I m never going anywhere else for an oil change again. The guys were so helpful and didn t try to oversell us at all. They changed my oil, put in a new filter and replaced my windshield wipers- all within just a few minutes. Super fast and to the point. And even with all of that done, the cost was less than just an oil change at the place I was going to before. Thanks to the guys at Pennzoil Grand Haven, you have new customers :)

My son went there for an oil change and in the process they found a coolant leak. It had nothing to do with the oil change but they showed it to him and helped trouble shoot it and helped him get it to where he could drive to my house safely. They called ahead to the parts store for us so when we got there all we had to say was Brad from the oil change place called and they had all the parts ready for us. Way above and beyond and very much appreciated

Touch of class is exactly what I would say about my experience here! I m so used to having to wait in a waiting room for 40 minutes to get my oil changed and then the guys trying to sell you this or that. But here I pulled up, didn t even have to get out of my car and the guys got right to work, everyone was super friendly and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Never going anywhere else again thank you guys!

Great place to go for a quick and efficient oil change. It takes 10-15 minutes and no appointments you just pull in and go. Prices are good and you won t get the salesman routine. Just a genuine helpful place to service your vehicle

Since the new ownership, the oil and car wash has been much much better. Higher powered water jets. A much cleaner car. The oil change has always been a good value. Very friendly. They always show the properly level fluid and I've taken 5 or 6 cars there with no issues.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I will admit I deal with the high price because I can get in and out super quick. Well, just went in to get a oil change and the guy informed me about also having my carbon air filter changed for $39.99. I politely said no thanks and that I can change it myself way cheaper. The guy then went on saying they are the cheapest and then went on about family breathing this all in and how it could be growing mold ( my young daughter was in the back seat) . Well with that, I was kinda guilted into saying sure.Well after leaving, I quickly Amazoned it. Dude they cost like $10-25.. ouch. Learn from my lesson and don't fall for it. These guys removed my old oil, never put the plug in, and never added new oil. They did all the other checks, took payment and sent me on my way. My Truck shut off 15 feet from the garage door and they asked me to back the truck back In so they could add oil.Didn't even give me a free oil change after nearly causing my engine to ss

Always fast and very courteous. I get my oil changes there every 3k. Price is very comparable if not under their competition. Plus you always get a free car wash with a change.

Normally they do a good job but this time was bad. I had to reopen the hood because the cap was off the windshield fluid reservoir, remind them to check the air filter, then instead of finding the correct size Phillips he used a slotted. Finally I had a $10 off coupon and he forgot to apply it. 4 different people making all these mistakes. They are just not paying attention Service: Oil change

Over priced ($61 for oil change) & terrible service. I drove 30 min to get an oil change. Service is suppose to include fluids topped off and tire air check. My windshield fluid light came on after I left and was completely empty the next morning (so it clearly wasn't even filled a little). My low tire pressure light came on the next day. They offered me to come back to double check everything when I questioned why my washer fluid wasn't filled or tires checked..... they also said next time don't come at 6:30pm. They are open until 7 it shouldn't matter what time I come service should be the same anytime.

Never never go here, last year they did an oil change and 3 days later I blew my engine. Guess what low oil is never a good thing. Car only had 52000 miles on it. They denied it. Never could prove it.So I gave the benefit and took my 2017 escape to them and they didn't screw my skid plate back up and it fell off my car.I can't wait for the new car wash and lubes center to open in grand haven this place is not good at allI WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL WARN ALL TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I went in just for an oil change, they loosened my oil filter and it began leaking. Next time I go in I am taking a camera and catching them doing it. I would advise to never go here.Reply to owner: yes I am going back and I am only going back to expose them for scamming people to come back because their cars will break down from leaking oil. My review will hopefully save someone hundreds or thousands of dollars by getting their oil changed elsewhere, avoiding huge problems caused by driving with low oil.Service: Oil change

They broke my tire valve stem and my tire went flat not long after I drove away. Called them as we were stranded with a flat tire, and they told me it wasn't caused by them even though our tire was completely fine before going in and started losing air pressure after leaving. Asked for the manager who called over an hour later only to tell me he couldn't do anything without the general manager. Still waiting for a call from the general manager 4 days later. I will never use them again and I would advise others not to use them either.

They took good care of me. Checked all the auto points, and even gave me alittle bonus because it was my birthday. And now I have a free car wash that doesn't expire. I'll be sure to return!

Went in to get oil change finding that it is no longer a Pennzoil location. Products on shelf suggest otherwise. Did not get the full service check I used too. They do not honor Pennzoil coupons. They only did the oil and filter change. Took a half hour to complete just this. I will not be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pay 27 bucks a month for the works. Supposedly gets underbody. Nope. The last 3 washes my wheel wells and frame are still packed with mud. Went this morning and the back of my truck wasn't even touched. Still dripping dirt and mud covered in dust as well. Cancelling. Dont waste your time.

Took our car in for an oil change, paid for full service purposely because the radiator light was on and back tire was low with air. Radiator still had to be filled and tires were not checked or filled with air, that was just what I noticed within the same day. Had to take it over to Jerry's citgo to have the tires filled. Makes me upset when people take advantage of others lack of knowledge on these types of things. This is just what I can tell wasn't done. Whose to know what else wasn't done that said was done and we paid to have done. Lost a customer and will go elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely terrible, tried to sell me an air filter when mine was just fine. Later I discover they just shoved the housing back on and it came loose . Tried to sell me licence plate lights for $10 apiece when mine still work. They may seem okay to those who know little about cars but these guys are scam artists.Simple oil change cost $49 by time I got out of there. AVOID, avoid !!!

Oil change places can be real annoying when they try to up sell all kinds of additional services. This place did not. They did what I came for quickly and politely.

I went in on Halloween for an oil change at 1:10. I was told they close at 1:30 and would not be able to do my oil change. This just proves they can not do an oil change in 10 minutes; they falsely advertise. Pretty lame.
