Very easy and zero pressure. I thought I knew what I wanted for a vehicle. Steve helped me test drive that, then suggested a vehicle that I didn't even know about but was exactly what I wanted. So he did a great job of listening to my requirements and helping me find the perfect vehicle for me and my lifestyle. I am incredibly grateful.

Chris made the car buying process super easy. He listened to what are needs in a vehicle were and made sure to advise us on anything he thought we may not have thought about. Chris went above and beyond and he followed up with all our questions/concerns very quickly. I would highly recommend working with Chris Salter if you are looking for a vehicle.

Dealt with Jennifer Ogden. She was extremely helpful. We were looking at buying a vehicle from a distance - over 4 hour drive. She allowed for the vehicle to be inspected at a shop down the street from the dealership called Mufflerman. I was satisfied with their service as well, reasonably priced and appeared to be thorough. I would recommend this dealership based on my experience with Jennifer. Thank you

Brooke was absolutely phenomenal. We have been working with her for over two months, in trying to find a trax for my daughter. She kept us updated with pricing and availability. Coming in on the day of purchase the process went smoothly. She handled all the paperwork and questions asked with financing. I would recommend her to family and friends.

This was absolutely the best car purchasing experience ever. Chris made it absolutely stressless when we ran into a few bumps with my bank they fixed it absolutely quickly and professionally had the car the same day cannot say enough about them would never buy a car anywhere else if I could give them 10 stars I would, and I think them all for the absolute Phenomenal buying experience. After my 2019 Malibu died, I had to have it towed to the dealership.When I searched for dealerships near me, Al Serra was the closest. When I called, they gave me the phone number of the tow company they use. I was happy it was only $80I've had to have other vehicles towed before that were $100-$150When I bought my car, I purchased the extended warranty. I was so happy that after they ran the diagnostic, they called and said it was just a dead battery, my warranty covered parts, labor, and my deductible was only $100I would recommend them to my friends, family and anyone looking for recommendations for a dealership.

This is the second used vehicle I ve purchased from Al Serra (first one was totaled), but I had such a positive experience the first time I decided to return. The salesmen (I have met with Chris Salter and Anthony Naylor) are very friendly and helpful, and their customer service was excellent. They have even went above and beyond by helping me to repair a problem with my vehicle after it had left the lot, I would definitely recommend to a friend

I went in to speak to the service manager. He was helpful and it was a pleasant conversation. He gave me a direction to go and I made that call. Now I'm waiting for the answer. I've been a customer of Al Serra since I purchased my 1st brand new car in 1979.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. This was my first car that I ve purchased from a dealer and I couldn t have asked for a better salesman, Chris was extremely patient when I asked him thousands of questions. He was very transparent about the financing process as well and made me feel as though I was family. Would definitely recommend Chris to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Just as our experiences before, Darrel was super easy to work with, no pressure of any kind, honest and upfront about each step of the process and got us the best deal possible. These great experiences keep us coming back to Al Serra and would definitely recommend working with Darrel!

The first time I visited there the staff was very friendly and shy of Andreas the salesman, I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle on Saturday to replace the one I lost only to be treated like a second rate citizen. I explained my situation about losing my truck and what I was allowed to spend only to be shucked off for a phone call stating " don't worry I'll be in, in a minute. And when I explained that I was going to be 400 short of the total cash amount of the vehicle in question I asked if there was any room only to be snapped at stating NO this is the way we do things since 19 something or another and we don't deal. The demeanor and tone was super unprofessional and very inconsiderate. I would definitely not recommend Andreas for a salesman I won't speak for the other staff but even my sharped tongued wife had to hold back her anger on our hour ride home. But on a happier note I was able to find a dealership close to home that was willing to work with my budget and got a better deal in the long run. Pinckney Dodge and Chrysler will be getting all my business from now on out.

Salesman Amer Samhat was extremely professional and helpful and even came in on his day off to close the deal. I'm not sure how anyone could do more. GM John Toppi was fantastic. The entire process was efficient and smooth. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. These guys are good!

I would give no stars if it was possible. We ve had nothing but problems with Al Serra and won t do business with any of their dealerships again.Our first SUV was a Buick we leased years ago here and had problems with the dealer himself. Also no one showed us how to operate any of the new features of the car as it was the first new car we had gotten in a long time.We purchased a Cadillac Escalade from them a year after and had a good sales experience. We had a problem with portions of the touch display not working properly. I looked at the display while the screen was off from multiple angles and a could see parts of the screen looked like different colors in dim light. I took it in as it was still under warranty. I received a call back a few days later that the problem couldn t be duplicated and nothing visibly wrong could be seen by the technician. Even as I left, the display continued malfunctioning in the same spot. I drove the car 54 miles out of the way to a different dealership. They asked me to duplicate the problem in front of them as well as saying the screen looked odd to them. They replaced the display the same day under the warranty, while we waited.A couple of years ago we leased through their Kia dealer in this group. Again, the dealer didn t go over anything on the car with us and we made it a point to ask about the automatic start button it came with. The dealer said he would look it up and get right back to us. We never heard anything back regarding this. The lease is almost up and we still don t know how to remote start the car.We ve taken all the cars to them for service. I can t count how many times mechanics haven t reset the maintenance reminders on our cars. One time we were told nothing was wrong with our car when we took it in. We then had to go to a local independent shop that reproduced the problem and repaired it at our cost. That car was still under warranty.Since, we have purchased 2 cars from other dealerships not in the Al Serra group and both dealerships treated us great and have maintained the cars properly.There are many car dealerships in this state, even if Al Serra is conveniently close to you, take the time to go elsewhere. You ll be glad you did not in the long run.Edit Jan 2023 - My mother-in-law took her Kia here for an oil change and called me the next morning when she started it and the maintenance soon light went off. I explained the mechanic didn t reset it after the oil change. She won t be returning either.
