Normally we have no issues with anyone or anything here. But this specific situation from 2 years ago just seemed very unnecessarily drawn out. Unsure of what their process is or how many techs they have, but, turned in our vehicle a week ago for service and all loaners were out to other people. Called today and we're next in line finally, but, loaners are still out?? This is ridiculous! Got a lot full of cars!

Got oil change here first time was quick ,cozy waiting rm with free refreshments TV. Even mention a discount I wasn't aware of to give me a better deal . Def will be back. Thank you.

After having mediocre service from other dealerships, I purchased my Pathfinder at Grand Blanc. The service department has gone above and beyond expectations. My car is never going anywhere else.

Went there to pick up a Nissan for my job walked in a guy came out and took me to service Department the girl there set me up signed gave me keys and I was gone everyone was very helpful Ty all .
