Getting a couple tires mount. Staff are courteous and helpful. Waiting room is clean and heated. There is coffee and TV. A couple bench and a couple comfy chairs!

Friendly staff but garbage policy and set up.Make a appointment for a specific time. Told would be hours before even looked at. Simple oil change for 3-4 hours. and same price as others near by.

Super shout out to Jamez (manager) at the auto center for making sure I got taken care of when the other auto employees were negligent with my vehicle! I give YOU personally 5 stars but had to only put 4 stars on here, really would like to put even less but I appreciate YOU! The other auto employees are giving major lazy and quite pathetic to be completely honest.

It wasn't perfect, and our car's headlights are still non-functional but they did their best with good spirits! Thank you for fitting us in and taking the time to try to help us.

Really bad service. Never on time. I had to wait one hour until they started working on my car although I had an appointment scheduled. I do not recommend this place.

Low employee count.. Poor customer service communication skills.Went in hour after open to get an oil change and was told it would take a couple hours. When looking for a closer, faster spot I noticed the counter guy walking aimlessly about outside, and another employee leaning against the wall smoking away.

Tire change was supposed to take 45 minutes to an hour. That's what they told me. An hour and a half later they hadn't even pulled my vehicle into any of their open bays. Not a single customer in front of me. Whole job took 2 and a half hours. They were supposed to put the old tire in my trunk as I had a warranty through an out of area shop on it. Drove 15 miles down the road and decided to check. Tire was not there. Had to drive back and retrieve that as well.

Awful experience! I was told that, I need to come back (I was in Sam s Club next door) and sign a waiver because my car had no oil in it! They asked me to sign a waiver, stating there was no oil in it. I refused and drove straight over to Al Serra. Mind you my car only has 24,000 miles on it and the change oil light just came on. Al Serra tells me there is definitely oil and it was only about a 1/2 quart low. Don t waste your money, go across the street where they actually know what they are doing and it s a few bucks cheaper!!

Overall I'd say this is a nice store to shop at and pickup from, employees are friendly and store is fairly clean...My only complaint would be the employees are a bit slow or they are just understaffed either way it's an inconvenience if you have other plans in-between.

The service is terrible. They never have enough people to operate. If you show up at opening, they say someone called in & tell you it s gonna be 3 hours before they can begin. They re unprofessional. They make excuses, & don t care that they re inconveniencing you. The mama ge with the red hair is the worst of all. The whole department needs to be fired, & closed they never work anyways.Service: Oil change

I left my car here and was told they would do my 4 tires in 2 hours. No problem. I come back it's not done. I waited another 2 hours of my time before I complained. They tried to make me feel guilty for complaining. What a joke. Save the 3 hours and go somewhere else!

why did I have to come back 3 hours later after being told to wait an hour for them to tell me you don t even have the tires in store and I can go to another Walmart? You couldn t have told me that at 7am? Now I m gonna have to go and join a waitlist at the other store?Also wasnt told if that place has the tire in stock

Garbage came in for a valve stem replacement and only to get the to try to get a new tire.. and if I didn t they would not touch it.. the tire was completely fine what a joke

On our way home from a day trip to Detroit, heading back to Gaylord, getting dropped off, friend going home to the eastern U.P. Tire on truck leaking fast, so we head to the Walmart Tire Center in Grand Blanc, MI. The tires were purchased from Walmart in Sault Ste Marie, MI, and had a extended warranty for service. We arrive before 5PM, only to be informed that they are not taking any more customers for the day, even though they close at 7pm, according to their website. We plead our case, explain that we are hours away from home, truck is headed to the U.P., and still are refused service. "TRY Sam's Club" he says. Besides this poor customer service, there's a set of 4 tires that have already been ordered and paid for, through Walmart in Sault Ste Marie, that are supposed to be installed this coming week. How can we be refused service with a extended warranty, a new set of tires already sold, and no regard for honoring the extended warranty 2 hours before closing?? Should the ordered tires be canceled for the lack of human decency and the manager not doing his job?.

First of all walking in, they already had an attitude and made me feel I was bothering them. Did not want to come out to the car to even see my tire and what I was asking to be done (put two new on and rotate) after the 3rd time he finally got up with a whole attitude abt it.We are than told they cannot put on new tires bc they they took only one lug nut off saying they were cross thread (they were not). So we than asked ok can u at least just try to put on a new tire for my flat?Literally 5 mins they inform us they can t. They simply didn t want to work. They didn t want to try. We were interrupting their day. Awful awful customer service. Do not go there !!!!!!

I bought tires and scheduled an appointment online. I arrived a few minutes early and they took my car right in. They told me it would take an hour, but had completed the job in 45 minutes. I paid and was on my way!

Recently installed four new p265/70r17 Goodyear Wrangler trail Mark tires on my truck. For less than $600 tax installed I am blown away and how well these tires perform. They are beyond quiet and look great on the truck. We will see how well they do in the snow in the upcoming winter weather. The crew at this location were all professional and it only took an hour to install four tires and have me back out the door. Even got some grocery shopping done. I will be back in the future.Service: Tires

Wow, we received excellent service here! The team was fast and friendly. We would highly recommend them. They mounted two new tires for us in about a half hour. Walmart price beat every tire shop in our area!

I called, explained my problem and was told to drive on up. I get there and then they tell me it's a 3 hour wait. I went somewhere else.

Act bothered when getting service done. Tell you one thing, and do another. Told 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change and ended up being 2 hours. I understand things back up, but don't act annoyed when asked if my vehicle is done yet. Need friendly customer service there.

Eelaye and Garret did a great job giving the opportunity. Sure there young. But very respectful. These are the kinda people we need now and in the future. Having that been said calling or chat is less than ideal.

I ordered 3 tires friday and was told to call Monday after noon. I called not just once but 4 times and each time I let the phone ring for 3 to 5 minutes and never any answer except when customer service answered and retransferred me to tire shop. The service in store was great but I would like to be able to call and get info before I drive all the way there and my product not be there. Kind of irritating.

Staff wouldn t change my oil because the car stopped in the parking lot on its own. Never had the issue again since, never had the issue prior. Seems they just didn t want to do the work.

Went there to get a tire replaced. Brought in the bad tire and wheel to make sure we didn't need a rim. Jamez assisted us but apparently didn't have common sense. Rim ended up being fine so we picked a tire and was charged for that and install. He walked away after cashing out without the keys and I said don't you need these/?? And he said no and laughed. I thought it was weird but maybe they would just put tire on in the parking lot. An hour later I go to the car and the donut is still on and the new tire is on the old rim in a shopping cart!!! Luckily, Brandon helped us and immediately corrected the error. I gave a 2 only because of Brandon.

I took my Chrysler Pacifica into the Grand Blanc Wal-Mart Tire Center this morning. I had a bolt in one of my tires. They told me I had to replace all of my tires because I have AWD, Wal-Mart policy. They kept my car for 3-1/2 hours, then called me and said they couldn't get the first lug nut off. Waste of time.
