Amy, Brandon, and the rest of the crew were so nice and professional! There were some mistakes made the first time my vehicle was repaired. The manager got back with me immediately and was so kind and understanding. They immediately got my vehicle back in and fixed the mistakes quickly. It's as good as new! I appreciate a business like this!

Very disappointed with the estimated completion time for my vehicles repair. I was involved in a minor accident and my insurance company recommended this business. Once repair approved, a check issued by my insurance company, and I found myself "stuck' with this business. At the time of scheduling repair and also when dropping the vehicle off for repaires, I inquired on approximate completion time for vehicle repairs and was advised consistently, 'a couple weeks'. I was surprised because the pricing estimate (provided to my insurance company) detailed less than 40 hours of labor involved for the entire repair. When a vehicle is scheduled for repairs, that vehicle should be serviced/repaired once dropped off. I had the expense of a rental car fee during this time. I recommend using a business that can provide a reasonable and more accurate 'estimated completion date'. They are the professionals and as a business should be able to coordinate/calculate the incoming work load to staffing for job completion. I try to support small, local businesses in my community, however I cannot recommend this business.Services: Body & Trim, Auto insurance

Took my truck in to get the windshield/roof repaired after eating a sheet of ice. 4 months 3 windows and it finally doesn't leak anymore.... Now my interior trim has all sorts of new cracks! Not an awesome experience but the people are friendly.

A simple 4 day job took 2 weeks. They were annoyed by my wife and I calling to ask if my truck was done yet. Why have good customer service or care about your customers when insurance is paying for it! To top it off, when I finally got my truck back and left, I looked into my rear view mirror to see a sticker that was supposed to be on my windshield. This probably wouldn t have bothered me too much but I watched an employee back my truck out of their shop when I arrived to pick it up. The detail my insurance company said would be done for using a preferred vendor was shameful. Can not recommend to anyone!

They replaced the fender and everything needed to make the turn signal which had gotten smashed by the deer. It made the van look beautiful and brand new even though it's a 1997. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they detail clean the inside of my full size van also. They did a very nice job and gave great service. I really enjoyed the emails that kept me informed everyday about how they were coming with the repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I had to have my fusion repaired after hitting a deer. They were recommended by a friend. I am so thankful for the staff here. Not only did they do an awesome job repairing my car, Scott and another guy was a great help in some other issues also. Thank you all so much! Had to have my car repaired after a deer hit it. The damage wasn't super bad, but it would still need fixing. The guys here got me an estimate the same day of the accident and though there was a bit of a wait due to parts, as soon as they were able to get me in, they called me. The process was very smooth from beginning to end and they gave me progress updates throughout. The work they did was great and the car looks as good as new!Would definitely go to Auto Pride for any future work, and recommend them to someone looking for a repair shop.

We've used them many times in the past decade. They do outstanding work. The people that work there are courteous and the pricing seems fair. We recently had work done after a minor hit by someone in a parking lot. They fixed our car fast and even washed and cleaned our vehicle inside and out.What a cool surprise.Service: Body & Trim

Very pleased with Auto Pride. Both Jason and Chris were friendly and knowledgeable. The repair completed was well done, timely and reasonably priced. It was a minor repair. They ordered the parts, scheduled a convenient time for the repair, offered a shuttle ride home . I asked about other body work on my second car . Chris was very helpful - did not try to over sale them doing the work. Auto Pride is definitely the first place I would go if I needed body work.

The whole process was very smooth. No one likes to get their vehicle repaired, but these guys did a fine job making a bad situation, Good again. I would give Auto Pride Collision of Grand Blanc a 10 star rating. I took my Trax there after an accident. Surprisingly, it took only 2 days to repair it. When I missed my pickup time, they offered and returned my car to me. This was really appreciated! To my surprise, they detailed the inside of my car too! Many thanks to Jason and Chris for their extra efforts, hard work and exceptional customer service!! I highly recommend them.

They did a great job! You'd never know that a deer hit me. They kept me advised of the job on a daily basis. I received car my 11 days earlier than projected. Car was cleaned inside and out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; Chris and Ron were able to identify all damage to my truck; drop off, work and pickup after the work were all right on schedule; inspection and advice on an unrelated vehicle matter was readily offered and right on target. These guys are absolutely amazing. They quoted me about $500 less than the other two places I called, so I was a bit worried at first that the service wouldn't be as good. After talking to my boss, he mentioned their trustworthiness, and so I decided I would give it a shot.Not only did they stay exactly on part with their quote, they got my vehicle repaired in a little over four days, which was phenomenal considering they quoted 6 days.When I got the vehicle back, I was pleased to see that the entire front end looked brand new; as well as the interior which they had seemingly detailed.Thank you again guys, I will continue to suggest you to anybody who needs auto body repair.

I was in for a mirror repair on a 21 Escalade. Jayson located a part in Chicago for me and this is not an easy vehicle to get parts on as it's not even in the database yet. He got the part on Tuesday and had it installed and touched up the paint (MUCH APPRECIATED) and back to me on Tuesday at lunch. Amazing turnaround time. I expected at least a day. The quality is great. I've leaned the hard way to use Auto Pride over my dealership. I have zero complaints and many thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will only ever go to this place from now on. They have excellent customer service along with amazing repair men to get the job done right the first time in a timely fashion. They ve worked on 2 of my vehicles and I was nothing short of impressed! From major to minor accidents (I ve experienced both) they ve got your back!

Stopped by for an estimate on fixing a large dent in my Enclave. Guy I talked to said the metal was "stretched" and they would need a new panel and paint matching etc. Gave me a quote of over 1500 bucks. I went on Youtube and watched a couple videos. I went to Home Depot and bought a 6 dollar suction cup and pulled the large dent out myself. Would not recommend this business based on the bs they gave me.

Best collision shop in Grand Blanc! Ron is great, customer service is perfect, knowledgeable, great work, works well with my insurance, can't say enough good things about Ron or Auto Pride.
