We Purchased a Truck from here. The response time was amazing. The Gentleman stayed over his shift to make sure we could purchase the Truck on Friday.. I have no complaints. So far I'm happy with my purchase I made 2 months ago. I have a beautiful Truck Thank you very much.

Great service. They were able to get us in on short notice when another appointment was cancelled on us. They were able to do more than what the job was initially brought in for, also had great communication during the process. Even when the extra work came in, they were able to help me with an appointment that I had scheduled and gave me a ride. If you're looking for excellent customer care and trustworthy work. Look no further, these are your guys. I'll always call back if I need any work done in the future.

I purchased a vehicle Prised Auto and the people there are very friendly and helpful. Tanner, one of the salesman, offered to stay late and meet me after hours to get my truck. I would definitely recommend this place.

I brought my Lexus here for a tire rotation and they neglected to tighten the lugs on the left front. 15 miles down the highway the front tire came off of the car when my wife was driving and my daughter was the passenger! Luckily my wife was able to get the vehicle under control and off to the side of the road riding on just the rotor. They are damn lucky nobody was killed! Incompetent shop, stay away!

Purchased a vehicle from here about a year ago. It was fine for a couple of months and then I discovered there was an oil leak. Ever since then there has been issue after issue with it. At this point in time it s not even safe to drive anymore. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed lol

My 20 year old son spent $10,000 on a 2006 Dodge Ram. He had to take it in for brake work shortly after the purchase and the mechanic would not put it on the lift as the frame was almost completely rusted out. The Prised staff will do nothing about it even though they promise integrity and honesty. Apparently their 75 point inspection does not cover the frame. Wish I could leave a zero star review. This level of rust cannot happen overnight.

I called and sent an email inquiring about a black nissan which is still listed on their site. It took two weeks before I received a message from them. I drove to them. The Nissan wouldn t start and I could tell it needed some work no biggie. The guy at the main desk said he would order the parts once they figured out exactly what was wrong. I said ok I ll come back down to check it out once that s done. The guy called me a few days later to say what part they needed and that they ordered it and will put it in and then call me back. The part they wanted to fix was a whole new issue and never mentioned the other 2 problems belt and battery. They had a date and time for when they would get the part and fix it. The young guy said he would call me back once that s done and I could check it out . I said okay I have the money ready and just let me know. He never got back to me or repaired the vehicle. They listed the vehicle a couple days later for less then previous. Needless to say I was skeptical to begin with their service and promises and of course I went somewhere else. 0/10 I wouldn't recommend this place. Sketchy dealship and I ve seen plenty like this one in the big cities.

Be Warned! They had a few vehicles for sale that were not safe to drive home due to how rusty the frames were. It seems like they buy non running/ junk cars, patch them together as cheaply as they can, and sell them to suckers. Like Danny DeVito in the movie Matilda. I almost spent $14,000 on a car that wasn't safe to drive. Thank god I had it inspected by a separate mechanic before I gave Prised Auto my money.

My wife and I found a truck on the lot we were interested in , it was 3:45pm on Friday. We went to the bank, got the check, got the insurance.well the salesman stayed at least 45min past work hrs to complete the saleHonest ppl, excellent servie

I can't say enough about how awesome this place was to work with on our new vehicle. I didn't know what I wanted but they had a great choice of all different sizes. The staff is great. Tanner was really awesome to work with and chat. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new to you, used vehicle, go here! They rock!!

Purchased 08 Silverado Troy was awesome very honest about several vehicles I was interested in. Ended up buying the Silverado after driving about 3-4 other trucks. Been great so far and looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Prised auto

I bought a 2014 f-150 from Tanner a few weeks ago and I love it! Thank you Tanner for making it an easy process and standing behind your word on installing my hitch and detailing it for me! I highly recommend Prised auto to anyone looking for a vehicle

Purchased a 2009 Ford 150 there 5 years ago. Have had it serviced and worked on for the duration. This is a Five Star place. All work has been done in a manner that surpassed my expectations. Mike is a Master mechanic and goes the extra mile when needed. The staff including Chris, Travis and the rest of them go out of their way to meet my needs. I highly recommend Prised Auto for anyone looking for a square deal and great service.

We brought our car here because the wiper motors needed to be replaced, the remote start wasn't working and the heat wasn't working. Paid over $1000 to get all this stuff "fixed" and the remote start worked for 2 days and then went right back to how it was before and a couple months later the wipers aren't working again. Of course after is when I started hearing nothing but awful things about this place. Will never take a vehicle there again.

I bought a 2009 Dodge Ram from these guys about a month ago. Five days after the purchase, the heat goes our. No big deal, they fixed it the next day. Well now, there are at least three cylinders misfiring and after looking at it all day they basically told me they couldn't figure it out and I'm going to have to have it done at a dealership. I wish I'd have read the other reviews on here before doing business with this dealership. All I got was a very expensive headache. I will say that Mike, the Mechanic, was very good to deal with and I don't hold him responsible here. I believe that this place just makes money with shady business practices. They sold me a warranty, but I've found out now it's a huge pain to even use it. Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle to function longer than one month.

Bought a car drove it a week and the entire engine blew up. Had a hell of a time setting up a meeting with the owners to make it right. After waiting 2 weeks finally got a meeting with the owners and they attempted to make it right by working with us on getting a new engine put in with a 1 year warranty and half the miles. We were very happy with the outcome. Have had the car back 2.5 weeks with the new engine and the check engine light comes on. Called Prised and they basically told us to get stuffed. Called the mechanic that Prised hired to put the new engine in and he had no idea about the warranty so all he did was put old parts back in with the new motor. There was a very specific itemized list of parts that needed to be replaced with the engine for the warranty to be valid. Mechanic knew nothing of the list or warranty. Once again Prised won't answer our phone calls. Shady business run by seriously the shadiest people. Don't go here!!! They should be shut down for the type of business they run!!Update to reply: Just called like suggested and still no answers to my questions. Balls in your court boys. I'll be "anxiously" awaiting your call.

Bought a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 the staff at Prised Auto were very up front and honest through out the entire sales process and were very accommodating as well. Highly recommend stopping and seeing how they work!

Terrible.......I sure wish I would have seen all these posts before we bought from them! It doesn't matter if you have a warranty we did and still had to pay! 4 times in for the same thing that never got fixed until the warranty was up then they found the problem! In reply to owners after the third time we brought it in we had warranty still my husband told you to check the compressor and condenser while it was still under warranty obviously you did not or you would have found the problem but you chose not to that is on you .the 4th time after warranty was up that s when you found the problem ..that is not good business!

Chris was great to work with. No pressure approach, he knew about each vehicle, he was very upfront with any repairs done on any of the vehicles we looked at. The dealership was clean, the vehicle was clean. Would definitely recommend Prised Auto!

Just purchased a 2012 Ford 250. Chris was very helpful through the whole process.....with no pressure! This is the 2nd vehicle we've bought from them in the last 3 years. Highly recommend.

Purchase a 2016 Ford Escape from Chris. The car was in great working order and clean. The salesman was pleasant and comfortable to deal with! I would recommend Prised Auto to anyone looking for a used car.

My husband had been in the market for a new truck for at least a year and had been scouring for sale sites for as long. We had a specific budget which seemed to coincide with everyone else s budget because as soon as he found a truck he liked, it would get sold before he could even make an offer! He started seeing Prised Auto on Facebook and the prices seemed right, so we took a spin down to Gladstone and met with Chris and Allen to test drive a couple of vehicles. They were great to work with! Allen was open, honest, friendly and made us feel comfortable right from the start. That came in handy when some complications arose with the vehicle we were interested in, which were remedied immediately by the shop s mechanic. We had to drive down to Gladstone a second time to pick up the truck and Allen made sure to thank us for our time and acknowledge what it took for us to get down there again. Before we purchased; he discovered another very small issue with the truck we had selected and he made sure we knew about it before making the second trip. His level of honesty and integrity was clear, and we purchased the truck knowing we got a great deal and worked with an excellent business person. I will be recommending Allen and Prised Auto to all my friends and family going forward, and I m looking forward to doing more business with him in the future.

I bought a used jeep here. A few minor things here and there with it, but their mechanic is a guy with some impressive integrity. Additionally, Mr. Priser set time apart to hear my concerns and needs and resolved them. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to their mechanic from now on. Good folks here.

Bought a 2008 chev Silverado in August of 2020.. Had to take it in for air bag recall last week. Mechanic looked underneath for me and said my frame is rusted bad. To the point of don't go too far from home. They said give prised a call to see if they will make good on any of it.. I called and told too late to do anything. I mentioned they painted everything black so someone had to see it was going bad.. was told they don't paint things to hide it..This didn't just happen over night. long story short. I'll soon be paying 10,000 dollars for a truck I can't drive... So much for integrity.I feel bad. I did this post several weeks ago and I haven't got a we love our customers back from management.. I guess all I get is a SUUCKKERR!!!!!

Would give them less if I could, purchased 2 vehicles from them for my daughters in August have had nothing but trouble with both of them the day we drove the dakota truck off the lot it stalled 3 times on the way home. We had to put new tires all around and a new battery along with having the brakes and brake lines done. Just got a call 2 hours ago, transmission went on the highway and trucks thank God got out and helped her get it off the road. As for the chevy equinox I have had to replace the battery, brakes, and some belts on it. Keep in mind we just got these vehicles less than 8 months ago. We got screwed bad.

I had been looking around for a long time for a truck. I found prised on Facebook and liked what they had for selection. Allen the owner was great to deal with. Incredibly honest! I m very please with the service and their integrity. Quite possibly the best dealer in the UP. I can t say enough about how well he took care of us. I bought a Silverado and am very happy with it. You can count on them to be extremely honest and not trying to push a car on you. It was a very pleasant buying experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride. Thank you Allen!!!

Paid over 14K for a truck a week ago, and it has a bad knock. I called to ask if they could do anything about it. He said that s why they offer a warranty that you have to pay for. Well if you pay damn near $15,000 for a vehicle, you expect it to last longer than a week. Stay away from this place.

Found the car of my dreams on their lot. Before making the 4 hour drive one way, I called and talked with Chris. He was extremely nice and was very upfront about the car and the repairs they did. They truly were not trying to just "sell a car". Would definitely travel that far again to buy a car. Was a very positive experience.

We bought my son's first car from Prised Auto, a 2012 Traverse. It broke down right after we bought it. The extended warranty was a waste of money. The engine almost blew out recently so he's finally getting it back again after we pay more costly repairs. I'll never shop or recommend this place.
