Extremely professional service by the technicians. I could have been told that I needed a tire repair, but the technicians diagnosed the problem to be the valve stem and not the tire.The ultimate solution saved my company several hundred dollars.

They do the job, but you need to wait ridiculously long, like more than 24 hours for simple PM.The problem is that they keep saying ,,we will work on your truck in next two hours , and that is not happening. That lying can really ruin your day, it is better to tell honestly to the people when they can expect to be next.

Came here with a minor issue of my quarter fender bracket coming loose. I knew the issue, and the mechanic was trying to go home he decided to try to fix it. Sadly, he didn't listen to me or maybe was just overworked and didn't know I had already tried to fix this and failed. Luckily, his boss? Did listen, and all went well after that. I'd give a 5, but the desk guy wasn't at the desk, and it took a bit longer than the expected 20 or less min. Fyi, it took about 15 once he did what I said.

Richard was awesome, got my air leak fixed and glad hands replaced. Friendly, knowledgeable and educational. It is always nice to meet folks that are enjoying the work...or at least pretending to! v r�r!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Walked in all mechanics except for 3 plus a store manager were there, refused to acknowledge that I was even there. I waited over 20 minutes while they had the BS meeting about a new app. A woman walks in an oh she s catered too. This is why I stopped coming to loves all together. Overpriced and a joke.

I don t recommend this place at all. Went in at 7 p.m there was 5 trucks in line. Checked in again at 6:30 a.m, still 5 trucks in line. This place is slow. They only do non-mechanical issues at night so the night shift guy is really the trash man. Lol

On 10-5-22 Checked in at noon for a DOT inspection on a tractor and trailer and also a PM and tire change on the trailer was told that it would be awhile, ok not a big deal. At 2:30 call to get an ETA was told the DOT inspection guy was due in an hour so about 4:30 walk into the shop to see what's going on to be told that everyone is busy and it could be an hour or longer. Get a call at 5:46 to pull in to bay 3 so then the guy that is doing the PM and inspection then gets called to the main store to empty trash. Why would they take a service guy to empty the trash well at 8:15 still sitting and waiting ended up telling them to cancel everything but the tire. At 9:31 they asked us to change bays so they could change the tire, that tire was changed and we finally pulled out of a bay at 10:55. This is the worse service ever just wonder how long it would have taken if we would have actually got the inspection and PM done.Service: Tires

On the board for 16 hours overnight to get an oil change. I roll up to the shop to see what's going on and sit there for an hour watching what they're doing. 1 guy is changing a tire and the rest of the bays empty. There's 5 guys which 1 guy was buffing the floor in 1 bay and nobody else doing anything. I was told 3 hours earlier that there was 1 tire change and 2 oil changes ahead of me. 3 bays, 5 mechanics and 3 hours later still not in. Them jobs take 1 hour a piece and they all should of been in the shop at the same time and done in 1.5 hours tops. Instead waste my time. Was there from 8pm to 11am. That's pretty pathetic. Go somewhere else, they way to expensive anyway

7 hours waiting for chance the tire 3 times I went and the last time they were not busy but I still had to wait for the call

Really slow had the trailer for 34 hours now for a simple break job and a rotor change. They spend more time sitting around talking and taking break than actually working at most this should have been an 8 hour job

my favorite place to get fuel and eat subway when coming thru to go home after a long gard week of driving 1000s of Mile's, anyway my truck and trailer needed work,loves did all of it ,they had it completed by 4pm friday, they exceeded my expectations, and even found 2 air lines on front of tractor that were damaged, thanks jason,u guys did excellent job,truck runs,drives and handles a whole lot better and alot safer!! thanks to guys in service garage!!

This place sucks. My coworker sat for 3hrs, I came to replace him because he was running out of hours. I've been here over 2hrs. All for a single tire change. I would go elsewhere if you can.

the mechanic does not know how to change the oil . changing three hours not have a filters ,not competition guys .

I tried to use them but after 4 hours of it will be another hour I left. If you don't have enough help tell us time is one thing we can't ever get back.

Will check and advise but we don t do work on thermo king apu s why not just say that instead of making me sit here for 15 hours to tell me that. Won t ever see my truck at this location again

I wait 5 hrs ( stay in line ) he took my # to call me, after 5hrs i went to check , he already left without calling me and they closed the store , thats not good they ate so rude ... Zero star
