Love going to Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford. Very professional. I needed my headlight replaced and they got me in the same day. Come to find out that the bulb was just loose. They came and told me before assuming to replace it. Very good customer service. I'll be back.

Newly purchased a vehicle less than 3 weeks ago, about a week after the sale my engine light came on. We reached out to our sales person Lex and she immediately got us set up to get into the service center at the dealership and had Jeff run diagnostics to see what the cause was, ended up just being a sensor that needed to be replaced they had everything fixed within a day of them ordering the part. Everything was quick and so easy on us. Service with Lex and Jeff was amazing!

We missed our 3pm appointment but they were very cooperative and reserved a 4:30pm time the same day. Service was fast and very professional and I liked the video display of their work on our vehicle. Well done guys!!!

The repair on my truck was done quickly and professionally. When I picked up my truck I found that they had surprised me by washing my truck. It really needed it and I haven t had time this week to do it due to an emergency within the family.I greatly appreciate everyone who worked with me and my truck.Thanks again

Warranty work is always excellent.Bringing a problem to your garage is always met with a diagnosis fee.Staff is always polite but no longer willing to solve small problems on the spot.Diagnosis fees seem to be more important than customer service or keeping return customers.These are my feelings. I do realize that running a business is for profit but reasonable limits should be kept in mind.Sincerely,Dennis Dingwell

I needed a new clutch on the used car I had purchased just over a year prior from Morrie s Grand Ledge Ford. I had gotten an extended warranty when I purchased it, however the clutch wasn t covered. I would have had to pay over $2,000 to get it fixed. My service advisor, Chris Ruswinckel, was sympathetic and honest with me and did some work to get the price reduced. He got the finance director involved who called me to explain in detail (that I could understand) how the warranty worked and that it was still worthwhile to have the policy for electronic repairs. The director was able to reduce the price a bit. The fee would still be over 2K. However , Chris worked with the service department, the dealership itself and other departments to reduce my bill further. He went above and beyond to help me out and was able to get the price down to $444. Thank you, Chris and Grand Ledge Ford for your help. In addition , I would like to thank the driver of the shuttle for making my ride back and forth a pleasant one. All of these factors solidified the reason I have been coming back to GLF for over 20 years.

I only go to GLF because of 2 certain people. They are Jason and Jared. Yesterday I took a vehicle in for routine oil change and Jason assisted with that for me. Always so nice and courteous.

Reliable service, but always seem unwilling to go the extra mile such as updating the car's software. Check your keyfobs to see if they actually cut your keys. If your battery dies, you might be screwed.

I was there first thing Friday morning. I was told it would be maybe an hour as I was staying until it was done getting the works. It was done in 30 minutes if not sooner. Would definitely recommend Grand Ledge Ford.

I had a oil & oil filter change with all fluids topped off. Tire rotation and check tread depth. And finally a wash for my pollen covered truck. I watched a video on all check points of my 2022 Ford Maverick Truck. I had my truck for two years now. And still receive great service. 5126 Michael Spencer is AWESOME! The service at GL Ford has always been top notch. I usually ignore surveys due to the quantity of them I get (from any business that has my email, I don't mean GL Ford specifically), but I want to praise today's "above and beyond" service. My FOB was randomly not being detected by my Ford Escape, so I randomly could not start the vehicle or unlock it because I also did not know the key code for the keyless entry (the previous owner did not document the password). I also lost my 2nd, backup FOB. I was stressing out, so when it got worse, I went to the dealership as an unscheduled walk-in, I had no appointment. Instead of insisting that I schedule an appointment and wait, Michael went out of his way and fixed all 3 issues for me in about half an hour. He replaced the second backup FOB and reconfigured both, and he reset my keyless entry password. We confirmed everything worked. I was SO relieved! Grand Ledge Ford is the BEST!

Took it in for an Oil change and the tires were not properly inflated. They also failed to reprogram the tire sensors. Plus service advisor handed me my key and said vehicle was outside and pointed. I felt like I was inconveniencing him.

The oil change they did was done rather quickly and appears correctly but I had scheduled 3 vehicles for oil changes just days before our 4500 mile move to Alaska.when we arrived for our 2:15 appointment we were notified that that appointment was good but our 3:30 and 4:00 appointments were not showing. Luckily the GT350R was just going in a trailer so the service wasn't that important but I had to figure out how to do an oil change on our Explorer before our trip (all my tools had already been taken by the movers). This also made me pay out of pocket for the oil change when I had already purchased the service plan through the dealer. The service rep stated that their program will not allow them to make more than 1 service appointment on the same day under the same name. Had they told me this ahead of time I could have put them in my wife and daughters name as they were driving the vehicles out there. The service rep made no attempt to make things right and basically told me "sorry the appointment isn't on the books so you will have to reschedule" (which I didn't have time to do before leaving).Service: Oil change
