I would rate Morrie's in the top two all time automobile buying experiences of my life. Sales person Frank and manager Mike were top rate, courteous, professional, thoughtful and friendly. They listened to my needs and answered all my questions. The showroom and facilities were neat, clean and professional looking. Overall a great experience which I highly recommend. And the service doesn't end when you drive away. Oh, and I love my 2024 Escape PHEV!

This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Obviously I am pleased with their vehicles and sales department. I have all my maintenance done by their service department. Highly recommend.

My daughter was shopping for a new car and Mike at Morries Grand Ledge Ford recommended talking to Lindsay. Wow, what a great experience, she was so helpful and sincere, no pressure. We had our eye on a new Escape and Lindsay went to work, she found one at another dealership and had it brought in for us to look at. It was perfect just what we were looking for. We recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsay, after which we eventually left the lot in the exact vehicle I was looking for. Every step of the process was simple and effortless. My salesman Lucas Ejak has always provided the best experience with going to pick up a new vehicle. This was my families 3rd vehicle through Lucas (soon to be 4th) and I ve never had a more thorough and knowledgeable employee in any car buying experience. He knew the answer to every question I had and made the paper work quick and easy. There s a reason I drive an hour and a half to Morrie s. Lucas was a 10/10. Would recommend highly!

I had a great experience with Rob Beckwith in ordering my Ford Maverick Truck. He was even more helpful when my truck arrived in setting up the blue tooth on my phone to connect to the screen in my truck. Showing me how my radio stations work too. He answered whatever questions I had about my truck as well as showing me how stuff works. It was a new experience for me because I never bought a truck before and with everything being auto on and off. Makes driving a lot easier to just focus on the road. I asked Rob to take a photo of me on my phone with my vehicle and he did. Rob is very kind and caring for his customers and so was everyone else I met at Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford. They even have a cute tradition of hitting a sort gong before you drive off with your new vehicle. I don't know of anyone else who does that. And everyone claps their hands for you too.Update: My 2022 Ford Maverick Truck had a recall on Side Curtain Airbags. I informed the dealership with a copy of the Recall Letter. The parts were ordered. They fit me in based upon my availability and I took my truck in. I was given a courtesy ride home and picked up by the courtesy van when my truck was ready. I call that great service. I received a wonderful gift from Ford that I was not expecting. I received a 18oz Yeti liquid drink container that has Built Ford Tough Logo and MAVERICK imprint and a YETI sticker.Went to the parts department in June and ordered Maverick Letters. I placed them on my truck myself, easy cheaper.

Morrie's GLF is an outstanding dealership and a great place to buy a vehicle. Ray Reeves went above and beyond to make our daughter's first car special. Ray not only delivered the car on her birthday but he also brought balloons to make her 16th birthday amazing! Ray is professional, respectful, humorous, timely and makes the buying process easy. The sales manager, Mike, was also great to work with and I appreciated the personal call to make this day happen! The other staff, Lindsay, Willy and Mark were great to work with as well. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

I needed an oil change and they were able to schedule me an appointment within a couple days. The representative that scheduledme was extremely helpful. I was given a manager discount when they discovered I forgot my coupon. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. I even got a car wash. Good job Morrie GLF. I will be back.

A big thank you to Kory Hoskins, Service Advisor, Morrie's Grand Ledge for helping me get a replacement driver's side door on my 2020 Ford Escape. My door had some internal welding issues and the whole door needed to be replaced. Kory ordered the replacement door and even got me a "loner car" while my car was being fixed by Caliber Collision. Thanks again MORRIE'S GRAND LEDGE.

Had to purchase a vehicle the week of Thanksgiving. Meet with Ray before Thanksgiving, test drove a vechile, discussed options and found the right used vehicle. We started paperwork, and had a plan to come back Friday after the Holiday to finish up the buying process.This was hands down the best experience i have had at a dealership! Ray was very kind, professional, not rushing me to make a decision and very sympathetic to my situation (replacing a vehicle after an accident).I highly recommend Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford, Ray was a fantastic sales man, Willy in the finance office was so polite, no pressure and honest/genuine. Mike the used car manager checked in throught the process and was wonderful to conversate with.Again, the best experience ever buying a car, ask for Ray he will treat you right!

I had an unfortunate accident with Mories when getting an oil change. When the oil change was completed my vehicle was pulling out when a part fell from the garage door and damaged my vehicle. However, even after having this accident happen the team at Mories provided me with a loaner and repaired the damage. Although this was an unfortunate accident the team upheld their customer satisfaction commitment!

I only used the parts counter to order some OEM replacement parts. The guy at the counter was very nice and accommodating.Update: my parts came in quick. They helped load everything into my truck and looked up the answers to a couple questions I had happily.

Empty promises and delays while having my diesel towed there for repair. If it s going to take two weeks to get to it then be honest!Was not till they knew we were considering buying a vehicle and I told them that doing something with the truck was part of the car sale that they actually did anything to diagnose and repair my truck. Could not reach an agreement to buy the vehicle due to their absurd low trade in offer.When picking up the vehicle a customer in front of me said she had been waiting for her vehicle a month as she rolled her eyes.Install of around $400 worth of parts for my truck cost $1600 when they quoted $1200.Would never set foot in that dealership again. Very arrogant and dismissive staff in front sales are as well as parts person who treated me like an idiot when I told her there was no one in the service area when I went looking for help. BUYER BEWARE!!

Made an appointment 4 or 5 days in advance on Morrie's own website specifically designating the year and model for the oil change. Showed up to 4 service reps sitting at desks and relatively ignoring me for about 5 minutes before someone helped. They inquired if I wanted the car washed after the service, I said sure.Car got taken back and I went into waiting area. Another 5 minutes pass before another service advisor comes out to tell me they don't have the correct filter for my vehicle because "Ford changed it. We can have it tomorrow." About 13 miles in each direction and I can't make it another time, hence why I made the appointment. Then asked to wait another 5 minutes to have the car brought around.When I pressed advisor again, asking why it asks what vehicle if they don't use that to order or ensure they have the right parts, I got some flippant answer and attitude. No offer to make discount a service. No sincere customer care. Car was brought out, not washed, no oil change and with tech's hand prints all over the sides of the car. Now not only do I have to find somewhere else that will do the oil change, I have to pay for a car wash that sure as heck should have been done at the minimum.All said and done an hour+ of my life driving to Morrie's, waiting, being told excuses, and driving home to not have the service I made the appointment for, but left with a car dirtier than I brought it.And no, nobody reached out, despite your response. I reached out to Lonnie. Quite different. You have my number. Call me.

Awful. My car was there for over a month (not including weekends) and was only worked on 10 days total (business days). They did not start a case for my car until someone called for them to start it but they did not put anything in it (after a week). After that another person had to call (another week after the first call) for them to start filling information in. Completely unsatisfied with how long it took. Unacceptable. Do not recommend.

I graduated college and decided to by my first car on my own and I could not find a dealership I liked in my hometown of Grand Rapids, and when I found the car I wanted was offered at Grand Ledge Ford I decided to give them a try. Best decision I made in my lengthy car search. I worked with Josh Preston, and he made me feel very welcomed. He knew this was my first car purchase and that I was not aware of how everything worked. I did not feel he took advantage of me being a new buyer, he was very honest about the whole process and nothing was a surprise. I knew what car I wanted but I wasn't sure if I wanted it right away, Josh did not pressure me into anything, I feel comfortable knowing that I made the purchase decision all on my own. Josh answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Grand Ledge Ford, definitely worth the hour drive! Grand Ledge Ford will definitely be my first stop on my next car search if and when that time comes.

I really appreciate the professionalism of GLFL and especially Lindsay. I stopped in to look at trucks, not sure exactly what I wanted. Lindsay already had a Ranger and a F-150 lined up and ready for a test drive. Lindsay was knowledgable, low pressure and very patient. Even with low inventory Lindsay found me what I wanted and now I'm a truck girl!! Love my driving my new truck and like having a positive experience making a major purchase. Even got the bonus of hearing the pretty purr of the Ford GT.

It was easy to make an appointment that fit into my schedule. The employees were polite and helpful. I waited in the dealership while my car was having the oil changed and the other checks that were being l performed. Comfortable place to wait. I'm not a coffee drinker, but hot coffee is available along with bottled water and there is a basket with snack items for free. The TV was on and there are magazines available. I recommend Morries Ford for all of your car needs - new, pre-owned and service needs.
