I just wanted to thank Erick from the Grand Ledge location for restoring my faith in customer service. In todays world this seems to be lacking. I was in need of a new battery and had no idea what would be the best fit for my make and model of car , He was so helpful in finding the right fit, explained rewards program and even walked me threw on how to get a rebate . He then went and installed the battery for no charge. This was a challenge given the battery location in my car! I hope O' Reilly appreciates what a great employ they have!

Rough to say the least. Ordered a tie rod, came wrapped up in a painters rag wrapper and was completely marred. Went back ordered the same thing again (hopefully new like advertised), it was the wrong tie rod unwrapped with a hack job grease zerk install, which was out of the packaging when I received it. Returned a valve cover gasket and thermostat gasket which he never actually refunded me for (I still have the receipts). Bought 400 something dollars worth of parts, I m currently using a cane and needed help, Gary threw all of my new parts into my truck instead of taking the 1 actually second it would take to gently set them down. Chad I told you guys that I wasn t interested in filing a formal complaint after the first phone call. All of this other than the first purchase happened after our phone call. This is probably the worst business interaction I ve ever had. Gary - you specifically should be thankful you have a job. I m not sure how you slipped through the cracks and were hired.

Needed coolant. The tech behind the counter was helpful finding the correct one for my truck. Then Scott came out and helped with removing cap and filling reservoir. Awesome service! Thanks

I am not a car person, and can barely spell the word "auto", so I was a little intimidated the first time I walked into the store. That changed quickly - the staff was friendly, and a huge help with my questions and requests. They even let me borrow tools when I found out that the part I had to remove on my 2010 Dodge Caravan required a special tool. I seem to learn something every time I go there! Thanks!

Trusted that this auto parts store would know what parts I needed and they sold me the wrong parts and instead of refunding it back to my card it charged me a second time. More than upset about it .

These guys and gals are awesome!!!! Today they saved me!! They went WAY WAY WAY above and beyond to get me the part I needed to finish out my brakes and even gave me a helping hand in breaking loose some rusted bolts. I can't thank them enough for what they did today. Great bunch of people and always doing more than what you would expect.

My OEM battery died in my 2017 Yukon at the speedway down the street from the store. The team at O Reilly s came and jumped my vehicle so I could drive it to the store, purchase a battery AND install it for me. All within 30 mins!! I did not know that O Reilly s was that amazing with customer service!! Totally impressed!!

Although O'Reilly didn't have the auto part needed, the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. I also like that they provide free services such changing your vehicle's windshield wiper blades and clearing service codes. I recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I have never been a fan of o Reilly s to be very honest! I decided to stop into this store and met Rebecca (I believe is her name) she may not know everything in the store but has a great personality and isn t afraid to tell you her take on stuff. She has never said we can t get it, instead she says give me a little time to find it for you! I enjoy coming in to this store and she has changed my opinion on this franchise! It may not always be the best parts or prices but customer service is superior because of her hard work!! Thanks

Sam took very very good care of me today. I called from Grand Rapids and told him I was on my way to the hospital and needed a quart of 5w30 and asked if I left my debit card on my wiper if he could come out and get it, charge me, and then bring them both out to me. He said yes. Then, when I got there an hour later he did come get my card, charged me, then brought them out to me and put the oil in my motor. This is going above and beyond in my book. TYVM Sam! It was highly appreciated!!!

ATTENTION GENERAL MANAGER I came in there Friday 6ish in need of some wires for a winch. Both employees were very helpful. Chad went above and beyond to set my wiring up for easy installation. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his time.

I m from out of town and my battery went dead in my muscle car. I got a jump and drive it to o reilly auto in Grandledge...... everyone was very helpful. The found the battery I needed and even changed it for me since I didn t have any tools. Thanks guy s kudos to you. Great place to go. They got me back on the road fast !!!!!

The best customer service I have ever got, multiple times! Best realiable parts with again I will add hands down best customer service. No upselling unnecessary parts, great parts knowledge and automotive knowledge! Highly recommend O'Reilly's. Definitely this location!

Free battery check showed Battery was bad. They had what I was looking for 'Motorcraft' which GLF was out of. I asked if they had tools I could give the core to them and save $20.00 The counter person said he would I stall it for me, wow wasn't expecting that.

Seems prices just keep getting higher and higher but I guess that is everywhere now days. Service was good and no problems returning a part that I didn't need.

Staff was very condescending even after they knew they where wrong. I would not say I would never go there but I would have to be in a real pinch. Way better places near by to go to.
