I can't give enough praise to Paige in the body shop glass repair. She handled my insurance issues so efficiently and professionally. She was timely and courteous and return my calls promptly. It was such a relief. The new windshield and calibration went smoothly.Thanks again!

Do not hesitate to choose Al Serra if the vehicle you want is there. From the initial sale through Nick, John at the body shop repair and technicians in the maintenance department, they are the very best. I have had many reputable kinds of vehicles and it is the service that determines the ongoing satisfaction for me. They left me with no concerns and went above and beyond to work with my insurance company and keep me informed at every stage. Female service agent was extremely rude to both my husband and I on two different occasions in the service department. They also diagnosed a problem they caused on their previous error and declined to fix the problem and just sent the car home stating to make another appointment and they would look into it. Overall their wait times have increased over the last year. We have used this dealership the past 3 years previously with positive results, but within the last year on multiple occasions the service has changed in a negative way.

Still in the works. So far so good! .................Deal done. Remarkable experience. Everything went well. Nathan did everything possible to make this easy and efficient. 6200 miles, done. First oil change and tire rotation, done. Couldn't have gone better. Very efficient and friendly.

Service was okay, exactly what I needed. Didn t really feel like they went above and beyond. I came in for a synthetic oil change, they didn t reset the oil life indicator in the car. I also asked them to change the back windshield wiper and they couldn t even remove the plastic of the new part. I amy return for a basic oil change again, just will shop around for better service.

Aman and Al Serra were great.I had my car decide to identify as a Christmas Tree (all the warning lights lit up at once). They were able take me in right away (unlike another dealership that had a 2 week wait to see the service department), arrange an awesome loaner (2024 Ascent), and gave me timely updates on my car.Car was returned to me in great condition and I am very satisfied.

Best service I've ever had! They notified me that they were working on my car at the scheduled appointment time, let me know how to text them for updates, fixed my car and did routine maintenance within 2 hours, and noticed I needed new wiper blades due to a little streak in front of the driver - all under warranty.

Al Serra Subaru service department was hitting on all cylinders today: got me in at my appointed time, looked at things I had concerns about, and identified an issue that had seemingly disappeared a couple days earlier. Friendly and polite throughout, I felt like I was really being taken care of well. Parts is on order, looking forward to smooth resolution. Hurray for Aman and the whole team!

Aman was great. Had a lot of malfunction lights go on. The got me in at 715 the next morning. Told me the problem and that it was completely under warranty. Not only that he found a rental for me. I was surprised that it was able to be finished that day. Excellent service. Honest and they did not try to upsell any additional services.

Gregg Pratt is extremely friendly which made this purchase very easy. He is very knowledgeable about the products and was quickly able to answer any questions that we had. We had a couple of delays on our part, but Gregg was very patient and understanding of the issues and guided us to their resolution.

Drop off at my appointment time was fast and easy. Courtesy drive to take me home and pick up the next day was fast and friendly!.... and most importantly, my issue is resolved!

My experience was wonderful. I walked in unsure of what I wanted. I was given suggestions and took a Subaru forester for a test drive. I loved it, put a $100 hold deposit on it to think about it that night and purchased it the following day.My sales rep was Gavin S. If looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Al Serra in Grand Blanc.. Ask for Gavin. He will do his best to have you driving off in a new vehicle.

It was a great experience! Adam really helped me a lot! He paired my phone for the Apple CarPlay. He explained all the buttons which I was grateful for! I had a couple of questions the next day, and I was able to call him, and he answered them. Very good to work with! I might call you again as soon as I get more into those manuals that it comes with ha ha!

Nick Bishop was out salesman for 2 vehicles. He knew what we wanted and contacted us the moment it was ready! The service team at Subaru is great as well. Informative and timely. The workers have always been patient when I bring a car load of children. They offer snacks and a fanatic coffee machine when we wait for our service or during our sales. We always reccomend Subaru Grand Blanc, and are always sure to see Nick Bishop when we stop back in for maintenance or when we want a new or used vehicle!

Really good overall. The only reason I gave him a 9 and not a 10 is that sometimes he was a little slow to get back with me. But I also understand he s really busy. Very nice guy. Very helpful. Love my new car! I would definitely buy from him again!

Darrel made the experience very simple for two people who are almost exclusively online consumers. Most everything was done via phone, text, or email. Darrel and his team (Nolan) were very professional and incredibly considerate of our preferences, as unorthodox as they may have seemed. My husband and I LOVE our new Subaru. We will definitely be buying another and will definitely come to Darrel when we are ready!

Subaru of Grand Blanc was able to get me in same day for a tire rotation and provided a complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash. I had previously brought my car in for a recall that needed attention and everyone was just as friendly as this time. Highly recommend! Thank you, Curtis and team at Subaru.
