I purchased a pontoon from an individual that bought it from Dockside. I had some engine issues with the Honda 60 when we put it in we got out on the water and it quit 3 times. We took it to a local place called Superior which I though was an authorized Honda dealer but they were not, got a new battery and fuel filter for 500 then took it back and after another 200 picked it up took it to Kent marina they changed the spark plugs and said it needed a new brain Scott suggested Murray lake Marina and it was an insulator. I called Dockside and talked with Mark two or three times the last time he said in his opinion it was not the brain and told me to make sure I took it to an authorized shop he also told me about he insulator and that is was a recall, he didn't even have to help me but he took the time to do so. I can't say enough about him and how much I appreciate his help and knowledge without his guidance I might have gotten a new brain and still not had a running boat. I wish they were closer to me I would go there for everything. Thank you for helpingRose Hodges

What a great place to do business. People that actually treat customers like they are happy to see them. And they return your calls...a seemingly lost art by many businesses standards presently. 5 stars all the way.

This establishment is the most friendly marina in this area. I had no problem getting an appointment told them what needed to be done and they thanked me and three days later they called and it was ready. I reallly appreciate the way i was treated and will return when needed

Great people to work with! The owners, the sales team and the mechanics all were very helpful when I bought my new pontoon boat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new boat.

After they said my boat motor could not be fixed l took my boat home then realized 2 seat covers were missing then after fixing the motor i noticed they took my fuel line
