I m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I have never personally used this companies services however the day that myself, my family, or my friends do need this type of service TK Towing and Recovery is who I would recommend!! They are great and honest people who care about their customers and even if what you need isn t something they do (which has been my case a few times) they are quick to respond and go out of their way to point you in the right direction and they always have a great attitude.

Purchased a driveshaft from TK Towing and recovery. It went well he was easy to find he worked with me on my appointment time when I wanted to change it Very professional. Couldn t have worked out better

Make sure you get clear language and full understanding of the repair.The agreed on repair was : Install new rocker and cab corners, Repair wheel well rust on drivers rear wheel well, Herculine lower half and over wheel wells and Install billet style fender flares $1,000 parts, $2,000 laborOur 2010 Ram truck had classic Dodge rust. We got an estimate and agreed to the above repairs. While the truck was still at their shop, we called back to ask if they could also install the new step bars we purchased and were told they could not. We mistakenly thought it was a scheduling constraint. This should have been the time, where they explained WHY they could not and allowed us to understand their repair methods or find a different body shop.When we went to pick up the truck, it looked pretty good. While still there, we tried to open the back doors and they were sealed shut. A gentleman came out and pushed/forced them open. We understood that the material being a rubber based may be sticky and that could have caused the issue. Then we looked underneath the truck and saw there was still quite a bit of rust that had not been addressed. He agreed that that should have been taken care of and asked us to leave it for another week.When we went to pick it up the second time, the spots underneath looked better and when it was noted that the front passenger side fender flare didn t feel secure, they immediately fixed it.After we got it home (our fault), we did a much closer look at the vehicle. There was over spray on the door edges and seals. Some of the door seals appears to have damage and had Herculine on them impacting the quality of seal. The rear driver s side door had to be slammed in order to close properly and that had not been the case when we dropped the truck off. Perhaps an over build up of liner?We called our regular mechanic and made an appointment for them to add the step bars as the truck sits a bit high. Our mechanic called us the next day to let us know that he would not put the step bars on as there was nothing left to mount them to. The repairs were only surface deep and while he could put the step bars on, they would rip/fall back off since there would be no internal support and there was rusty parts were covered not replaced. This was confirmed by a second mechanic.When we called to discuss our findings, we were told that they had replaced the rocker panels and cab corners. What replacing those items means, we have since found out, depends on the body shop you consult.We had planned on keeping the truck and that is why we looked to get the rust repaired. We thought Install new rocker and cab corners would be to cut off/out the rust and new metal installed. That was not the case. By not removing the rust, and just covering it with a rubberized coating, it ensures no new water can get into the metal. But, that being said, any existing moisture the metal has no where to go.Overall, the truck looked good. If you only need cosmetic repairs, this could be a good option for you. If you want a more lasting /true repair, I would not recommend. At minimum, make sure you are perfectly clear on what their descriptions entail.Service: Body & Trim

I needed some work done on short notice and contacted TK Towing. It wasn't something they normally do but after I explained my situation they were happy to help. They charged a price that I felt was more than fair and I was very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services

I was paid fairly for my junk truck and he towed it for me. It was a very easy and quick process. We had good communication the entire time. Also he s a friendly dude with an adorable boss. I have had TK Towing work on my vehicles for different issues that I ve had. He has done an amazing job. Adam is great to work with. He is very responsive and very polite. Whenever someone asks for a referral, I send them to Adam because he doesn t try to go overboard on his prices and he is very good at what he does. He is a family man with a big heart that he extends to his family of customers. If you need someone to do the job, give Adam a call because he s great.

This place does not do the rust repairs correctly! I took them my 1996 subaru impreza for some rear quarter panels. I provided them brand new panels to replace the rust on the rear quarters with. I gave them the inner panels and outer panels. They quoted me a good price. I told them I wanted it done right and show quality. They then found more rust and asked me to pay $600 more to repair the rust they found. I accepted the work. Well after over 2 months of having my car they finished it. Which time wasn't a problem. But the problem is I get the car delivered to me and my rear doors barely open (due to bad body work) and they didn't repair any of the rust. They slapped my new panels over the existing rust. When they told me they cut the old rust out and replace with new metal. They did not do that at all. Both of the sides are basically all filler. I contacted them about this poor work and they blamed it on the driver who picked my car up how he used a chain to tie the rear of the car down. I am now out of $2,000 in repairs that were not completed the correct way. Not to mention my rear doors don't work like they should...They won't warrantee the work nor refund my money. They blocked me from their Facebook page and removed the post of my car on it. Highly dissatisfied and will never go back nor recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

It's outrageous that you are pretending that all these people have the wrong business when it's the right address and phone number LOL.Andy specified the time to drop off my car for a diagnosis of five problems, including a squealing wheel. I left it with him for 3 weeks. He couldn't find anything. I noticed upon leaving this difference in wheel clearance. Any mechanic worth his weight in salt would have seen this. Waste of 3 weeks and $50 i shouldn't have paid. When I expressed my unhappiness via messenger, he just blocked me. Not professional.

Customers beware that this place is going to try and tell you more things need to be fixed than necessary. Took Nissan Murano in for front brakes to be replaced, called us later and said back brakes were bad also, well those rear brakes are less than a year old and do not need to be replaced, even the Nissan dealer says only front are bad. Never would I take a vehicle back here and would NEVER recommend this place. UPDATED Yes we dropped off vehicle on the 26th, we already knew what needed to be replaced, which are the front brakes, as we had it in at the Nissan dealer one month ago for fluid changes and vehicle inspection and that is when we found out front brakes had about one month of life left. Back brakes were replaced less than 1 year ago and vehicle is driven less than 10k a year and are JUST FINE. Lucky for us we don't send our vehicles out for repair without having a good idea what is wrong with vehicle, we just can't repair it ourselves so hence we take it to a shop. We try to use locally-owned shops, but this was not a good choice, so hence the dealer has our vehicle to fix the front brakes as we had requested of Titan. Again can't and will never recommend Titan.

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else, if I didn't have to. They do great work fast, and for way less than most autoshops. The owner is excellent at keeping communication open and clear as the work is being done. I live out of state now, but I still bring my car to them when I can.

Last July my car took a huge dump on me, leaving me with very little money and a very unreliable car. Titan Kustoms helped me sell my car and purchase a used one off of his lot. I had a great experience during this stressful time. Just last month I ran over a curb and destroyed my trailing arm and bracket, leaving me without a car to drive. No questions asked Titans Kustoms took my car in on the dot and repaired the entire thing for me. I didn't have to buy the new parts and bring it to him, he told me to just worry about the money once it is done and I'm handed the final bill. I am very thankful that this shop is around, the prices are reasonable and things are done with in a great time frame. Thank you Titans Kustoms!!!
