Purchased a beautiful Mercedes GLA 250 4Matic from here and couldn t be happier. I got the ceramic coating and powder coated rims. Excellent job! Besides the obvious quality and style of this car, is the customer service. I was treated like royalty from the second I first called until now. I will never go anywhere else. Can t wait for my next purchase

I hit a pot hole with my S580 Mercedes and drove to this dealership and was met my Tom. Tom was an amazing service care gentlemen. He took care of me and my family and put a new tire on my car and I was on my way within an hour on a Friday afternoon. Everyone if the staff were great.

Very friendly staff, Tom (service center), was very helpful and polite in addressing my vehicles issue. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the service center itself can be difficult to reach over the phone. Overall a positive experience, keep up the good work guys!

My husband & I truly enjoyed purchasing our AMG53 from Diyar!! He went over and above to communicate, inform us of our options, and make us feel comfortable with the entire process!If you are considering a vehicle purchase, we highly recommend Diyar!!!Also a shout out to Natalie, she took alot of time to educate me on all the extensive features of my beautiful car!! I am not going to blame the dealership on this one. I was on the market for both of our cars to get new leases, Mercedes for Both, I reached out to the sales manager TJ through a good friend to get me some prices, Wich the message was delivered . The first time it was over a month ago and I never heard from the sales manager, no phone call. Not even a courtesy call just to say, I got your message, I am sorry I ve been busy or anything. The second time I reached out again through my friend to give it another shot and see if I get anywhere! I finally got a phone call! The cars that we were interested on were the first time was the EQE 500 electric and GLC 43 AMG and also the GLE SUV, After our phone call I was told from TJ that I will receive a phone call next week Monday or Tuesday to give you some prices. That never happened for either one of the cars the first time I reached out and the second time. I followed a couple of good friends to this dealership from previous relationships from another Mercedes dealership. I started coming to this dealership because of them and got a couple of cars from this dealership. I am really sad to have received this level of respect and customer service from the sales manager TJ. I think I ve been more than fair to give him a shot twice. I have been a loyal customer to Mercedes brand, leasing cars for over 20 years and to this dealership for few years. I live 5 minutes from the dealership at Rochester and made the drive to Mercedes of Grand Blanc because of my good friends. It s unfortunate that they lost both deals.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sheena 3 times over her time in car sales. Every time she has gone above and beyond to ensure we was taken care of. She is knowledgeable about all the different makes and models that she sells. Her willingness to put her clients first is so refreshing in a world where customer service has taken a back seat . If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Sheena as she will make the car buying experience an enjoyable one for you!

We were greeted with a friendly smile. And my wife who is buying the car had many questions that were answered promptly. He did a excellent job all the way around at ensuring that my wife questions were answered. And he made sure that the vehicle was squared away before she ever took possession of it. I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a Mercedes. Also, I can see my wife was very satisfied with the service or professional service that was rendered at this dealership. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking to come and take a look and see for themselves what a warm atmosphere and very friendly smiles. Even the receptionist made a point of coming over and giving her a card. So that if she has any more questions, she can contact them immediately and receive an answer to any questions that she has in the future.

This was my first Mercedes purchase. Being a GM Cadillac girl, I was a little skeptical. When my sales person introduced herself (Sheena), I immediately felt at ease. She was kind, patient, upfront and honest!! I m a happy customer and wouldn t hesitate to refer my friends and family to Mercedes Benz of Grand Blanc. Of course I d tell them to ask for Sheena!! She was great!!

Andrea, Nick, and Chris did a fantastic job with our service needs. They all went over and above to communicate, recommend, and accommodate getting our vehicles in for needed recalls.They will be our first choice for service, and we will shout their praises from the roof tops!If you are needing service, or considering a new vehicle purchase they should be your first call. A culture of "caring for their customers" runs deep in that dealership!

Sheena was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the products and features. The transition from trading my truck in, paperwork and driving away was smooth and painless. Sheena is by far the greatest to work with. My husband and I have bought multiple cars from her. We have since moved across state and still go through her- she is worth the drive back! Sheena is honest, reliable, and gets the job done in a timely fashion. She also really cares about what is important to the buyer. We tell her our needs and wishes- she goes to work- and shortly after we drive away with a far better deal than we ever could have imagined. Sheena stands out in her industry.
