Jennifer and Steven changed the oil in both my car and my husbands truck today. They did an awesome job and were very pleasant and professional. I had a hitchhiker in my grill(a huge grouse) Steven was very helpful getting it out for me. I really appreciate it . Thank you two so much.

Rue and Charlie were TOP notch! Professional, fast (under 20 mins), informative and exactly what you want when you get your oil changed! Just moved here and this is my place to get an oil change! The employees here are outstanding! They were quick, efficient as well as kind and polite. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service. The staff on hand are what make this location great! I will be returning for all my future oil changes

As a woman I have often been talked down to a bit and/or pressured to buy more expensive services (scare tatics) from other oil change businesses, but never here! The staff has always been respectful and courteous

Unfortunately after multiple visits to this facility I have chosen to go elsewhere. I recently had the oil changed in my 3 year old diesel truck. During my visit the tech servicing the top side seemed overly concerned with getting some time off from work (conversation he was having with another employee) I probably should have questioned the tech prior to leaving as he apparently neglected to check the other fluid levels (washer fluid tank was not filled as one example). Now I realize this seems insignificant however, I began to notice oil spots on my garage floor so during a recent service visit to another local service provider I asked if they could check to see where the oil was leaking. I was informed that the oil filter was not tight! I can not begin to imagine the unpleasant events that would have unfolded if this oil filter would have come completely off and damaged the motor. This is a risk I am not willing to take. Sorry guys!UPDATE: On 4/07/2022 I did call the number listed in the owners response. I was informed I would receive a call back from a Regional Manager .I have not received a follow up call.Service: Oil change

These guys are great with everything they do for an oil change. They even go beyond your oil change to make sure you're happy with the service,they are very kind, friendly and respectful. Keep up the great work guys.

Very professional.. Friendly fast service!! I drive all the way there from my hometown even though we have one.. Just because gladwin does such a great job. Rickie the manager was very professional, explained everything and they will always have my service. Thank you so much! !

I would not recommend taking ANYTHING here. I brought in my car that had NO issues before. Not even 50 miles on the new oil change my engine blows a rod. The company is refusing to take responsibility for it and now I'm out of a car I'm still paying on. So I highly recommend you take your service elsewhere.

Best oil change place in a 100 mile area. Great techs who are very helpful and knowledgeable!Rickie and Steve are true professionals who care about your vehicle. These guys get repeat business by being the best.

It's a bit overpriced, but there aren't many drive-thru oil change joints in Gladwin. They should have service prices posted outside.The guys working there are polite and pretty thorough. No problems there, but nearly $50 for a simple oil change and fluid fill ups is a bit much.

The guys working there, one like to talk to much. I waited in line for over a hour, just to get Air in my tires, I had to leave, and he was still talking.

These guys were cool. I was an out of towner they were friendly enough and got me an oil change in a reasonable amount of time after the neighboring oil guy couldn't even get me in today.

Wow, excellent service! Steve discovered why my washer solvent hadn t worked in over a year and did a quick fix of my lines and had it working in no time! Above and beyond what I paid for :) Thanks guys!

It really aggravates me because they always have a sign out front advertising really cheap oil changes but I've never left there without paying 50 plus dollars everytime. I think they are taking advantage of me but I guess I will never know unfortunately.
