Tires are a serious purchase since we don t give them a second thought until winter, a serious rain, or an emergency stop is needed. Money is tight for all of us, but compromising safety should never be a factor. I called these guys and explained what I needed and they got me in the very same day. I never even realized the last set I bought from them had 55k miles on them because they had held up so well. Let Don or Paul recommend what you need and be pleasantly surprised by the price.

After several calls around town looking for a winter tire swap and alignment, it seemed like the only chance at getting an appointment was a week or two out. Called these guys who were very helpful on the phone and said they could get me in at 11:00 am the next day. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:00 am and started getting OnStar alerts that my tires were low around 9:00 am, indicating that they had started working on it much earlier. The had it all done around the time my appointment was scheduled for, and even offered to re-torque my wheels after 50 miles of driving. Pricing was on par with, if not cheaper than what I was anticipating. Will do business with Alpine Tire & Alignment again. Highly recommend.

The guys at this shop rock! Had a leaky tire and got me in same day even though it was close to closing by a few hours. Also cost 1/4 of what another big name shop was quoting me to fix. Also everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back for more work as my car needs it! Stay awesome!

Winter is upon us... That means that every big name tire shop in GR is packed. Sand there's only so much that can be done in a day. When I called Alpine Tire & Alignment not only could they get me in, but could do so IMMEDIATELY! I figured that there would be a bit of a wait, and there was, but things couldn't have gone better in that department.Pros- Small, local shop (SUPPORT LOCAL!)- Thorough explanation of any issues (my tire balancing issue turned out to be a broken belt on each of the front tires)- They had my tire size in stock and ready to be mounted, which I totally was not expecting- Great serviceCons- Vending machine had limited options.CERTIFIED 5 STAR, JASON APPROVED SHOP

Banger waiting area, guys up front seem to know their stuff and are extremely professional with a bit of laid backness. Car was in and out in about 40 minutes all with an affordable price. If I ever got a problem with my car this place is the first stop on the list

Paul and his team are top-notch. Easy going, polite and professional. I needed a plug on a new tire after picking up a nail, and was in need of a rotation. They came highly recommended so I took the advice and checked it out. Glad I did. Made it back to Florida no problem, and the repair has held up great. No doubt in my mind that I would bring them my business again. Also made short work of the job, in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I bought a car off of my roommate that she was taking into this shop. She had bought new tires but they leaked to the point where the inside of one tire was shredded so she had to buy a new tire. Fast forward one year and I get the car only to have the tires still leaking. I took it back to these guys to give them a chance to fix their mistake (they say they cleaned the rims and resealed the tires) only to have a tire leak 9psi in a week. So I took it to another shop where it eventually got fixed. When the other shop told me what they did (they had to clean the rims) I realize I paid $15 a tire for what? So I called alpine tire and alignment to ask and address the situation and I get asked if I could bring it in because Paul wanted to look at my car. He looked at it and found a valve stem leak no one mentioned and repaired the valve stem leak without charging me. When I got home though I learned a whole new problem. I wasn t handed my key when I left the shop but I figured it was in my cup holder. I got home and went to lion for the key only to find it on my windshield. I could have very easily lost my key and not been able to drive my car due to the guy who backed it out of the bay not paying full attention to where the key was. Definitely DO NOT recommend going to this shop even if you think oh they re prices are lower . Take my advice and please pay the little bit extra to take it somewhere else because it took three weeks to get one small problem fixed to have a new problem arise.

I came here to have some new wheels installed, the staff was nice and courteous. However, one of the new wheels I had installed was obviously scratched pretty badly by an impact gun. I am not too mad about this as I can probably touch it up. You would think they would be extra careful with wheels that cost $700 each That said, the old wheels were mangled by whatever piece of equipment they used to remove the tires, so now I am looking at getting them refinished at $200 a wheel, because the damage is too deep to touch up. If you have a premium car with diamond cut wheels, just take it to the dealer. This place is incompetent and did nothing to resolve the issue I experienced.

First experience with them was great. Very professional, very quick and very courteous and the price was right. I had to go back thinking it was an issue with the tire they put on, but it was an issue with the old tire. I still had on.Offered me a good deal on the next tire and aligned it for me.I would highly recommend coming here.

The best of the best here! I have way to much invested in my classic car to trust my wheels and tires with anyone else. Jim Watkins knows more about wheels and tires than anyone I ever met. These tires he put on my 59 Thunderbird make it ride like a newer car and his prices are incredible!

I definitely recommend calling vs any other method of communication, but when you get in to have your tires done there isn't a long wait and the prices are fair. I chose this place based on a mechanics recommendation and am glad to have snow tires on and of good quality!

When I hit a pothole disguised as a puddle, it thrashed my tire and threw the alignment off. So I took my 17 Chevy Cruze RS 6-speed manual over to Belle tire. However, after they did an alignment twice, the steering wheel was still not perfectly straight. I was not getting the results I wanted and gave up on Belle tire. So, I put a piece of masking tape across the seam of the steering wheel column, drew a straight line on the tape, split the tape with a razor blade, and decided those were the lines that I wanted to meet up after a third alignment. Then, I scheduled an alignment at Brewers and told them that I wanted the steering wheel adjusted to my lines. (I also had let them know the whole situation from Belle). When I got to speak to the mechanic, I told him sorry for my neediness, but I would like perfection from the performance of my vehicle. And after a little bit of doubt on the mechanic s side (about if my alignment was really off) he said let me take a look. And, to my pleasure, he adjusted the alignment to my lines and the wheel feels perfectly straight FINALLY. I only had to wait roughly 45 minutes, the place was clean, the staff friendly (Stephanie is very kind), and despite a little bit of doubt on the mechanics side, I was ultimately listened to. Thank you very much Brewers, I will definitely be coming back for my alignment needs in the future.(The picture is from before the alignment was done at Brewers and displays how crooked the steering wheel was while the vehicle tracked straight. After the alignment, the lines now line-up when driving straight. It was about an eighth of an inch off prior, and made the wheel uncomfortable to hold)

I wish I could rate them 10 stars! After a very upsetting encounter at the Clyde Park Belle Tire I was able to make it here just before they closed. They welcomed me in, were able to repair my tire for literally fractions of the price!! The were so welcoming and accommodating even though it was close to the end of their day.I came in with the worst tension headache after watching the sales person at Belle try to take advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge. He had her believing the only option was a very expensive one, most likely for the commission and because she trusted that he "knew best" and he attempted to exploit that.My experience here was night and day different. I am giving them a 5 star rating not because they were able to save me money and repair my tire but because of how they treated me. Paul (one of the owners) was working the desk. I always love it when managers and owners of small businesses work along side the people they employ. His ethics and integrity were apparent and I will be a returning customer (and encouraging everyone else I know) for as long as they are in business.

My husband went to them to get a lift and proceeded to pay $2000 just to go back four or five different times with different issues involving the front end with the wheels getting hot in a burning smell. It proceeded to tell us each time it was a different problem that they had fixed now this last time was this morning, where we found a large ding in his front wheel well the same wheel that they were supposed to be fixing, I even have before and after photos one from this morning and one after the appointment which my husband waited 2 1/2 hours for. This place is a joke! After I called it all they wanted us to do is drive another 25 minutes there for them to look at it just to say that they didn t know what they could do. They were just gonna talk to the mechanic. $2000 plus just down the drain awful place.AVOID avoid avoid.

Outstanding company. I literally wandered in off the street, and they got me going again in less than an hour for an extremely reasonable price. I'll never go to a 'chain' tire shop again!

Disorganized, dishonest, incapableI came here for a few years after hearing good things from fellow Westsiders, and for what I relied on them for, the most basic of wheel-related tasks (bolting on summer/winter wheels 2x/yr) it went mostly fine at first. This year I took my summer set in along with the lugs from last season that were placed in a sealed bag (by Alpine Tire) and immediately taped to the interior of the wheel (by me) and stored. To my surprise, they claimed that when I returned the same set for reinstallation, I was missing two lugs. Instead of helping to rectify the situation, they just bolted on the wheels and sent me on my way two lugs short. It didn't seem right at the time, but I went and bought some new lugs and didn't think much of it, until I got on the highway. The wheels felt like they were going to fall off, and the rear of my van was bucking everywhere. These are summer wear with light wear, for the record (<20k miles).I figured I'd loosen and re-tighten the wheels, thinking that possibly not tightening them down in the traditional star pattern could have affected the alignment - the problem is that I encountered more than one lug that was wrenched on crooked, rendering it impossible for me to break loose.Frustrated, I brought it back in. Keep in mind that my initial visit ($25) was intended to save me the ~40 mins it would have taken me to do the job correctly. I sat there for two additional hours. This time, they found that no less than 6 of the lugs were wrenched on in a manner than rendered them unusable. After all of this, they charged me an additional $90 and sent me on my way. My vehicle (<10 years old) is still vibrating badly at highway speeds, which has never happened before.Unfortunately, the story doesn't end here. In my haste, I left behind an expensive personal item. I called and let them know immediately, and they said that they had it. When I returned, however, it was nowhere to be found. "It was right in here," he said, gesturing towards the waiting room. Apparently they couldn't be bothered to place it behind the desk.Do yourself a favor and pass on Alpine Tire if you value your time, your money, or your safety. I'm cutting my losses.

Went in two weeks ago for an alignment, dropped my car off an hour before my appointment waited 2 and a half hours before finally asking what the time frame was for my car and it hadn t even been started yet. Best part is, my car is not even aligned. Avoid avoid avoid!

Would have left less then 1 star if i could have. Had my vehicle in to get a set of used tires on the 28th of july 2023 and on the 29th of july 2023 my truck was involved in an accident. On monday the 31st i called to talk to Don one of the owners about the situation and that i have proof my truck fell apart because of his shops negligence. Don insisted on having my truck in to his shop "so he could look at it." I said that sounds shady to me. He responded with it sounds shady i want another mechanic to inspect my vehicle.

I explained to multiple people ONE tire was flat and it needed to be fixed. It was flat all season something is wrong with it. They put air in the tire and put it on my truck. Didn t fix it told me they didn t fix it, didn t look for a leak. Nothing. but the tires are on come pick it up. I asked them to fix it again, talked to the owner, The owner said he went out and fixed it in 15 minutes, but oddly enough I have a flat tire right now. So they fixed the wrong one (only one was flat it s not that hard) or didn t bother trying. Either way I got taken advantage of. I have spent a lot of money over the years here, now I m wondering if in the past my breaks were even changed or they just charged me for it to sit in the parking lot for a day. either way I still have to go get my tire fixed, which was the point of bringing it here

Came in for a 4 wheel alignment on my Oldsmobile 88. Not only was it reasonably priced, I even received a print out on where my wheels needed the adjustment! Now that's attention to detail and I like that. Will come back and thanks for aligning my car right
