This has been a lot of fun purchasing a new vehicle! Lindsay is a no pressure sales professional. She took the time to explain & demonstrate the various features & options available on the Lincoln Nautilus, the model that best matched my needs. At delivery Lindsay ensured that I was adept & confident driving my new Lincoln Nautilus off to my next adventure.

Ray Reeves was a great help in getting us our new car. He helped us order it, and kept us up to date on the arrival. The buying process was smooth, and he took the time to show us all the tech features of our vehicle. Ray did a great job.

Our Salman is the Best. We worked with him since this business was Grand Ledge Ford.When they were bought out by Morrie's we prayed that our Salman was still working there. Well, we were Blessed again.He was still there, so we went in to just see him. His first name is Ray. He is a man around 45 or maybe a little older. He is a Black man that calls me his Ma. He had always treated me and my spouse like family. Even though our last name is Morris.No relation darn it anyways. HA, HA!!If anyone lives around Grand Ledge Michigan and wants a Ford automobile, please go there. Make sure you ask for Ray. Then tell him that I reported his online to come there to have him work with you to get the best deal and respect you deserve. My first name is ( Cherrye ).Ray will know who you are talking about right away.By the way, we have been treated there by every person that works there in every department too with respect.

Prepare yourself for disappointment if you re having a vehicle serviced here. Purchases a 2022 Lincoln Aviator. Was is the shop 4 times for the brakes and their fix, was machining the rotors. (On a brand new vehicle) Got the car back and the brakes are still squeaking. Then the manager is rude to you when you re over the entire situation and tells you to go somewhere else. Customer service these days is out the door. Don t worry Jason, we don t be back!

Service department is always thorough explaining what is being done to the car. Additionally, the vehicle is always ready in the timeframe they provide when dropping off. You receive updates from staff throughout the process.

I have returned to Grand Ledge FORD LINCOLN for 5 years for regular maintenance on my MKCI believe the maintenance work is as expected; however,The pleasant, personable staff seems to have left the business.. I am not a Cut And Dry person give me a friendly atmosphere where I shop or Not

Would not recommend they took 150 dollars just to diagnose my car with a OBD 2 Scanner.
