to drive!

Get most of our car parts here. They are very helpful and although prices of anything are ridiculous right now...prices are better than most!

Much better service here than the Wyoming location. Here if I call and ask for a part to be set aside for later pickup, they actually do it. None of the, "Nope, didn't get a call" stuff Wyoming would pull every time. I'm more than happy to wait to have a part transferred to this location now, too, because the customer service is that much better.

Jeff is the most amazing employee this company has he goes above and beyond with everything i call him for and i personally recommend he gets a raise everytime i need something for my vehicle i call upon him to help me learn the proper name to call it and the price for the part and he always helps me get exactly what im looking for last summer he helped me learn the names and parts all the way down to the axle for my ford focus everytime i speak to him he is always uplifting and excited to help.

Great customer service. Never had to wait to long for a part and always was the right part. Speedy service doesn't take away from the quality of service. Only part store I use now.

Always seem to have access to the parts I need. Call ahead for part(s) to be pulled. Wait until the time they give you to show up and BAM - you're in and out with no problems.
