Before buying a car from Randy Wise, make sure you take it somewhere and have someone take a look at it. Our son saved up and bought his first car from there in March. We looked as much as we could but didn't get up underneath. Our son hit a Michigan pothole, and his whole tire came off.

I am going to tell you right off the bat - Randy Wise Toyota is actually the best in SE Michigan. How do I know this?? I just went on a 2 month hunt for a specific vehicle, and dealt with many, many SE Michigan Toyota Dealers, almost all of which were disappointing experiences. I was COMPLETELY impressed with Randy Wise, no gimmicks, no cheesy sale pressure techniques, everybody was very respectful, real and to the point. The salesperson I had was Joe, and he was absolutely the best Dealer experience I have ever had. The finance gal (Sorry I didnt grab her name) was very professional, and again - no hidden agenda. I got my 4Runner at the cost we originally talked about, just how I wanted it. I could not be any happier, and as I write this review, cannot believe I endured what I endured at other dealerships. I drove an hour to buy my vehicle here, and I know thats a PITA, but if you are reading this, IT IS WORTH IT. Randy Wise Toyota is what every other Dealer should strive to be. Loving my new Toyota, feel GREAT about the entire experience, and wish I had the funds to buy more Toyota's from this place. But for now, I am loving my new 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium, and will drive the hour back for oil changes and anything I need. AAAA++++++ Highly, strongly recommended.

Disappointed with Randy Wise Toyota Service department. Our most recent service experience felt short of good customer service/care and unfortunately, discouraged me to continue taking my cars there for future service. Made appointment for service about 2 weeks before scheduled date of 3/4/24. By 3/13/24, we had not heard from the service department on progress of the car. When we contacted the service department for update we were told: 1. Service department had not looked at car yet. 2. They were waiting on parts (parts should have been ordered prior to 3/4 service date) 3. Scheduling issues/delays.Concerning issues: There was no communication with us about any delays. Any one of the three delays could have been communicated & the car could have been dropped off at a later date. We asked for the car to be pulled around with paperwork/estimate of the work that was supposed to be done. When estimate was pulled it was $696 over the original estimate we were given. When questioned, it was pulling something different in their computer compared to the actual cost of parts and labor.Ultimately, after not having our car for over a week, we decided to take our car elsewhere. Called another local Toyota service department & local service shop. Both shops could get the car in within 12 hours and complete service within 48 hours. The shop we ended up going with completed the ALL the work within 48 hours and at HALF the cost of Randy Wise Toyota Service department.

I found the 24 Tundra truck I was looking for at Randy Wise Toyota but was coming from out of state. Jamie Willis was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. On the day I arrived to purchase the truck it was ready and detailed and I was in and out quickly. Great dealership experience !!

Car shopping is always a stressful experience. Before emailing a dealership to inquired about a car availability (as listed per their website) I've always checked reviews on the dealership to see if it'll be a place I will want to bring my business to, even if I have to drive long hours to get there. Even with my filtering, I've encountered quite a few dealerships at the initial email inquiry stage that gives me the roundabout without answering my simple inquiry.I want to give a shout-out to the customer care manager Alice for giving me a good first impression. She was the one who reply to my initial email inquiry and proactively reached out to me about another one in allocation after the car I initially inquired about was unavailable. In addition, she answered all my questions in a straightforward manner.Next, I want to thanks Jamie, my sales advisor, for a smooth experience. I was a little nervous meeting her, but turns out she was very friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Even meeting for the first time, she understands what I want and I didn't feel any pressure at all.Lastly, thank you Tim, the fiance manager for a stress-free and great experiences. He was very friendly, straightforwards, and respectful. I did not feel any pressure to get any of the optional services because I wasn't sure if I want them or if they fits my driving needs. He respects my decisions and I'm very happy to meet him.I am very happy with my new car and my experience at Randy Wise Toyota. My 2 hours roundtrip to Randy Wise Toyota was very much worth it. Amazing team, amazing dealership. The deal that I've agreed on from my initial contact with Alice, through Jamie, and finally Tim was upheld from start to finish. No pressure, no gimmicks, no nonsense.I'll be sure to let my Toyota loyalist family and friends know of my great experience at Randy Wise Toyota, and give them my recommendation.

this was going to be a 1 star but decided to change my opinion after my 3rd visit to the parts department. called and placed an order for some parts for my tundra, went through all the part numbers on the phone and verifying they were all correct (even took my vin number to ensure fitment). said they will call me when they are all in, said it takes maybe 2 or 3 days. few days go by and i call and ask if my parts are in, guy says yes everything is there ( what happened to my phone call?). anyway make the 30 min drive there, walked in the wrong door and asked the sales lady where the parts dept was, she told me and was on my way. as i entered the service/parts garage i walked by many sales/service people and no one asked if i needed help or even a hi. i finally find the parts window and wait to be served. i waited a few minutes and finally got some help. there were multiple boxes i had to carry out and once i signed for the order i made my way out the door somewhat struggling with the 7ft long boxes and yet no ones asked if i needed help carrying them or to hold a door open. now, i start installing the parts on the truck and everything was all correct except the right upper bed protection piece was the wrong length ( i needed double cab 6.5ft and they sent crew cab 5ft length). i called up and said they sent the wrong part i need the correct one, explained everything to the guy. said ok, we will order the other one at no extra charge.......NO EXTRA CHARGE, LOL. charging me for getting the wrong parts, haha, ok.few days go by and yet no phone call, i call and sure enough the part has arrived. so i go make the 30 min trip again to bring the wrong one and get the correct one. now this time once again no one says hello or asks if i need help as i walk in. get to the sales window and see the 2 guys trying to figure out what part they need for a customers car, no big deal i can wait. stand at the window, maybe 10 min goes by, 15 min goes by and no one asked if i been helped or anything( meanwhile 2 guys sitting right behind me and multiple people walking by). at this time another customer walks in behind me. 5 more min goes by, she sits down. finally someone walking by asked if i been helped and i said no, at this point i just want my part so i can leave. finally get the parts guy to get my parts and its wrong!!! not even the same part never less the correct length. he hands me the roof drip molding?? at this point i was just about to say refund me and ill go somewhere else. guy prints off the diagram and i had to show him the part i needed. few days go by again and once again no call to let me know my part is in. go up there now my 3rd trip and finally get the correct part, but best part is, i had people saying hi, asking if i needed help, parts guy at the window helped me out fast and was finally done with this. this would have been a 1 star but after my last trip i guess 2 is ok. customer service really needs work. just glad i dont have to drive up there again and next time ill go to a different dealer if i need anything.

We were shocked when we went looking for a truck at other dealerships, what was offended and the sticker shock. When we got to Randy Wise Toyota, this was only truck on the lot. But that's all it took. A test drive later and then talking with Lee Debolski and before we knew it we bought it. Lee is a straight shooter and everything he said about financing was spot on. Very refreshing. I'll admit, I never thought I'd be in a Toyota. But I look good in this one. Absolutely love my Tundra.

In their lot with a flat tire that needed a plug. Service manager refuses to assist. Why? Not a good look. Won't ever consider Randy Wise in the future for anything.Edit:To respond to this nonsese rebuttal, no you're not a tire shop, but you had the ability to help and chose to leave me out on the there stranded. I never asked for anything free... just some assistance from the full service shop you run, or just be a decent human being....but was told no AFTER asking if my car was a Toyota. Why does that even matter? Not a good look. Like I said, I'll never consider any Randy Wise dealerships for anything in the future.

Lee (sales) and Bailey (finance) worked super hard to pull off an amazing and easy trade in and new lease for me. I went from having a car that was just okay to having a car that I absolutely love, and a payment that I can be comfortable with. I never thought it would be possible but they made it happen and were super friendly the entire time. definitely recommend speaking to Lee if you are in the market for a new Toyota. He s awesome!

One thing: Ask for Jason Butts!I've never had such a good experience at a dealership ever! Jason sat down with me and reviewed all the specifications I was looking for in an SUV, pulled the reports, walked me through and explained in a manner that I could understand. He was always courteous, attentive and engaging. He provided frequent follow ups and answered all my questions. Although I ended up getting a vehicle elsewhere (the one I was most interested in at RW was not yet available and my old car was on its last breath), I am most confident that I would have been happy with the vehicle he supplied and will definitely shop here if I am ever in the car buying market again. We just got back from the Dominican Republic being newly wedded couples.My wife and I agreed to start looking for a new car since we new here car would breakdown eventually and was hoping it to last till early next year.Well.... that didn't go as planned sadly her car broke down earlier than anticipated.We looked into the market for RAV4 XLE since this was the car she's been wanting for years now.As we began our search we did not know how hard it was going to be just to get one. Waiting periods as low as 2 months up to 12 months... maybe even more for some.We called everywhere and same results.Randy Wise offered us a white colored vehicle and we was not aiming for that.As my wife said " anything but white"Jason is a phenomenal employee.He said that he will do his best to see what opens up for us.And within hours someone ghosted the company there was one available for pick up same day.We gathered all the documents as quick as possible and by Thursday we drove 2hrs to purchase this car and we are now proud owners of 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XLEAfter using this vehicle for 1 week she's fallen in love with everything about it and more.Thank you Jason and Randy Wise for having this vehicle in such short notice and saving us that long wait time.

The team at Randy Wise helps me stay on top of routine preventative maintenance, even when I may forget to schedule the next service.Jamie Willis deserves a special mention. My car buying experience was pleasant last month, sales person Jason really helped during the process. While my car buying experience was great but I am very frustrated with Finance team. that's why I am giving 3 stars. First they convinced me to buy Gap insurance by giving option to cancel it within 2 months with full refund. So when I decided to cancel it after 1 week, I tried calling finance team, each time I call lady says nobody is available, it took me 1 week to get in contact and another week to cancel it, and still after 1 week from cancellation refund not applied and there is no estimate date also. Also when I got my finance statement it shows different loan amount from contract, for that also I called to 2-3 times but no resolution.

Finally, a no nonsense, no price-gouging dealership! You will be well-taken care of here and pay the fairest prices. I came very close to buying here but backed out for reasons totally unrelated to the dealer or the wonderful offer I received. I worked with numerous dealers to get what I want and even though I am not buying from Randy Wise I wanted to let others know how well their service stood out in the ruthless auto market of 2023.Jason in particular is who I worked with and he was pleasant, responsive, and very straightforward. He was going to handle an out of state sale and clearly had all the logistics sorted out with titling/registration to make it seamless for me. I was even able to get an MSRP on the most in-demand vehicle out there right now (rav4 hybrid). It was a breath of fresh air to finally speak to an honest dealer in this market and I highly recommend Randy Wise and Jason specifically.

I purchased Toyota tundra on 10-13-2022. My sales personnel Jamie has done excellent job with the sales process, not only did she help me pick out the best truck for my needs. She guided me though the process of purchase and made everything really easy for me. She was professional and really kind which in my opinion is a great aspect of her, thank you again Jamie from my new truck.

it was a Friday 7/21/2023 my appointment is 1 :00 PM I saw service advisor however when I asked her to check coolant reservoir fluid cap there is dry fluid around the cap since last service , she responded you need another appointment ,today is oil change and tire rotation. then I waited for almost 1 hour no up date from any till I have to talk to another advisor, then he came to me after 10 minutes to sign and paid $100 or more for this service. i have my 50, 000 mile service soon , I wonder how long will take for this service based on Toyota standard .

Jamie Willis was awesome! Not only did she get me into my new Rav4 at an awesome deal, but they offered me a pretty generous amount for my trade in. She made everything super easy and was very patient with me when it came to asking questions about all the paperwork. I definitely recommend Randy Wise Toyota for a new car and even just their service department, which has also been phenomenal.

Called for service on my new Toyota Highlander. Service person said the soonest he could schedule me was 30+ days away?! Wow, I know everyplace is crazy busy but that's a bit excessive for just maintenance. I'm glad I didn't buy my vehicle from Grand Blanc Toyota.Updated to 5 stars: Dec 2023. I had wonderful service when I returned months later. I got in within the week. Service was prompt & great, they even washed my car.
