It was very easy to set up an appointment and they also helped me bill my insurance. In warmer weather they will replace windshields at your site, but in the winter you must come to them due to temperature requirements. Allstar was a huge help to my Ford F150 and I. They will work around your schedule also if weather conditions are right they will even come to you!!!This company is friendly and understanding. I will only go to allstar, if I ever have a problem with my windshield again! Thank you for your great service!

The folks at ALL STAR glass have helped me several times. Prompt service as well as a free car wash coupon after my car was completed. They worked directly with my insurance company.. Very easy dealthanks Sam!

On April 2nd, 2018, around 10am, I walked out to my car to head to class, and I was greeted by two gaping holes in my shattered windshield on my leased 2017 Honda HRV. Someone had thrown a rock at not just my windshield, but three others as well. I was completely at a loss for words. I filed a police report, a complaint to the city, and have talked to both the restaurant and other company who both had surveillance cameras directly over my vehicle. After that, I found out my insurance wasn t going to cover the damage. I contacted Safelight and the earliest they could get me in was today, Friday, April 6th, and it would have cost me nearly $600.00. I waited all morning until it was time to leave for class and there was no sign of Safelight. I called, they said the technician didn t notice my early bird schedule and had gone somewhere else. I was pissed and rescheduled for another day next week. Honestly, that made me even more depressed after having to spend the whole week with my windshield as a reminder that someone was dirt enough to damage something that a: doesn t belong to me and b: has been my pride and joy. Not only that, but it was humiliating going to school and having people pity me. It left me feeling embarrassed and heartbroken. So I said screw Safelight and googled someone else. Came across these guys located on Plainfield- just a block from my apartment. I gave them a call and, I swear, it felt as though a weight was lifted from my shoulders as not only did they offer HALF the price Safelight was charging me, but they asked me to come in an hour after I called. They had it done in 2 hours. They were professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I felt safe there. The guy who worked on my car went out of his way to help me. I will certainly be recommending these guys to anyone in need of help with their cars. Thank you, Allstar!!

They came to me same day I called. They replaced my windshield and left my truck as clean, maybe even cleaner, than they found it. I'd highly recommend them for any automotive glass needs.
