Unfortunately, I no longer patron this dealer after a terrible experience with service.I took my BMW here religiously for every oil change. During my last visit I was informed that the drain plug was stripped and leaking oil. They told me I must have taken it somewhere else to have the oil changed, which I hadn't. They quoted me for a whole new oil pan as a fix ($$$$)The funny thing is, I park in the same spot in my garage every day and never had an oil spot on the garage floor before this day. I asked to look over my oil change records with them to prove I had all of my maintenance done with them to which their reply was, "this doesn't tell us you have not been somewhere else in between visits".Come to find out, there are a few options for when a drain plug is stripped and this dealership only offered me the most expensive one.Their dishonesty cost them a loyal customer.

This was a bad experience for me. First time here for an oil change. Change the oil and get the car. The car was found to have been scratched. No apology from any staff. Just want them to know now. Take care of your customers' cars while you're at work

Just recently purchased a new BMW x3 from this dealership with the help of Andrew Krueger. He was friendly, kind, efficient and made the entire process an easy and positive experience. Andrew listened to everything we said and gave us all our options without making it difficult or confusing. Attention to detail, amazing customer care makes this dealership a winner. I bought my first BMW from Diyar last June. He is a very kind, thorough, trustworthy person. He made the transaction very easy ..but this man went above and beyond 4 months later. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. Chris in the service department and Diyar helped take care of everything, including with the insurance. They made a difficult situation as smooth as possible. They not only have my trust they have my loyalty. This place is amazing with employees like Diyar and Chris. Thank you for all your help.

The buying of my used 2020 BMW was a good one for the most part, or so I thought. They do the normal "I am giving a great deal" as its a dealership and that is to be expected. However, things really went sideways once I left the dealership. I bought my car and signed the preowned paperwork agreeing to what it had on it. This was not my first time buying a car and I understood the process and read what I was signing. One of the things I did NOT pick up on there was that it said it got tires in the January before my May purchase. What I did not think to check was if the tires A. had dry rot or B. if they were actually new or if they were actually 3 years old and just had not been used. This came full circle to my finding out because one of the two dry rot tires blew when I was on a major highway with a member of work with me. This tire blowing because of the dry rot caused my car to spin out nearly causing major bodily harm to myself and my passenger. Quite honestly I do not know how I avoided major injury. I then brought my car to the BMW in the current state that I live in to get service done and they informed me of my other dry rot tire that was installed the same time as the one that was installed. They informed me of the manufacture date on the tire and how I can check that with the preowned paperwork I had. They also went as far to say that they would have my back in proceeding with bringing this up with Grand Blanc BMW as "this was not an ok condition to sell a car in" . All in all I just wanted Grand Blanc to own up to its mistake and at the very least make the slightest attempt to make it right. Instead, I was met with "I am sorry your tire blew" like it was not something that was completely avoidable. Now I have to take time and money that I do not have to replace all the things that they deemed safe to operate as was as seeking the legal avenues that my attorney has presented me with should I decide to go that route. Honestly, I do not write negative reviews often. However, this legit could have killed me and hurt god knows how many other people on the highway that day. I waited over a month for a good faith effort by them to make some effort. They choose not to and choose to try and pass the blame and now here we are. IF YOU ARE BUYING A CAR HERE, THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE, THEY ARE PLEASANT TO TALK WITH, AND I AM SURE THERE WAS NOT ILL INTENT TO CAUSE INJURY OR BODILY HARM. HOWEVER, IT DOES APPEAR THEY WILL TRY TO SKIM CORNERS TO SAVE A BUCK SO I WOULD SAY WHEN YOU BUY FROM HERE, MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE AND TRIPPLE CHECK THE WORDING OF EVERYTHING THAT THEY SAY. I WOULD HATE FOR WORSE TO HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THAT IS WHY I FINALLY DECIDED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

Awesome place to buy a BMW. The manager TJ Slivka has a great sales team and always makes sure you re well taken care of. Not feeling pressured to buy a vehicle when I m in there makes me feel comfortable. Just know youre in good hands and ask for Andrew Krueger, he is the best.

Dean Lakey was absolutely great to work at Grand Blanc Motors. My number one comment about this auto dealer ship would be that the entire staff provided me with a high level of professionalism through out the whole process of ordering my vehicle directly from the factory to the point when it arrived at the beginning of May 2017. Awesome Customer Service.

Customer service there has really gone downhill. Ever since Randy Wise bought it the service has been terrible. Calls to schedule service go unanswered and they don t return phone calls. Been getting my BMW s serviced there for over 15 years. Will be looking to go elsewhere.
