Had a great experience dealing with these guys. Eric was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, he made sure we had exactly what we needed before we walked out the door. When they didn't have a part we needed in his store he found us the part right around the corner at another one of their locations and saved us a ton of running around. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Eric is a gritty manager who puts the customer first. He knows what it takes to get customer satisfaction in order and expects a higher level of service from his employees. He would be a good guy to work with and I'm just a guy who returned some windshield wipers. Thanks for helping me out, Eric!

I was stranded this morning when my car died. Roberto and Eric were super helpful in helping me find the source of the problem, and even arranging for a nearby mechanic to install the new part. Glad to be back up and running! Thanks team!

I just returned a car battery from O reilly auto parts because they told me my car was too difficult to install it to so they were unable to do it. Might I add that their website advertises installing car batteries for free. I m a girl college student, I have no idea how to install a car battery. So I head over to this advance auto parts. The only man working the store states that he can install a battery for me prior to even asking me what car I have. He gladly installs it for me IN THE RAIN within less than 10 minutes. Did not seem difficult for him in the slightest. I felt terrible for having him do it for me in the rain but I needed a new battery since I had to be up early with no one to jump my car. I suggest coming here for a car battery to be installed. Great service! Very nice employees.

The new store manager Eric has been awesome on our multi trips there. He's patient with our teen son who's fixing his first car and doesn't try to "upsell". He takes the time to explain and discuss different options with the pros and cons of each one. I wish the other locations had their own "Eric".

I just want to Thank Victor, His Boss, and the Lady who helped me out tremendously. They went out their way for me. I will recommend Advance Auto Parts to anyone. I am greatly appreciated for them. I had a damaged car fob, I went to the Auto place across the street, and they didn't even stock the item I needed. I walk 300 feet away, and I was helped within seconds of entering. the manager was friendly, and even attempted to replace the fob for me, a service not usually offered.

I really like advanced, but this store is definitely lacking in stock & employee effort. Cleaning & general upkeep isn't there either.Been here a few times, just to be referred to another store, or just flat didn't have it.

I stopped into the shop on an impulse to see if I could get a head light replacement bulb. After my car was stolen , and several months of waiting for the repairs , to say I m exhausted of dealing with car issues is an understatement. I was never under the impression that the team would fix my light bulb, because apparently Kia s are of course so difficult. Brittney was so amazing and helpful, even willing to call around to see if I could run and get the headlight fixed. Quickly , Dillyn and Nick jumped in , and the whole team was helping me get it solved . On this day, at this time in life , this team literally brought so much restored hope in humanity. So all that to say, I think they need a raise !! And thank you all from the bottom of my heart !

I rented a tool from the Leonard location. The employee told me there was absolutely no limit on how long I could keep said tool, yet when I brought it back. The employee working told me it was outside their return policy and the best they could do was put the money on a gift card. I don t see how this is my problem when I was told I could keep it for a year if I wanted to. Overall very irritated about the situation. Brian you were not helpful in the least bit.

WOW. Where do I begin?! I have NEVER received this type of high-quality, kind, and knowledgeable customer service in my entire life. As a person who isn t originally from the area and totally helpless when it comes to anything car related; I am thankful for stumbling upon this store and team. Derek, David, and (I think) Cody went above and beyond to make sure that I received the right materials, and thoroughly informed me about what my car troubles could potentially be. Spoiler alert, they were 100% correct with their diagnosis. I also witnessed them assist other customers with the same standard of service. Therefore, I am a lifelong advocate and customer of this location and will for sure be back.

Great parking. They will help you with every need you have for your car. They have just about every part you need for affordable prices. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's obvious that their goal is to give you the smoothest experience possible. I love this place and will definitely come back.

Excellent customer service! Went in needing a new headlight. The attendant quickly got me the correct bulb and gave me tips on how to install it. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Great experience!

I usually get my parts here. They are great with loaning tools. Warranty items are no problem. They treat you like you live in a small town and you've been going there forever.
