Excellent service. Took my car here to get repaired and Al was very helpful. He was able do the repair in a timely manner and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

I'd love to say they did a great job, but I wouldn't know. The 2 stars are for the 10 min. Of service I did receive, which was fast and friendly. However I needed my car looked at to diagnose the issues and get an estimate to fix it, the man told me it wouldn't be till later in the day because it was 7th in line to be checked and i needed to leave my vehicle. I only have the 1 vehicle, so this was an issue. The man then told me he could put my vehicle in the line up and he'd call me when it was my time so I could come up, I was thrilled this was a great fix for the issue, at 1 p.m. I called to see where I was in line because it was getting late the man on the phone rudely informed me that there were still 2 vehicles in front of me and "THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN IT WAS MY TURN" I was a bit put off but politely said ok thank you I'll be waiting for your call. I never received a call! This was almost a month ago now, and they haven't once reached out to make the call and apologize and reschedule. I found somewhere else to take my business.

Highly recommended! I spoke with Dillian on the phone his professionalism gave me the confidence that this was the right place to go on a Saturday morning to have the truck repaired. Service was outstanding, prices were beyond fair, and work was quality unsurpassed. GREAT Job Dillian.

I ll give 2 stars for friendly customer service, but I genuinely had a bad experience with these guys. Took my car in for a leak, which they told me was a radiator hose, and replaced for $300. It didn t fix the leak. Long story short, it was my water pump and they didn t have the tools to do it. I took it home, ordered a new pump, and replaced it in less than 4 hours with a t25, t30, a handful of common sockets, pliers, and a screwdriver. At the very least, don t bring your car here if it s a german car.

$65 for an inspection of a used car that was being sold down the road. Well worth it because they found over $3k in repairs that the dealer never disclosed. However, Bell Tire charged $42 (she didn t buy the car Muffler Man inspected) and actually waived the charge when they realized it was an 18 yo child s first car that she was buying on her own.They are very thorough; prior to this I also had them work on my son s car.

I had my car repaired by this company and paid over $800 to get it fixed. I just now took it in for the second time after getting it fixed because it has not been done correctly and the problem still exists. I dropped it off at 10 am this morning and they said they would look at it right away and get back with me shortly. It's now three hours later and they are saying it was full when I dropped it off and they don't know when they will get to it.

My car was sputtering on acceleration. My thoughts were that I had an emissions system problem. I took my car in to be looked at when they opened, but they were behind from the previous day. The gentleman behind the counter took my number down and said he would call me when they have a opening...3 hrs. later I got a call to bring my car in. Upon arrival, they got me in quickly to look at the situation and found it wasn't a emissions problem, it was the ignition coil. 45 min later I was on my way with the problem being fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting good service. Thanks guys!!!

A local oil change shop said my steering linkage was messed up???? When Muffler Man inspection was completed, nothing abnormal or in need of repair. These guys are an honest hometown shop. They do good work and fix only what's broken. At times I've found a few other shops in area tend to fix items that weren't needing service.Muffler man gets 5 stars for ethics, integrity and professionalism. Got quoted an estimated amount for a small repair for around $100 on the phone but actually showing up next day was told it would be $200. When the quote was mentioned they honored the quote thank goodness. So does this mean they charge people double? If the quote wouldnt have been given to me they would have gotten $100 more. What kind of bad habits are they trying to support by jacking up prices so high one day & not another! They are making good bank at this shop apparently. Im grateful they honored their quote but how many others are paying much more. They did good job I give them that but the price thing is not ok.

I was impressed with the manner in which they cared for me and my car. Not only did they conduct a thorough inspection and do a good job with the repairs, they gave me a reasonable price for the work preformed. Big shout out to Dylan. great job! Nice people. Fast service. Got my car in and out in a few hours, with a new battery because mine was leaking battery acid! (Only wish it was cheaper, but what isn t pricy these days?) I was happy to have it done and quickly.

I have taken our car to the Grand Blanc Muffler Man on two separate occasions. Each time they were extremely helpful. Dylan went above and beyond all expectations. I highly recommend this location. I try to support local businesses and I am glad to have a place I can trust and count on when it comes to auto repairs.

I brought my own parts for an exhaust repair on my daily driver. They got my car in the shop fast and had it done by the end of my work day. Super convenient and fair price. Friendly staff that are clearly experts in repair.

Dropped my car off overnight and they had it done at the price agreed upon the next day. Super easy to work with and topped off fluids I didn't even know we're low.Employees went out of their way to explain the problem and gave a realistic resolution for the issue. Great work, reasonable price, great turnaround time.

It is never a pleasurable experience taking a car to the mechanics, not as bad as going to the dentist. But out of the mechanics I have dealt with these guys (Al and Todd) are the most knowledgeable and fair thus far. I have never had a bad experience with my vehicle after they have worked on it. They are honest and will let you know what repairs are needed ASAP and what ones can wait. Thank you for the reliable service!

Muffler Man in GB has been a car saver for our family. Their customer service is wonderful and they have been honest with us about what is needed at moment and what can wait. I trust then with our auto repairs and know if they can't do it they'll recommend another trusted business. I had a car that was parked for years that needed exhaust work, when I drove there I found out I now also had a horrible fuel line leak...they worked with me to be able to fix both...& Still have a little money for frivolous thing like food. Also pointed out a couple things I may want to fix at some point without any pressure...I would recommend them

Dylan, exceptional service. I came in thinking that I was going to need front brakes and possibly rotors on my 2013 Hyundai Genesis. He stated that they would assess my vehicle and possibly not be able to service me until Monday or Tuesday because of a parts shortage. He called me back a few hours later to let me know that my vehicle was repaired and the squeaky brakes were no more. I had some rusted hardware and some missing brake clips. I was pleasant surprised when he stated that the cost was $20 and the had cleaned the hardware and greased the parts up. He was honest and fair. I could have walked away possibly getting work done that wasn't needed. I will be back as customer if my vehicle needs work.

Needed an oil change, air filter change, and the reattachment for a loose piece beneath my front fender. Had the car looked at a while back by a Toyota dealership who had pushed for a relatively big fix to my front axle. Took it to this place, and the people were extremely honest and put in the effort to explain why the change wasn't needed. They were incredibly honest and were clearly trying to help people in every way they can. The mechanic, Keith, did an awesome job, too. The price was also extremely reasonable, and walked out only paying $52 for everything mentioned previously, including the necessary parts (including a $21 air filter). [The labor fee was just $16.] Can't recommend this place enough! Will definitely be recommending them to others, and hope everything goes great for them moving forward.
