I had to make an emergency stop as I was heading to pick up my children from their grandparents home. I stopped at Speedway to check my car and by the time I started it back up, it sounded serious. US 23 Auto Care was across the street and open. Donald so graciously took my car and to troubleshoot! It ended up being ice from where I lost power and had been snowed in for 3 days. The Lord works in mysterious ways and Donald was a true blessing. I would recommend his business. Honest, hard working, and kind hearted. Thank you again, Donald.

I was very please with the service and quality work on my car. Having an older car it s hard to find trustworthy people to service it. They did an awesome job and prices were reasonable. Kept me at estimated price. Even though more parts and labor were needed. Highly recommend.

I have had all of my family vehicles serviced at US 23 Auto Care for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are fairly priced, work is guaranteed, and won't steer you into repairs you don't need. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and fair repair shop!

We were having problems with the accelerator on our church van. They figured out it was the fuel pump and replaced it. the van is working great. They have done work on the van before, and done a great job. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

Donald Fee is very efficient, I've been taking my cars there for years and I've never been disappointed with the service or the pricing. His work is awesome and he stands behind it, will highly recommend to anyone looking for repairs or towing!

I was recommended this place off of Facebook I didn't know where to go and was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for whatever was wrong with my car. The owner let us know that he's running the shop by himself because it's hard to find good workers right now. I was able to pick up my car the very next day and was very happy with the work that was done it was very affordable too. I would go here again!

I was poorly prepared, didn't have what I needed to replace my flat. I called, he was there in under 5 minutes, opened his toolbox and knocked the job out quick. He wouldn't accept a dime, or even my cold pizza! I've added him to my phone book.

I'm forced to use their towing service through AAA, I hate it, they are afraid to drive their truck down my driveway, they say it's too narrow. My garage came down that driveway fully assembled and it 48' x24'. So after waiting for hours for them they refuse to do their job and leave and I have to call AAA back say I told you so, and they then send I tow with the same size truck and these guys are great and so helpful. AAA please dump 23 towing it's making me want to find a different road side assistance company and I've been with you for 43 years. Do not recommend, 0 stars.

Great service! I took my car in as it had multiple issues with worn out wheel bearings, struts, and tires. The mechanic went above and beyond to repair my car the right way to make it last. My car drives like brand new again. Not familiar with the area had a check engine light come on this business was the closest place I could ask for some help off of 23. The owner told me he was too busy to help me. I probably should have known better by the looks of his building and no one there working. I would not recommend this place if they can't take 2 seconds out of their day to help somebody that is not familiar with the area at all.

Nice * friendly. I realize it was auto salvage towing lot but car storage of totalled cars was full of car pieces & glass. Was afraid i would get a flat tire or something jammed under my car. Overall friendly & helpful staff tho.

My battery died and a jump wouldn t take so I had it towed in and diagnosed. I wouldn t trust anyone else besides Donald and his tow guys. They take their time and hook up everything up correctly not just load and go. Was towed in the shop and ready for pick up within the hour! Appreciate the fast service.

Donald Fee was generous in help, knowledgeable concerning our car issue, and thorough in fixing the problem we were having with our car's transmission. We are glad concerning his work, and we highly recommend US 23 Auto Care.

Would give 0 stars if possible.The man who runs the front desk is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we initially called to inquire about our truck that had been towed there, from the second that man answered the phone he was unhelpful, short, and sarcastic on the phone with my husband. We decided to just drive up there and the man had literally 0 interest in doing his job. Worse in person then over the phone. Easily the worst customer service I ve ever received. Kept making snide remarks about my husbands plates being expired, and how he would never let his get expired. Which they were NOT expired, the updated tab just wasn t on his plate. My husbands truck was also randomly towed out of our apartment complex that morning from this company with no warning and our apartment complex claimed it was because he had no plate which was 100% not true and CONFIRMED by the Grand Blanc Police Department who they had to call to get authorization to tow the truck. So I would stay far away from this company, seems as if there is some shady business things happening here.

Excellent service! Had some warranty work done on my car. They picked up the car, repaired it and dropped it off in a timely manner, all at no charge! Would highly recommend this place. He's is an excellent mechanic.

I ve taken my car to US 23 a couple of times now, and each time I ve needed repairs or towing they ve been extremely helpful! The owner is honest, his work holds up, and repairs are always done in an extremely timely manner. WARNING!They did more damage to my car than the accident! The driver, Daryl, was a rude, incompetent, arrogant, halfwit, that can't drive. When I mentioned the damage he was inflicting he said, "she should have had insurance". I don't know what business it is of his but we have insurance.I was ticketed because Daryl couldn't back it in straight and had to have it towed. I called George's. Trevor, at George's knew right away that the flatbed was the wrong way to go. He did what was necessary and towed it the right way. And George's charged a fraction of what US 23 did.

My brother needed an emergency tow after he slid off the road & damaged his car. I called US 23 & they showed up within minutes. They picked up my brother from a local gas station & took him to his car. Great service!

Needed emergency road service on our way home after a week of camping! We were lucky that it happened near US 23 Auto Care! They were able to get us fixed, and back on the road, in record time. Great service, honest, affordable, and probably the most gorgeous auto service waiting area rest room i've ever seen!
