I love the Honda Service center ! They perform all maintenance necessary on my vehicle and are always such a pleasure to work with. I have been getting my SUV serviced here since 2017, ever since the initial purchase and have no complaints. Just today my car battery died and was able to get a replacement in 45 minutes after arrival. They literally fit me in their schedule with no issue, removed my unexpected stress and sent me on my way happy and satisfied. The mechanics and service team are amazing!!!

Was able to follow up with this team and receive multiple levels of support from the sales team, service, and office staff. So grateful to be able to learn more about better decision making and discernment when it comes to maintenance and purchasing a new vehicle. Great experience. Great price.Jerry, are salesman was great. No high pressure, responsive to questions, great on communication and all around nice guy.The price was significantly better than I could find in Seattle. We decided to take the savings fly out to Michigan. See a buddy of mine and drive the car home!Thank you Jerry and Honda of Grand Blanc for a great experience.

We always get great service! This time, even though I had talked to customer relations and set an appointment, it couldn't be found when I arrived. Other than that little glitch everything went great. Ben checked us in and was friendly and professional. My car was ready by Monday mid afternoon even though we requested a few extra checks at drop off. As always a positive experience and this is always my service center of choice!

My wife Sara and I purchased the new 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition yesterday. I was extremely impressed with Drew and the sales process at Honda of Grand Blanc. I'm always prepared to look over the invoice of a car for extra fees. Al Serra doesn't have all these extra fees for this and that. They have a Doc Fee like everyone else, but that's about it outside of the taxes, title, and license plate fees.The other thing I was happy about is that I had a damaged 2013 Honda Pilot from the hail storm this past summer. They gave me a fair trade in offer, so I took it and applied it to purchasing a 10 year / 150k mile warranty. I will be purchasing all my cars at Al Serra from now on. I can't say enough good things about Drew and Honda of Grand Blanc. They hit a home run!

First time buying a car and it went incredibly smoothly. I worked with Dale and he provided great service. I would 100% recommend going to this dealership. Simple, no pressure, and great service. I ll be going back for a future vehicle and have already recommended them to family and friends.

It was fast and convenient . While waiting for my car maintenance , I was able to hangout at the lobby , have a drink at their espresso machine and they also have vending machines with food . Also they did a great job with showing me how much I will be paying before they start work than when after work with my car .

My old truck was getting rusty and it was really time for an upgrade, but I kept putting it off because I dread going to a dealership. I visited this dealership last week with my mom to check out a car she liked there. Chris helped my mom and made the whole process easy and stress free. No pressure or upselling that I have experienced at other dealerships. After seeing how great that experience was, I finally got a replacement truck with Chris's help. I feel like words cannot express how happy I am with the whole buying experience. Thank you so much!

We had an issue with vibration in our tires only days before we were leaving on a road trip. The service shop manager and technician diagnosed the problem quickly and remedied in less than an hour. The Honda Grand Blanc is an excellent place to do business. Highly recommended.

Dale went above and beyond to make sure that I made the right purchase when it came to the best vehicle for me. He spent time educating on each make/model/year. Dale and the finance team made sure that I was taken care of and happy with my decision. They are all professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

We were just buying something cheap after our daughter totaled our Town & Country. We went here after a not so great experience at Simms in Clio. I have to say, Mark was so amazing! And we told him so. Salespeople do not need to be pushy or anything. He is absolutely not! He just wanted us to be happy with what we chose. And we are. We decided that we will try to buy all our vehicles with him. And if others are like Mark here at Honda of Grand Blanc, I would go to them if he was not available. It was a great experience from start to finish.

My salesman was Sean McDermott. He was awesome and brought me several used vehicles to test drive. I found one that was in pristine condition with low mileage! He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. I am very happy with my purchase, Al Serra and Shawn!

Found the issue that caused my car to act weird and have all the signals lit up. Fixed my car within couple of hours! Josh was very communicative and informative. Great job, Honda! I am extremely satisfied with the service.

Absolutely hassle-free experience! Colin was easy to work with and listened to my requests. The dealership's partnership with Genisys Credit Union meant when I was ready to pick up the car I was able to sign all my papers right there! No extra trip to the bank or secretary of state. Best of all, the price was what they quoted (no tricks!), the additional products they offered were explained well, and they respected my choices regarding which coverages would (or wouldn't) work best for me.I was really hesitant to buy again from a dealer after bad experiences with pushy sales teams, unnecessary add ons, and a bottom line always more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find the smooth and easy experience I was looking for at Al Serra. Highly recommend!

We had a very unfortunate experience where we were visiting the area only for the weekend and our Check Emission System light (and eventually all other warning lights) came on. After researching, we determined we should no longer drive the car. We did research and determined Honda of Grand Blanc was the closest dealer. So we had it towed there on Sunday afternoon with no appointment. We had to stay in the area an extra night. Our car was assigned to Josh as our service rep. After a few calls to him on Monday morning, he was able to get the car in for a diagnosis by 9:30 am. Unfortunately they determined it was an internal engine problem with a connecting rod. This led to needing the engine replaced. Josh did research for us and found both a used option and new one for us to choose from. He got the engine overnighted and they started on it on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. We drove back to the area on Friday and picked up the car and it s been running great. It was great working with Josh. He was sympathetic to our situation, worked options as quick as he could, communicated a lot, and had everything ready when he said he would. If I were in the area, I d definitely recommend working with him and the service department again.

Me and my wife just bought her first brand new car here, one of the new Honda HR-V. We knew what we wanted already when we walked in, but the sales man was very understanding of that. He didn't make us feel stupid or pressured us for a different more expensive car. He just did exactly what we ask of him and treated us with the utmost respect.It only took about and hour to get everything squared away and us driving away in a brand new car. Highly recommend this lot for any Honda you are looking for.

Earned my Business for many years to come !! Had a check engine light come on that turned into a rabbit hole. Most dealerships would have charged the customer hundreds and in this case thousands of dollars. This dealerships service manager (Joe) and service tech Matt explained everything in detail with great communication. They were not only fair but extremely generous on fixing our car and getting the issues corrected. I never would have imagined a car dealership would be so thoughtful, levelheaded and just down to earth to help someone. 100% recommend anyone looking for a fair handshake and not to be taken advantage of to take your vehicle Into this service department.

It was very timely and the work done was worth it, had a small hiccup with the initial scheduling because one of the desk ladies didn t have the proper information and was rude. But the service manager was splendid and took care of me.
