Had a tire issue while waiting to pick my son up from school. Hemptons body shop was right across the street I limped my truck over there and with out hesitation one of there guys stopped what he was doing came out and inspected and fixed my tire best part he got me done in time for me to pick up my son on time. Amazing people, I will be using them again.

I'm not sure how these guys have this many good reviews. Ice never seen such a hack job. I even paid cash to sweeten the deal hoping they would do a good job. Hack job never again

I ve been a long-time customer of Hempton s. We are retired and drive older cars. Hempton s has been taking such good care of us we don t know what we d do without them. This visit was a timing issue that caused engine stalls. Dropped off five hours later picked up. Always very fair prices on occasion they ll fix minor issues at no charge.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Can't comment on the quality of their work - they never got back with me. I took the car in for an estimate - they gave me a ball park price, but I which seemed reasonable - I said go ahead and order the part - they did not take a deposit. I emailed them through their website - no answer. I called - talked with them - friendly, but they never returned the call with an estimate.

I highly recommend them they are a family-owned business and they are Very honest and respectful. They Did a great job fixing my truck at a fair price..I won't go anywhere other than Hemptons of Goodrich

Stopped in with wheel problems on my car and jake instantly took it for a ride diagnosed a couple problems it could have been he put it on the hoist and got everything figured out

I have had my vehicles repaired at Hempton's several times. They do general repairs as well as body work also. The business is family owned. Kevin and Julie are great to work with. They are honest, hardworking people.

Had this business tow my car over New Year s, only charged me 60 bucks to tow my car out of the ditch and drive it down to my house. Pounded out my dented rim for free! And checked over my car for any further damage all for only 20 bucks! Awesome place!

Took car there in july, got it back in March. Went there several times. Car sat on flat tires, had to replace 2 of them. Cars missing parts that they took off. Put aftermarket fender on, didn t line up properly. Could stick fingers into the gap between door and fender. Was told that he couldn t get OEM parts. Called dealership, parts were available. Was supposed to replace hood, instead he tried to fix it. Horrible job, can see where he added filler.The paint looks as if its running. Was told that he would get proper fender and redo it. Would call and always had excuses why he didn t have it. That was over a year ago.Not to mention the condition of the rest of the car.Widow was left down a couple of inches. CD player won t work properly and interior covered with dust. I could go on, but I hope you take your vehicle somewhere else. See them in court!!!!

They are really reasonable, had a nail in my tire, they plugged it and aired all my tires for $15.00 .

We called for a tow truck and waited over 2 hrs with little to no communication on their end with an ETA. We had to call them 2 times to get a ballpark eta. Just frustrating, probably won t use them again.

They will keep your car for more days than they initially told you. Then they will keep adding parts to the original quote without your approval, and expect you to pay.
