My car broke a balljoint on the on-ramp to I-96 southbound. Very inconvenient. I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. This garage helped me out of a bad situation, very satisfied.

I have taken my vehicles to Bob numerous times over the years. I don't think Ive ever encountered a mechanic who knows vehicles so thoroughly. They also treat you right at Pitchford's. Honest, helpful, friendly and so competent.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My brother had told me about this little gem, as he has previously had work done and was told to go there by some co-workers. They were incredibly kind and personable from the initial phone call to the delivery of my truck. The work was good, the price was amazing and the people are great. Whenever I cannot fix something myself, or just don't have the time - I will happily drop my truck off.

These are good honest hard working people who give you the BEST prices on parts, repairs and much more! If you are looking for a simple part all the way up to an extensive repair then Pitchfords is the place for you!

I brought in my 2010 Forester. Both back brakes and rotors were shot. Brake dust had built up on one of the rims. Came back. They not only repaired the brakes but shined the rims as good as new!

Took my truck there for a ground wiring issue told them I have a crossed ground somewhere that shorted my cluster out they said it wasn t a ground issue and tore all my wiring apart to find it ended up after 2 weeks it was a groundService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair
