I just bought a vehicle with Mike K. and I want to take a moment to share how impressed I am with his service. You hear many promises in the sales world, but Mike truly abides by sincere service, above and beyond accommodations, honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing for the customer. I had a great interaction with Aaron W. as well; He was kind, helpful, professional, friendly and very attentive. Thank you!Even after sale, Mike took ownership to ensure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and truly went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle is safe and in the best possible conditions. I was not expecting this much care for a dealership, I am greatly appreciative of their work. I am honored to have worked with Mike. He uplifts the dealership to a great reputation and I would go back to him for my next vehicle.

We walked in stressed, needing a car asap, and so worried it would be a usually rough time to get through...but we left with smiles on our faces and actually had fun buying a new to us car! Huge shout out to Aaron for making this process the easiest and most stress free process! Seriously! He was awesome! Not your typical pushy, rude, mean salesman. He was patient and kind and was so nice when answering all of the millions of questions we asked. Made sure to listen to our wants and needs and helped find exactly what we wanted! We walked out there so happy and relieved. We met a few other people, and the genuine nice vibe everyone was giving was just awesome. I sadly don't remember the paper work guy's name, but he was great too!! We will be back in the future!

I ve been going to a complete nightmare with Grand Blanc Nissan dealership since February. I took my car for service and informed my transmission is going out and i m totally covered and they are immediately ordering the parts by Emily Block. After making visits, leaving multiples messages, and informed to keep bringing my vehicle up, they can keep testing it for some reason, I was still getting no answer and hearing some new order that doesn't exist. Emily told me this time that it s still in order and wouldn t give me an order number and stated it will now be two months. I've been leaving messages to the Business Development Manager and I never get a call back. I feel like I'm getting the total run around.

I highly recommend WILLIAM BRANDON for your car shopping experience. Not pushy, very respectable. If every car salesmen was as patient and easy going as William is, there would be a much more positive look at the industry.Did not once force anything on me, which ultimately led to me deciding make a decision on a purchase.

If you are anything like me and hate stepping foot into dealerships because of aggressive and pushy salesmen - then I HIGHLY recommend requesting William Brandon! He made the whole process enjoyable and will not waste your time. We entered the dealership with a truck in mind but genuinely would not have purchased if it wasn t for William. Truly an honest salesman with everyone s best interest in mind.

Our Armada broke down as we were traveling through the area. We had it towed to the dealership and the service manager communicated with us the entire time. We knew what was happening and why, were give a fair price and worked to help us out when we were in a pinch. The friendly service was appreciated in the stressful time. Thank you!

EDIT: Updated to 1 stars. While Grand Blanc has done what they can. The truck they sold me has quality issues and Nissan NA is refusing to resolve the multiple issues I have with me 2 months old Nissan Titan. For this reason I reduced the rating to 1 stars to more so reflect buyers do not buy Nissan they have quality problems and don't stand by their products or support customers. While unfair to Grand Blanc the entire experience has been unfair to me as the consumer. Paying so much for a vehicle and to have a truck with issues and Nissan actively telling Nissan of Grand Blanc to no longer support warranty claims on a 2 month old truck.Outstanding service. Everyone me was very personable and nice with no pressure. Would highly recommend overall. Also appreciated that they engaged and seemed interested in me being there. Dealers recently had been disinterested in talking to customers. Grand Blanc was the opposite and very awesome.

I have purchased my 5th Nissan from Grand Blanc Nissan. I have always had a very pleasurable sales experience and received great deals. My sales consultant Christopher Wright makes the sales process easy and simple. He respects the customers time and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service during and most importantly, after the sale. This is definitely the guy you need to come see here at Grand Blanc Nissan!! He does not only want to sale you one vehicle, but your family and friends and build a very respectable, transparent relationship. The General manager Mike Kelly is exceptional as well. Providing hassle free deals. It s definitely a family atmosphere at Grand Blanc Nissan thanks to Mike Kelly. I have and will continue to refer all of my family and friends to Christopher Wright and Grand Blanc Nissan!!!

Chris is who helped me get a car he was awesome however my transmission went out. I wanted Nissan to fix it, a lady name Tracey who work in service is horrible . She talk to fast and she s very rude. Me and her was going back and fourth about my transmission : Instead of her listening she wanted to talk over me so we was going back and forth until i ended the call. That s not how you treat your customers . They need to fire Tracey she is horrible.!

Customer service is a HUGE problem. I called the service department, multiple times, and nobody returned my phone calls. My car sat there for 4 weeks. I understand the need to to wait on service parts to arrive. I work in automotive as a tier 1 supplier specifically in the service sector for multiple customers. I know it can take a long time to get service parts in. I was not angry over that. Week 3, I was called on a Tuesday morning and told that the parts arrived. I was told it would take a couple of days to get the work done. I expected it done by Friday. No phone call at all with an update. I called first thing Saturday morning, and again left a message, and again no phone call. By this point I had been without my car for 4 weeks. The lady I was working with was on vacation, the following week, and did finally text me on a Monday (week 4) to let me know she was on vacay and to get ahold of someone else. Ok, I call Todd on two different occasions and he never called me back. So I called the main line and asked if he was working and indeed he was. I then asked to be transferred to a higher manger and was sent to David. I then left a message for David and he too has NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. One of the other ladies overheard my phone call with the main desk receptionist and she took it upon herself to find my paperwork and find out what was going on with my vehicle. She reached out to me to give me an update. Unacceptable and inexcusable to allow your customer to go weeks without their vehicle; no offer of a rental; no return phone calls from anyone in charge. I am disgusted by the lack of respect and lack of care and concern. Per your website, "Our primary concern is the satisfaction of our customers. Once you do business here, you are no longer a customer; you are part of our growing family." Well if this is your idea of family, I want a divorce! The only reason I will be returning is because I purchased my vehicle there and your extended warranty. Outside of that, I have absolutely no desire to purchase from you in the future nor will I ever recommend anyone to shop from there. I will direct people away from Grand Blanc Nissan and advise them to find another Nissan dealership to investigate. You really need to take the time to train your people on what customer service looks like and what it feels like.

Working with & purchasing a Rogue from Grand Blanc Nissan was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Myles was very personable & his knowledge of the product was fantastic. He went that extra mile to help me.Tony was very helpful in working out a payment that was in my budget. I felt no pressure from either one of these gentlemen. I was very comfortable during the entire process.The G.M., Mike, even made a point to come sit with me, to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. My vehicle just came off the truck, so I could not drive it home (needed all point inspection 1st). For this reason, Mike gave me a vehicle to drive home. When my Rogue was ready, Myles personally delivered it to my home. Service was impeccable. I cannot give Grand Blanc Nissan enough praises. Highly, highly recommend. I am a customer for life! Thank you gentlemen!

Do not bring your vehicle to these people. They don't answer the phone in the service department, they do not return your phone calls until you post on social media that they are not calling you back, and then they don't even fix the issue that you took your vehicle there to have diagnosed and repaired, and then you end up stranded in a parking lot like I did. If I could give no stars I would.

Since quite long we were looking for good deal and good car for our personal use and visited many dealership for the same. However, at the last moment things did not workout and we had to rolled back, it was quite frustrating and slowly we started to loose our patience. Then the day arrived when I personally called Grand Blanc Nissan of Grand Blanc Michigan to enquire about One Nissan Rogue 2021 Model and again our bad luck came in between and car was just sold 5 mins ago before my call. I remember, sales person was Patrick Jhonson, he tried to cheer me up and asked me not to loose hopes, he understood my requirements and after a couple of months he called me back for scheduling an appointment to check another Nissan Rogue SV AWD which was there in his inventory. I visited dealership with my wife and 2-3 friends to check car and take test drive, we bombarded Patrick with multiple questions and queries, If I would have been in his shoes, I definitely would have got frustrated. But, hats off to Patrick, he answered each and every question with his smiling face and in a positive manner. He did not try to hide anything from us and finally we purchased Nissan Rogue SV AWD 2020 model from Grand Blanc Nissan of Grand Blanc Michigan. Thanks to dealership and especially to Patrick Jhonson for offering us such a nice car.

DO NOT BRING YOUR NISSAN HERE. This was my first time using Grand Blanc Nissan. It took them 3 weeks to diagnose and replace an alternator (under warranty) and a battery (that they quoted me $440 for). My car is a 2018 and under 60k miles. The length of time it took them to complete the task was explained by a shortage of techs due to hunting season and I was offered no discount and no loaner vehicle. I finally received my car back this past Monday, 11/27. Took it to an important appointment Tuesday (an hour away) and nearly did not make it home due to the same issue I had it towed in for 3 weeks ago. When I called to speak to someone regarding this issue during service hours (4:30pm yesterday), the service department did not answer after 2 attempts and I was forced to leave a detailed message with no return call by closing time at 6pm yesterday. They seemed very interested in me leaving a review for the company on Monday after I received my car back, but not super interested in hearing from me after my car nearly broke down less than 24 hours from it being released. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE.

I had the best experience purchasing a car at Grand Blanc Nissan recently. Everyone from Cal, Mike, Brandon, Teresa, and in particular Trayan, made it a wonderful experience. Trayan listened so carefully and played close attention to detail. He also really understands the car market well and all that goes into a car purchase. I really appreciate the treatment I received and would like to highly recommend them to all!

Fast , friendly first time here was told if additional dig. Coupon by the women on the phone making a appt. Giving me a better deal . Thank you!!Price for my 2019 Silverado with extra quart. Out the door 76.00 range not bad service was fantastic. Wait rm: tv, refreshment table free spaced out nice . Close to 75 easy on & off . Def be back . Sat ,I was in & out 30 mins

The worst for service!! I have been stuck without a car for a week because the service advisor won t even order the part I need. Emily Block said she ordered it but after waiting for it I called Nissan Consumer Affairs they said she never tried to order it. Plus it s on back order so there are Many people with cars sitting that are not safe to drive. They knew I needed this part months ago and they were supposed to have ordered it then. Nobody knows what happened to that. But to be lied to over and over is unacceptable.
