You re a part of the family when you walk in the door! Just making the appointment, they were very flexible with my schedule. I haven t been there in years (haven t needed to go), yet they remembered my family and things about them. I only needed to be there 1 hour and they offered to drive me up to a coffee shop to wait . They got done ahead of schedule and walked me out to my car to make sure I was good to go. Very generous and hospitable. A wonderful family and a well ran business.

Had a wonderful experience again! We ve take a few cars here for windshield replacements and all experiences were great! Quick (it was done in just a few hours!). Friendly. Clean. Easy. No issues. Highly recommend and we will be going back for all windshield replacements.

I had never had to have a windshield replaced before and to be honest, I was a bit nervous about the process and how much it would cost. Craig and the team at Nu View made the whole process smooth and painless. Suzanne even assisted me in filing the claim. Oh yeah, the workmanship was flawless, looks great! I had the best experience with Craig and Ryan the Wednesday before thanksgiving. A rock had chipped my windshield not 2 miles up the road from their shop so when I saw their sign I stopped in hoping they could help. They got me in almost right away, in between finishing up the customers they already had. I waited maybe 20 minutes total and my windshield was as good as new! They were both very polite, extremely helpful and beyond accommodating. I also appreciate their fair pricing as well, I had expected to cost quite a bit more. I ll definitely be going back should I ever need glass repair again.

Will never get any glass work done anywhere else. This team is 5 star in every category you could think of. Responds quickly, Answers all questions, Works done professionally, works done fast, Appointment wise they get you in either same day or next day usually. I have had 2 different vehicles worked on there. One being a Jeep. Famous for windshield replacements I dont think i have ever driven it without a craxked windshield unfortunately. Not Nu-View issue or faulty parts. JeepPoor design causes this. Long story these professionals were fast and best priced and fastest yet out of any competitors.Disabled Vet who just truly appreciates Excellence!

We have had exceptional service at Nu View this year. They replaced windshields on 3 of my family's vehicles in 2023. One was able to be replaced the very next day. The longest wait was 3 business days. All were very clean installations, with no signs of paint damage. Thanks to the team at Nu View the frustration of a broken windshield can quickly be remedied. Wishing them the best in 2024.

Nu View surpassed my expectations by far. I had my windshield replaced on my 2007 Mustang and it was very affordable. The employees and owner were very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend Nu View!

My 72 yo father had a leak in his sunroof and went to Nu View to have them look at it to see if the glass needed replacing. They found that there was a seal that had disconnected. They fixed it and didn't charge him. So many other people would have taken advantage of him. I appreciate their honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend Nu View to everyone.

Pulled a 28 ft. travel trailer from Florida up to Canada. Coming back through Detroit, we answered our question about whether or not the trailer would jack knife with our Expedition and shattered the rear quarter panel window in the process. Probably could have avoided this mistake if my rear view mirrors weren't obscured by the same rain that prevented duct tape from holding garbage bags over the opening securely. SafeLite was my first guess at a fast fix, and despite what their impressive ad campaign promises, the soonest appointment I could get within 50 miles was a week. Called Nu View and got a brand new window installed less than 24 hours later while we waited less than 2 hours at a coffee shop down the street. From the first call, communication was excellent. We were able to text a photo leaving no room for any doubt that we were all talking about the same window to make sure they ordered the right part number. The guys even would have picked us up had we thought to ask when they called to let us know the job was complete. The price was lower than SafeLite, and they did a great job cleaning up the broken glass in the back and were careful to caution us to go over it again ourselves before loading in the dogs that ride back there just to make certain our pups are as safe as possible. Nu View made sure our potential vacation ruiner was nothing more than a little bump in the road. Wish we hadn't needed them, and we're very impressed with how fast and how well the awesome folks at Nu View met our needs.

Great company with great prices. My family and I were in town visiting relatives when a hail storm hit. Nu View was courteous enough to fit us into their already busy schedule with everyone else who was having the same issues so that we could get back home safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a windowless replaced. They did an amazing job and were some of the nicest people you'd meet. Can't say enough great things about Nu-View Auto Glass. They recently replaced the windshield in my F150, and were done ahead of schedule, did great work, and worked directly with the insurance company. They are a family run operation, and you can tell that customer service is their #1 priority. They are friendly, extremely helpful, and truly appreciate your business. I called at about 9am and they were able to squeeze me in and replace my windshield at noon. Staff was all super friendly, very reasonable prices too! Couple hundred less than what I ended up getting quoted at other places. My windshield was pretty cracked to heck & they replaced it without getting any of the shattered glass in my car. Very clean. They follow up too to make sure everything came out good. Super grateful for this place and this is where I'm gonna reccomend people go. Thankful for these guys!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Nu view auto glass is a awesome glass repair shop. The nu view crew is the best part about the business. They are customer friendly, great quality work, and are a few good old boys in a small town making a living! They have helped me and my husband out greatly with the multiple rock chips I have experienced on what feels like a weekly basis. . I would highly recommend nu view to any/all.
