I don t lease vehicles so I have to take care of what I own. I ve brought my vehicle to this location for many years now and have received exceptional service. Everything from wheel work, brakes, tires, alignments, oil changes, suspension work, and more. I never have to wait too long and the technicians are honest and upfront about the service. Ashley is great up front and the techs are always exceeding my expectations back in the garage.10/10 I do recommend this location. I ve tried other belle tire locations and they just didn t come close to the service I receive at the Grand Blanc location.

Took my dart in for an oil change and rotate. First off $90 oil change is ridiculous. Second and more importantly, they took my caps off where my drain plug and oil filter is...but didn't put them back on because the "bolts were bad." Didn't even let me know they were off, had to go back and pick them up, and they didn't give me the bolts to try and match the size. Had to go to the dealership and spend more money versus matching the size at a hardware store. Hopefully other belle tire locations are better.

When it comes to flat tires, RA is not your friend. Ashley was great on the phone and at the counter. Keith helped more than he knows getting the flat out of the back of my SUV, fixing it, putting it back on, and putting the donut storage compartment back together once I returned to the store. The entire staff is very polite, professional, and generally just nice to do business with.

New tires today. Had a 4:00 appointment but my day fell apart & I called to see if I could come in early. They said absolutely & they got me in & out pretty quick. They asked if I wanted an alignment if they felt it was out of line but said I didn't need it! WHAT! Very awesome. They told that my percentage "out of alignment was miniscule so they said there was no sense in charging me the extra bucks". You just do not hear of this! Very impressed!

I had a tire patched here once. They were tires that came with a used vehicle I had purchased, they were not from Belle Tire. It was quick and so nice and they told me it was free. "Free??" I asked. "Yes, free. Just come back and see us when you need new tires". So that's what I did. I had my tires replaced today. I made an appointment online and chose my tires. Check in was simple. It took about an hour to have my tires replaced and an alignment done while I sat in a comfortable chair and watched tv. I love my tires and the assistant manager Ashley was very kind. I will recommend Belle Tire, but specifically this location, to anyone for anything. Great experience.

horrible and I mean HORRIBLE service and how they treat customers, I'm leaving here to go elsewhere right now, just watched the tech also take off plastic hubcaps nuts with a impact bunch of lazy people. UPDATE after I left there I went to another place got what I wanted done without any TalkBack or hassle and even gotten more work done already paid for, you guys just lost out on $1,600 worth of work. Hopefully somebody higher up sees this and get some real employees in there people that they don't talk back and actually want to do their job not give a hundred reasons why they can't do it or don't want to do it

Great customer service. Called earlier that day in need of a couple of tires, told them what time I'd be in the area.Tires were waiting for me. In and out in less than an hour.

Definitely recommend! Great service, great atmosphere, great people! Huge shout out to store manager Andy! He has helped me so much in the last couple of years with two of my vehicles. Always patient, always kind, always great!

My truck was vandalized while there. Also, they rotated my tires without resetting the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). I called corporate to request the security video and no response!!! Third time I had problems with belle tire at three different stores. I will never return!!!

I had an appointment at 1:00pm last Thursday, and when I got there, they told it could be up to a 2 hour wait. So I made an appointment for 8:00am this morning (when they open) and when I got there they said it could be an hour or more. I asked what is the point of making an appointment? Straight from Dan's mouth "An appointment is not a time guarantee". That should be in bold letters as their motto. I will never buy tires from them again. At some point most of their customers that have spent money on tires are going to need a tire rotation. A company that does not also honor those customers that have already spent money on their tires, is going to lose business. Money before customer service is never a good business plan for keeping customers coming back. They need to find a way to do both.

Been buying tires here since they opened. Service has always been great. This time I got 4 tires on my wife s 2016 Buick. Two of the tires still have the old valve stems. These two tires kept loosing air. I left it overnight agin to get fixed. I got it back with the same old valve stems. They said the tires were leaking around the rim, so they cleaned the mounting surface. Now it s 2 weeks later ,and I m on vacation in the UP, and the low tire pressure light came on for one of the same tires. Now I have to take it back and leave it overnight again for a third time. I paid for 4 tires and 4 valve stems. This must be why they re so busy now, doing the same job 3 times.Update 1 year later: Took my truck in to have a puncture repaired and rotate the tires. Dropped it off and went to pick it up 3 hours later. They said they repaired the puncture and rotated the tires. I looked at it and there was a circle drawn on the tire where they repaired it, but they didn t rotate the tires. Then I had to wait for them to rotate them. If you go here double check the work performed, because they re not doing the work they say they are.

Won't be returning to this Belle tire. Took my RAM 1500 in for a brake system fault. They said they couldn't find anything. They said I had a crack boot on my axle, so I got that fixed. First time on the highway my truck starts shaking violently. Then the brake fault comes back and now an engine light. Also took my VW Passat in and had a "full" inspection done, rear brakes and apparently this one also had a cracked boot on the axle. $1600 later my car is returned with low tire pressure. How does a car get repaired at a tire shop with a full inspection and no one noticed the tire pressure sensor on? I've been a customer at other Belle Tires for over 25yrs, I've never been disappointed or felt ripped off, or that I couldn't trust them to be honest and do a good job. I definitely would recommend a different Belle Tire, this one is seriously sketchy and their attention to detail is horrible. Like seriously couldn't even put air in a tire!!

Took our car in to get two new tires that were pre purchased online beforehand. Took them 2.5 hours to get it done even with an appointment. Told that they would do an alignment check and that it would take over an hour... why not do it when the car was already hoisted up in the shop? Another hour and a half later, still waiting on them to take it back into the bay. Decided to just skip the check and left. Either way, this place is a good place to waste time at.

Andy Tamm & Mike made sure my car was taken care of in a timely fashion. Got a same day appointment and they went out of their way to check exhaust issue I was concerned about too. Glad I went to Grand Blanc Belle Tire for new tires! service is top notch!

I've been a loyal customer to Belle Tire for years, but that has ended as of today. Belle Tire tried to charge me over $400 for a muffler that I didn't need to fix a problem they created 2 years ago when they replaced my entire exhaust system.Backstory: I had my complete exhaust system replaced by Belle Tire 2 years ago. From day one after the repairs, my muffler was rattling. I immediately took it back to Belle Tire, and they made up some excuse about after-market parts not being an exact fit as the cause for the rattling. They made some adjustments, and the rattling stopped. It's been good for 2 years until I ran over a pothole, and the rattling re-emerged.I took my car to Belle Tire yesterday and was told that the muffler was bent into the frame, and I needed a new muffler. I had a hard time believing the damage was as they claimed, so I inspected the muffler afterward and couldn't find any damage at all.This morning, I took my car to Muffler Man in Clio for a second opinion. As I suspected, there was no damage. Whatever the pothole did, it only undid Belle Tire's shoddy fix for a problem they created by not properly installing the muffler in the first place. Turned out that the front hanger needed to be moved further away from the muffler to prevent it from knocking against the hanger. Muffler Man fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged me $30. Belle Tire was going to charge me $414.51 for a new muffler I didn't need. They've lost a customer, and I'm halfway tempted to report them for fraud.

Exceptional service. Fixed my punctured tire quickly and everyone was so nice!! This is the second time I have used Belle Tire and I will continue to go back. They are honest and do great work!

You hear a clamoring coming from the back tire And it is then you're night is about to become a lot longer. Luckily, when you wake Matt from belle tire will be there. Had oil changes, flat tire repair done here. Representative was prompt and kept me informed on timeline when vehicle will get done. Staff are friendly. Waiting area is clean. Stopped by today to schedule oil change for tomorrow and snap a photo of Old Glory.

Every location I ve been to especially this one is very anti customer when it comes to doing an Uber inspection. The story is usually leave it gonna be a long time, got only one mechanic, ones on vacation, etc. We get it you guys don t like doing inspections, because you want to sell tires and more. Codifying people as a nuisance to their business is also the same people that recommend your business to others and also buy tires. This is a cultural problem with belle tire and should be evaluated on a corporate level. Too busy for customers is not a winning recipe in the long run.

Use to be a loyal discount tire customer. The last couple of times I've bought tires here at Belle tire. These new tires are awesome I love my Camaro but needed tires that didn't hurt every time I hit a bump. Thank you guys for a job well done

I ve never had a great experience here but today was icing on the cake. I had an appointment for glass repair. After waiting 3-5 mins in line, Dan asked if he could help me. As I approached the counter, he walked away and helped someone else! Once he returned and took my keys he said he would see where they were with other jobs. I referenced having an appointment but he informed me that only puts you next in line. If they re already behind it could be quite a bit longer than the time you were provided when scheduling. While waiting, Ashley and Ryan went to a side room to eat lunch but the waiting area could still very much hear their conversation. Just what every customer wants to hear is F-Bombs being thrown around by each of them. I ll find some place else next time even if it s inconvenient.
