Made my first visit here after driving by it for several years. I've always went to an auto repair shop for oil changes but grew tired of making an appointment and waiting in some room with strangers. Went on a snowy day so there was no wait. The service guys couldn't have been any more friendly and competent. They advised me that my oil was real low as not much drained out so that's something for me to stay on top of. There was no pressure to do additional work and nobody tried to sell me anything. I did ask for new wipers and as far as I could tell they seemed to be the same price as the auto parts store and they had the high quality ones I like. Great place, clean, organized and friendly techs. Overall I was completely satisfied and will make this my new place for oil changes, you should do the same.

I went for an oil change so that is all I can speak about. The crew was friendly and explained things. They had a new guy training and explained that and that it may take a little longer. It still was about 10-15 minutes. I would recommend going if you need a quick in and out at a reasonable price. I paid $65 for my Traverse which needed a little more than the 5 quarts for the price advertised. Pretty standard.

Visited a couple days ago for an oil change. I ended up getting a transmission flush too since my fluid was mud brown - car has been running great and both employees were very professional and overall great people. The pricing was fair and my car is running great, and it only took 25 minutes to get both the oil and transmission flush. Highly recommend!

The assistant manager and his coworker were competent, courteous and professional. I felt my car was safe being worked on by them and they provided a real wow customer service experience. Thanks guys!!

One of the cheaper places in the area to get an oil change and there's no wait. Dan and Mike were incredibly nice, kind, professional and gave excellent customer service! They honored my coupon when I had the wrong one. They went out of their way to help me reset my service interval miles back to zero. Very, very nice men and are very thorough in the job they do. With the full package it includes topping off your fluids and they even give you a free car wash that you can use that expires within a month. The full service they also will top off your fluids for free within 3 months or 3000 miles after service. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Hands down the best quick lube in the area! The guys there are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They ve always been super helpful when it comes to recommending what services I need and when they should be done. I ve never once been pressured into upgrading or purchasing additional services like most other places do. They actually go out of their way to help make sure I m getting the best deals they have for what I need. I ve never been as happy with an oil change place as I am this one and hope they re around for many years to come and keep up the quality service they offer.

May take a minute @ times but Deb, Lance & Steven were just great. Had fun actually @ their expense picking on them & such. Steven was a nice trainer. As well as a nice person to add a bonus. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. By far the quickest and cheapest full-service, full synthetic oil change I've ever received. And oh my God... no upselling! They just earned a new repeat customer

No air conditioning inside the garage, so it's very hot. But a very friendly group of guys. I would recommend because of the customer service.

Top notch service, Friendly Technicians, super honest and knowledgeable. They got me right in and right out in 10 minutes. The price was very very reasonable for the work they did. I will gladly take my vehicle to them for as long as I can.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I've been going here for years and my experience has always been positive. However, The current staff is the most professional and I leave feeling confident that my car has had a thorough look over. A+ place!

They were nice, polite, efficient. They noticed my licence plate light was out but didn't pressure me to let them do it. They told me the bulb I'd need and that it was just a couple of screws to get to it. Replaced my air filter but also showed me the filter before asking if I wanted to replace it, even showed me a new versus the old one. They were great!

The manager was helpful, friendly and seemed more than happy to accommodate my need for no contact service due to covid, gladly welcoming my idea to communicate via phone during the visit. This was in stark contrast to the reluctance and impatient attitude I encountered at other local businesses in Grand Ledge. I'll be a permanent customer!

Really bummed with our experience this evening. After agreeing to the oil change price I was provided a sheet of additional services they offered. I asked them if they could do a tire rotation for me. The employee agreed. After walking around the car he came back and advised me that they didn t need to be rotated. I m not sure how he could tell that they didn t need to be rotated by looking at them, but I asked him to go ahead and rotate them since I knew it had been close to 15,000 miles since I had it done. He reluctantly agreed. I then watched one of the employees change the back tire to the front, not switching sides of the car. The other employee did correct this and the tires were put on the correct sides. However they never checked the tire pressure. My tire pressure light had just come on so I knew with the cold air that we had lost a pound or two of pressure. I then asked the employee if he had checked the tire pressure. He advised they had and that all of the tires were filled to 35lbs. I told him that they need to be at 32lbs. My husband asked him again if he was sure that they had checked them. He said that he had and not to worry we would lose a pound or two of pressure over night with this cold. Both my husband and I knew this was not accurate but to avoid a confrontation we left. We drove to the speedway down the road and sure enough, one tire was at 29lbs and the other three were at 30lbs. Unfortunately these employees didn t do their job. They never once opened the door to check what the manufacturer suggested to set the tire pressure to. If they can t be bothered to care about that small detail, I worry about what other small details go unchecked.

The crew at One stop express car care are second to none. I take my trucks there and get every service I can possibly get done at their location, My trucks are very custom and they accommodate my needs and special request and surpassed my expectations every single time I stop in there I never leave there without being completely satisfied. Today I have oil change for my car. Very nice people, and clearly explained what kind of engine oil suitable based on number of miles (approximately) usually i drive per month. Service is very nice and prices are reasonable. I do recommend this place.

This place is great! I was in and out within 10 minutes to get a basic oil change. The guys were kind, respectful and didn t pressure me into purchasing anything else. I highly recommend stopping here for your oil change!

Steve & Justin were terrific! I was in and out in no time flat. Also, they reminded me of several bonuses that I get in between oil changes and they always inform me of what my vehicle may need in the near future. I will definitely be back.

These guys were great! Receved a free car wash with my oil change. They top off fuids between oil changes and after my discount, my oil change was under $38!
