The worst customer service for oil change I have to stay from 10 AM in the morning until 6 PM with appointment and that s what happened after in the picture

What service did they perform? None. I made an appointment two weeks ago. Took my car there, waited, only to be told at the end of the day that they have not looked at my car, that they will at next business day, Monday. Not really sure the purpose of making an appointment here.

They got down to the real problem with my car. I am just so glad that my bank talked me into buying a warranty.
