I would give 10 stars if I could. I just left but had to brag about my experience as I will be a forever customer now. Josh, the manager, went above and beyond by taking the time and figuring out how to take my very complicated windshield wiper off of my foreign car. What should ve been an in and out job, ended up taking 20 minutes in the freezing cold and he never complained once. He was persistent with getting the job done as anybody else would have just given up and sent me on my way. THE BIGGEST THANK YOU TO JOSH FOR ALL YOUR HELP TODAY!! You literally helped me more than just with my car, you showed that good people are still around!! I am grateful.

Travis the manager helped me out in a huge way with a new battery today!!! I highly recommend this business, they do what they can to help the community and those who are struggling a little, especially around the holidays. I will definitely be back for my future auto part needs!!!

Great experience at this store. It's clean and the staff are great. Freddy and Matt helped me when I had to leave another local store that couldn't get the job done and wanted me to come back when their manager was on staff another day. I highly recommend.

5/5 Recommend.Always in and out. I Always choose Advance Auto over the others. There is always online discounts, mostly free shipping and speed perks. Never had an online order issue. Also they usually carry what I need. I have 3 different vehicles and all the parts I buy are from Advance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I think Advance Auto Parts has prices that are decent. All staff is always saying a nice joke when you walk in the door and always efficient and they are well trained!Love this store because once it saved my family just after Christmas time and in the new year we were blessed! We still are blessed with all the staff and management! You all are wonderful, and nothing but happiness and all the best your way!!

The guys didn't even know what they were talking about. I had the wrong part ordered multiple times. It was good a few years ago when manager mark was there. Also Pam I believe her name was. However it's a joke now!

Counter person named Amy was so very helpful she set me up with everything I needed to put brakes on my Jeep upgraded the rotors and with her advice worked just perfectly I would definitely perchance again anything by her advice.thank you so very much Amy

I wanted an AGM battery. Sam's confirmed they had correct size.....but when I showed up for appt.....no battery. I called several other places in Grand Blanc. Advance Auto had one and installed it quickly on a miserable cold rainy day. Thank you to those polite, kind guys for doing this. It costed more, but it was well worth the extra!!!!!

If i could rate this store ZERO STARS i would !!!!!! I walked in the store about 15 minutes before they closed, just arrived home from a vacation and recently got a new car, i typically never have time to stop in and look for a particular Cover for my lisence plate. I walked into the store with my African American Boyfriend, and they cashier, Female, her name was Toni, asked if we needed assistance with anything, as i was just looking to see if they had it i told her no thank you just looking after seeing their options, and their prices, my boyfriend said he would order me one online, so we decided to leave the store. we were in and out within 5 minutes. after we walked out, the cashier went to the aisle we were recently in, and came over the window and said i m watching you and did the handle signal. We both walked back in as she was accusing us of stealing. we asked her what the problem was? they didn t have what we needed so we left? and she questioned everything we told her. She proceeded to tel us about the crime rate IN GRAND BLANC??? And that people have been stealing a lot lately, But to accuse two random adults that didn t buy something? or was it because my boyfriend is black? i asked her. She immediately got upset and started cussing us out, and asked us to leave the store. WE GLADLY DID. we will BOTH be calling corporate, and never visiting the store again.

My car had trouble starting, so I thought I would have my battery checked at a advanced Auto Parts. It was really cold, but they gladly did it for me. Unfortunately, my car, pretty much, died at that moment. The staff tried to jump it for me with no success. My husband tried to jump it with no success. It was pretty late, and I had to leave it in their parking lot over night. They assured me that it would be fine, and it was. The next morning my husband called and the manager offered to put a battery in the car and honored a coupon in-store that my husband found online. The manager had my battery fixed in five minutes, and I was good to go. Saves us time and money not having to deal with a tow truck and a mechanic.

So today June 28 was stranded in gram blank walked into advance auto explain my situation tried every scenario possible to resolve it and thought I had no literally a blessing in disguise Co Worker and the crew here at advance auto blessed us with the items that we need it so we can get back home safely greatly appreciate everyone here at advance auto and Graham blank

NEVER SHOP HERE!!! Unbelievable. Bought two spark plugs for lawn mowers. Got home, opened them and saw they were USED! Went back the next day, with the receipt, to exchange them. They would not exchange them and basically accused me of using the parts and trying to return/exchange them. So I called the corporate number, explained the situation, they called the store. The store manager told corporate she personally checked the spark plugs. That s a HUGE LIE. My cashier as a GUY named Joseph! It s disgusting! An honest person who just needs the parts and doesn t want to buy used parts, gets screwed over by a dishonest store manager who lied. DONT SHOP HERE!!!! Corporate sided with their own people despite the lie from the female manager who said she personally checked the spark plugs even thought Joseph was on the receipt! What honest customer wants to get an exchange and would go through the headache of calling corporate to fix the situation?! Clearly BAD corporate policy and dishonest employees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND THIS COMPANY! Shop somewhere else!

Great bunch of people here. I had some trouble with an idler pulley spacer, and not only did the gentleman get the spacer off, but he was already off the clock and still helped me. I will buy all my parts from this store from here on out.

Excellent visit. Got parts for an oil change on my bike. Had just what I needed. Friendly staff, good prices. Nice that they open @ 7:30am.

Very helpful people, always greet you when you walk in and ready to help you find what you need. The employees actually know about parts and can get you the part. The place is clean and nice to do business with.

They were actually helpful and didn't have the part I needed but actually recommend I go to a competitor to get it since I needed it so I appreciate the customer service

They have no clue what they're doing. Would give a zero if I could. Will never shop with them again. They're the "year/make/model" type of people when you ask for a 22" wiper blade. Unbelievable

Was out on the bike and noticed I had a lil brake issue, the nice fellow rider who works there was able to assist me with a needed screw driver, and help,and was back on the road in minutes flat!!!! Thanks you guys are awesome!!!!

Went to get a new car battery and was approached by Toni. She not only was not wearing a mask but tried to come around the safety barrier to greet us instead of maintaining social distancing.

Dude I have fun everytime I go into the Adult Playground that is advance auto! Friendly and help u find what you need and will work with you to figure out what u need and being friendly as hell about it!
