The manager/owner Eric is a stand up guy! Wife s car had her muffler fall off on her way home from work. He went above and beyond and got her back on the road with a few clamps and adapters. He even installed them for her. He did all of this even though he was minutes from closing for the day. He only charged like $5 for the parts and when we offered to pay him more for his time getting under her car and putting her exhaust temporarily back together he didn t want to accept it. It s small town guys like him that make the world a nicer place. He even recommended a few good mechanics that would be able to provide a permanent fix to the issue. 100% recommend this man and his business!!

I know absolutely nothing about cars, so walking in to any store involving auto parts is a terrifying experience. I have been going to Auto Value for two years, and have found that the staff make my experience great every time. I don't have to waste my time comparing every brand of part that I'm looking for, because the staff always know exactly what I need (even though I don't speak car).I cannot recommend Auto Value enough. It's absolutely worth the drive.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff/salespeople. Eric is especially good. They ve helped me out multiple times by giving good advice along with my parts purchases. It s also very helpful that they are open on Sunday. Great place, highly recommend.

Never have I had a better experience dealing with a parts store. They listen and are so friendly. Eric is the best the entire staff at grand ledge is great. Will be going there anytime I need parts....

Always friendly staff, useful information to every topic when I ask about it, I live right up the road from them and had to do a new cap and rotor, they delivered for free. Good people :) good prices.

I'm coming here exclusively from now on. I stopped by Sundance because the car they sold me had tires that were low on air. I figured it should be on them to top them off, and while I was at it I had a wiper that broke and I may as well pay to get it replaced (yeah, it's lazy, but I wasn't feeling it that day).After 25 minutes, Sundance informed me that they wanted $25 just for labor to replace the wiper. Ah, no.Came to Auto Value to buy it myself and James immediately greeted me. He got me the correct wiper, but he also realized that the wiper installation was a little different than for most wipers. Without me asking, he opened the package, walked outside, and popped it on. Less than 10 minutes and I didn't have to pay $25 to install one $20 wiper.Oh, and as for Sundance? It turns out that they had GLUED MY WIPER ON TO THE ARM. Thus why it broke in under a month.Customer for life.

This place beats O'Reilly up town, Hands down. Save money and go to Auto Value the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
