I worked with George Berry on purchasing a used GMC Sierra. He worked very hard to get me the price that I needed. I have purchased other vehicles from Sundance and have always been happy. I would recommend George and Sundance for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Long story short, the GM dealership in Negaunee asked to do an appraisal while my truck was in for service. They called a few days later with a price that I accepted. I went online and found the truck I wanted at Sundance. I called Jeremy and put a deposit on it. When I took my truck in to the dealer in Negaunee they said the check engine light was on and the engine needed to be re-built so they would have to take 2k off what they offered. I walked out, called Jeremy, and we worked the trade out over the phone. We drove down on a Saturday, everything went quick and smooth. I really love the Colorado ZR2's, it's my third ZR2, the first was a 2002 manual S-10 that I put 265,000 miles on and am very happy to be able to have another one. The best one yet.

My husband and I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Sundance. Our most recent purchase was a 2016 Ford F-150 XLT Sport. This time we worked with salesman Jeremy Wirtz. He was friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable and communication was easy at every stage. We have always appreciated Sundance having Sunday hours. Their huge inventory has made it worth the long drive every time we have been there to purchase a vehicle. The rest of the staff was also friendly. They worked within our budget and thoroughly addressed every concern to make car buying in a tough economy enjoyable!

Jess was AMAZING from start to finish! I had my car's engine die on me, I've already sunk a few K into it plus the $600 monthly payments. So needless to say, I was pissed. But Jess came to the rescue! She worked with my budget and kept at it with total honesty until we found the right car for me. I truly couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. If I could give more stars I would!! Jess, thank you from the bottom of my heart !!

Mark Korn was the best salesman. He kept me informed on the process of the long 4 months of waiting for my 2024 Trax to get delivered. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Definitely 5 stars. Everyone was really friendly.

Brad Mrazik at the Certified Used Sundance site in Grand Ledge helped me find 2 cars under my top price. I went in on Thursday with a nearly impossible request and financial situation, and Brad worked to get financing for both cars for me by Saturday afternoon, within my budget! I'm so grateful, and will definitely come back to work with Brad in the future.

We want to deal on an automobile with you... no, you dont. If we make a buck its sheer luck... nope.. also not true.. I took my daughter here to buy her first car on her own ( with her own bank financing) . She was interested in a 2012 Nissan pathfinder advertised for $10,400. So we went inside and told a salesman she wanted to take a closer look at it, He asked if we were interested in driving it i said yes, Mike was his name i believe, It was in fair condition. there was very noticeable brake pedal pulse and a constant vibration (tires more than likely) some paint blemishes very minor rust and small dents and a smell in the car like burnt oil, not unexpected from a 2012 with over 140,000 miles on the clock, When we got back to the lot the guy says do you have any questions? I pointed out the few concerns i had noticed and stated i thought the vehicle was more in the $9,000 range. I was very surprised when he just plain said no. Proceeded to remove the dealer plate off and walked away... So we took our business elsewhere, And are very pleased with basically the same vehicle. After that experience..Driving over 40 miles... I will probably will not consider or recommend Sundance Chevrolet for any of my future automobiles.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Tim Eagen, and I have to say he went above and beyond to make sure I have a nice ride for me and my children that was not only clean and reliable but within my budget. Tim contacted me several times after the purchase to coordinate delivery (yes they delivered it 2 hours north where I live) and make sure I was happy with my purchase. When a problem did arise Tim was quick to find a solution and got me taken care of. I even received a letter from them in the mail today. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and the treatment I received here. I def recommend and will be back for my next purchase.

Buyer beware. Friend bought a 2017 Ford Focus. Unknown to my friend it s appears years 2011-2019 have an issue with the transmission in which there is no solution except only to constantly replace according to a Ford dealership they took it to. My friend said they were trying to get in contact with someone at Sundance for over two weeks and which no one responded. When they got a hold of them today, they basically said well If you don t have a warranty, then too bad. It seems like they are only interested in making money. Sounds like poor customer service.

AB was awesome! He was honest and transparent about what to steer away from and really led us in the right direction. Everyone was very nice and helpful, but when you go in, ask for AB. You won t be sorry. We re so happy with our new car. Thank you AB!

My husband and I went in yesterday to see what they had and it was the best decision we have made. Jesse Hanford is amazing. He didn't stop at just a couple of trucks or say no we don't have anything in your range, he went above and beyond driving us around and around to look at different one's. I am definitely going back and it was so much faster than the other dealership I had been too. Sundance Chevrolet is AWESOME go see Jesse

Josh Brown was very helpful in the process of getting my truck financed out to buy out. He explained everything very fluently and made it very easy to understand the entire process. Such a kind person in general and very easy to work with, overall I would definitely say Josh will be my go to guy for any future purchases I make!

I was very impressed by how fast all the paperwork was filed after I bought my car. The license plate was transferred and already in the system with the DMV by the next day.The car itself was a good deal and when a small problem was noticed a few days after I bought it, they fixed it immediately.Tim E. The sales person who helped me, was very patient as I was picking my car and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I will definitely be going back to Sundance next year, when we are planning on replacing our current van and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

I helped my friend get a car from the grand ledge location. Mr. Skip Torres helped us walk out the door exactly on budget, didn't try to upsell us at all and provided excellent customer service through and through. This gentleman is the epodimy of an amazing salesman who is customer oriented and not self motivated for profit. I would definitely recommend a promotion and a raise for him

I very much hate to write a bad review, but I am forced to do so. I know that a lot of people don't like to hear the truth, but like they say; "the truth hurts." Not all is bad, because our salesman did do everything he could to get us into a vehicle, which did happen. Complete honesty, especially when it comes to salesman is very hard to come by, and our salesman was not completely honest. We were not given the complete details of the supposed 30 day warranty of our used vehicle, which is pathetic in my opinion; only covering 15% parts and labor. I was told that the warranty wouldcover anything that was wrong with the vehicle within that time frame, which I guess I should have asked the details of said warranty coverage. I was never told what my interest rate was going to be, nor do I still know after asking. I was given the run around and was treated rudely when asked after a week of asking what was happening with my vehicle after it had to be put in the shop for an issue, as well as the purchase of the "Gold Care" package, which I would never purchase again. Only half of what the gold care package entailed was done to the vehicle, which was 788 dollars. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again based off my experience.

UPDATEI believe that everyone deserves a second chance and sometimes a third and a fourth. I was contacted by Sundance a couple of days after the situation from the previous review. The issues were rectified and we were able to find almost exactly what I was looking for. My wife and I were treated kindly and respectfully and we appreciated the service we received the second time around. We all make mistakes and don t always handle things in the best way and the measure of who we are as people is how we react to them and Sundance reacted positively and we appreciate it. Would do business with them again. Awful experience!! We waited for nearly 2 hours and saw nothing except a car that was clearly not what we were asking to see. We were told that a driver was coming with a car and it would be there in 20 or 30 minutes and we waited for an hour and still no one showed up. We asked to see another vehicle that they were going to pull up and never saw that one either. We grabbed our license and we left. Absolutely awful customer service. A few other people in the lobby were on the verge of leaving as well because of how poorly things were run. The lot is absolutely awful to try to drive through and look at cars. I do not recommend this place at all. If I can t trust someone to give me a correct time of 20 to 30 minutes why would I trust them to sell me a car for thousands of dollars??

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Berry at Sundance. My husband was struck by another vehicle back in December and his vehicle was unfortunately totaled. He found the replacement car that he was looking for online and we live almost 2 hours away. Mr. Berry was very organized, thorough, and involved during the entire purchasing process and even sent a driver and vehicle out to our home when a minor repair issue was discovered. He expedited the repair out quickly and the driver was very professional and courteous.We were very impressed to say the least and look forward to working with him in the future when it's time for me to get another vehicle!

The salesman that was assisting hubbs was very professional. It was a good experience, much better than we have had from other Lansing GM dealers.We were treated with respect and didn't have to wait for a salesperson to assist us with what we were looking for.Unfortunately, we didn't end up buying the truck hubbs went to look at, but it was definitely a positive experience.
